Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a urine test sample collecting and cleaning device, and belongs to the technical field of clinical examination.
Background
Clinically, for the diagnosis of most edema to be examined and the observation of curative effect after the treatment of kidney diseases caused by various reasons, 24-hour urine protein, urine electrolyte and urine biochemical examination are generally adopted; such tests are also commonly used for drug toxicity detection and early detection. In addition, the urine examination has diagnostic significance for diagnosing and treating brain trauma, cerebrovascular accident, serious liver parenchymal lesion, toxemia of pregnancy, endocrine metabolism diseases and diseases of blood system.
To accurately measure biochemical values such as 24-hour urine protein of a patient, the total amount of 24-hour urine of the patient must be accurately collected, the normal urine volume of an adult is about 1500-. Therefore, a container is needed to collect the total amount of urine for 24 hours from a patient, and then 20ml of the mixed urine is taken to a hospital clinical laboratory for examination. Currently, since there is no container dedicated to storing and taking 24-hour urine clinically, the urine collection of patients and the acquisition of test samples have the following problems: 1. patients usually adopt one or more common plastic barrels to store urine, such as mineral water bottles, cola bottles and the like, and the plastic barrels have no scales and cannot count the total amount of the urine; 2. since a part of the total urine volume is required as a test sample, about 10-20ml is sampled, which is inconvenient for the patient to take. Therefore, the measurement of the urine volume of a patient in 24 hours and the acquisition of 10-20ml of test samples are completed by the testers in a hospital, the urine filled in the mineral water bottle, the cola bottle and other containers of the patient needs to be poured into the measuring container each time, after the urine is uniformly stirred, a small part of the test samples are extracted, the urine is easily splashed out of the measuring container or the test tube in the measuring and sampling process, and the test site often emits urine smell in the operation process; because the whole sampling process is fully-open operation, in the sampling process of patients with infectious diseases, a specimen can generate a large amount of aerosol, and certain biological potential safety hazards exist. When urine of another patient needs to be detected after one measurement sampling operation is completed, the measurement container needs to be cleaned, and the repeated work causes the inspection work to be boring and unsanitary, which is not beneficial to the development of the inspection work.
