The welding device 40 includes a welding roller 41, and an ultrasonic sound generator 42 disposed below the welding roller 41. The welding roller 41 is provided with a bump line for welding. The ultrasonic sound generator 42 itself should be of the prior art which utilizes high frequency vibration waves to transmit to the surfaces of two objects to be welded, and under pressure, the surfaces of the two objects rub against each other to form a fusion between the molecular layers.
The ear band welding device 50 is used to weld the ear band of the mask to the mask body by using an ultrasonic welding technique. The ear strap welding device 50 should be of a prior art type per se, such as that disclosed in patent No. 201821385182.9 entitled ear strap welding device. The ear strap welding device 50 has two, one for welding the left ear strap and one for welding the right ear strap. Which is per se prior art and will not be described in further detail herein.
The first pressing device 60 is arranged between the welding device 40 and the ear band welding device 50 and used for pressing lines of welding lines of the welded mask body so as to avoid false welding. The first pressing device 60 comprises two first pressing rollers 61 arranged at a distance from each other. The welded material passes between the two first pressure rollers 61 to press the welding trace.
The pre-folding forming device 70 is used to deform a planar mask into a folded shape, so as to facilitate subsequent compression and folding, and also facilitate the consistency of the manufactured mask. The pre-fold forming device 70 includes a lead-in roller 71, and a triangular pre-form plate 72. The introduction roller 71 is used to apply the necessary force to the cloth being conveyed so that the triangular preform plate 72 can form a crease in the cloth being conveyed. A vertex of the triangular pre-forming plate 72 is stably matched with the folding trace of the mask, an acute angle is formed between the extending direction of the triangular pre-forming plate 72 and the advancing direction of the cloth, namely, the vertex of the triangular pre-forming plate 72 is upwards tilted, and when the cloth carrying the mask passes through, the mask body can be folded from two sides to the middle.
The second compression means 80 is disposed between the ear strap welding device 50 and the pre-fold forming device 70. The second pressing device 80, like the first pressing device 60, comprises two second pressing rollers 81 arranged at a distance from each other. When the material after the ear band welding passes between the two second pressing rollers 81, the welding trace of the ear band is pressed, so that the false welding of the ear band is avoided.
The mask body cutting device 90 is used for cutting the folded mask from the cloth, and comprises an ear band accommodating clamp 91 and a group of roller cutting wheel groups 92 arranged in the discharging direction of the ear band accommodating clamp 91. The ear band receiving clip 91 includes two spaced apart clip pieces 911, each clip piece 911 having a triangular notch 912. This triangle-shaped breach 912 orientation comes the direction of material to the ear strap just is drawn in the side of gauze mask body by this triangle-shaped breach 912 when the gauze mask that has the ear strap when this triangle-shaped breach 912 is passed through to the welding, and then can avoid cutting the ear strap when the cutting. The roller cutting wheel set 92 comprises a roller cutting wheel 921 with a surface provided with a cutting knife line, and an abutting roller 922 abutting against the cutting knife line. The roller cutting wheel 921 rotates with the abutment roller 922 and cuts the mask body from the cloth when abutting against each other.
The heat sealing device 100 is disposed between the mask body slitting device 90 and the pre-folding forming device 70, and has two oppositely disposed heat sealing blocks, and when the cloth carrying the mask passes through, the two heat sealing blocks are adhered to each other and extend for 2 to 3 seconds, and then are released, so that the folded mask can be completely ironed, which is equivalent to an iron function, i.e., the function of ironing the creases on the mask.
The mask conveying belt 110 may be a belt conveying belt, which is disposed in the discharging direction of the mask slitting device 90. Therefore, after the mask body slitting device 90 slits one mask, the single mask directly enters the mask conveying belt 110 under the subsequent thrust action, and then is conveyed into the packing box.
The waste drawing device 120 includes two drawing rolls for holding and drawing the waste formed when the mask is manufactured. Therefore, an included angle is formed between the drawing direction of the scrap drawing device 120 and the conveying direction of the mask conveying belt 110 so that the masks and the scraps are separated from each other.
Compared with the prior art, the rapid automatic folding mask production line provided by the invention has the advantages that the nose bridge strip adding device, the welding device, the ear band welding device, the pre-folding forming device and the mask body cutting device are arranged, so that the mask is manufactured into a production line, the production rate of the mask can be improved, and meanwhile, the requirement of manpower can be reduced. Simultaneously through the structural design of nose bridge strip installs the device additional, promptly through making feed mechanism, goes out the material clamp, cuts out material mechanism to and pushing equipment's organic combination, make installing additional of the most difficult nose bridge strip become reality, also can not influence the manufacturing efficiency of whole gauze mask because installing additional of nose bridge strip simultaneously, and then can improve the production efficiency of gauze mask, reduce the manufacturing cost of gauze mask, satisfy the demand of market to the gauze mask production capacity.

The utility model provides a quick automatic foldable gauze mask production line which characterized in that: the rapid automatic folding mask production line comprises a nose bridge strip adding device, a welding device arranged in the discharging direction of the nose bridge strip adding device, an ear band welding device arranged in the discharging direction of the welding device, a pre-folding forming device arranged in the discharging direction of the ear band welding device, and a mask body cutting device arranged in the discharging direction of the pre-folding forming device, wherein the nose bridge strip adding device comprises a feeding mechanism, a discharging clamp arranged on the feeding mechanism, a cutting mechanism arranged on the discharging clamp, and a material pushing mechanism arranged on one side of the cutting mechanism, the feeding direction of the feeding mechanism is perpendicular to the arrangement direction of the nose bridge strip adding device, the welding device and the ear band welding device, the feeding mechanism comprises two driven wheels which are mutually abutted, and a driving wheel abutting against one of the two driven wheels, the driving wheel being an incomplete wheel, the driving wheel intermittently driving the driven wheel to rotate to intermittently convey the nose bridge strip when rotating, the discharging clip including a lower clip, an upper clip disposed on the lower clip, and a pushing groove disposed on the upper clip, the nose bridge strip fed out by the feeding mechanism entering the pushing groove, the cutting mechanism including a cutter inserted in the pushing groove, a return member disposed at one end of the cutter, and a driving member for driving the return member to reciprocate, the driving member including a driving shaft and a roller disposed on the driving shaft and abutting against the return member with a gap, the roller intermittently driving the cutter to cut the nose bridge strip when the driving shaft rotates, the material pushing mechanism comprises a material pushing plate inserted in the material pushing groove and a rotary driving mechanism for driving the material pushing plate to do reciprocating motion, the rotary driving mechanism drives the material pushing plate to push the cut nose bridge strip out of the material pushing groove in a reciprocating mode, the welding device is used for welding all the cloth together to form a mask body, the ear band welding device is used for welding an ear band on the mask body, the pre-folding forming device comprises a guide-in roller and a triangular pre-forming plate, an acute angle is formed between the extending direction of the triangular pre-forming plate and the advancing direction of the cloth, the mask body cutting device comprises an ear band accommodating clamp and a group of roller cutting wheel groups arranged in the discharging direction of the ear band accommodating clamp, and each roller cutting wheel group comprises a roller cutting wheel with a cutting line arranged on the surface, and the roller cutting wheel and the abutting roller rotate and abut against each other to cut the mask body from the cloth.

A rapid automated folding mask production line according to claim 1, characterized in that: the rapid automatic folding mask production line further comprises a heat sealing device arranged between the pre-folding forming device and the mask cutting device, and the heat sealing device is used for heating the folded mask so as to deform the crease of the folded mask.

A rapid automated folding mask production line according to claim 1, characterized in that: the ear strap accommodating clamp comprises two clamping pieces which are arranged at intervals, a triangular notch is arranged on each clamping piece, and when the mask welded with the ear strap passes through the triangular notch, the ear strap is folded on the side face of the mask body through the triangular notch.
