本发明公开了一种点胶辊组件，包括：点胶辊主体，所述点胶辊主体的圆周壁面上设有沿其轴向分布的多行多列的点胶头，所述点胶头通过螺纹结构可拆卸安装在所述点胶辊主体上。以上结构的点胶辊组件可以通过拆除或者增设点胶头来适配不同尺寸的纸张，避免传统方式需要更换整个点胶辊的情况，便于快速切换至所需生产的产品，而且无需配置不同规格的点胶辊来匹配不同的产品，结构简单、成本低廉。

技术领域
本发明涉及纸袋制造技术领域,尤其涉及一种制作纸袋用点胶辊组件。
背景技术
当今社会，随着环保意识的普及，纸袋取代塑料袋成为人们的首选。一般的纸袋的制造流程主要包括制筒和糊底两个工序，在制筒的过程中，需要在纸张上面涂上胶水而将纸张的两端粘贴固定，为了使得胶水能够均匀地，在生产过程中，常常使用点胶辊将胶水点在纸张上。但是一般的点胶辊上的点胶头的数量固定，无法根据纸张的宽度尺寸进行变换，这就导致需要根据不同尺寸的纸张来更换不同的点胶辊，否则，点胶头的数量较多或者较少都会造成不良品的产生。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足，本发明的目的之一是提供一种可调整点胶头数量以适配不同尺寸的纸张的点胶辊组件。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：
本发明的一种点胶辊组件，包括：点胶辊主体，所述点胶辊主体的圆周壁面上设有沿其轴向分布的多行多列的点胶头，所述点胶头通过螺纹结构可拆卸安装在所述点胶辊主体上。以上结构的点胶辊组件可以通过拆除或者增设点胶头来适配不同尺寸的纸张，避免传统方式需要更换整个点胶辊的情况，便于快速切换至所需生产的产品，而且无需配置不同规格的点胶辊来匹配不同的产品，结构简单、成本低廉。
作为本发明的优选实施方式，所述点胶辊主体的圆周壁面上设有沿其轴向分布的多行多列的螺纹孔，所述点胶头上设有与所述螺纹孔相匹配的螺纹连接杆。点胶头通过螺纹连接杆从点胶辊主体的外部螺接或者拆除，该拆装方式非常简便。
优选地，所述点胶头包括金属连接座，所述金属连接座的上部设有一橡胶头部，所述螺纹连接杆设于所述金属连接座的下部，通过旋转金属连接座使得螺纹连接杆与螺纹孔相结合或者相分离，而且金属连接座与点胶辊主体连接有利于拆换频率较高的使用方式。
为了保证橡胶头部与金属连接座之间的连接稳定度，作为本发明的优选实施方式，所述橡胶头部注塑成型于金属连接座上而与金属连接座形成一体结构。
优选地，进一步提高橡胶头部与金属连接座之间的连接稳定度，所述金属连接座的的上部具有向上延伸的凸柱，所述凸柱上设有与所述橡胶头部相结合的防脱凹槽。
优选地，为了减少零部件的数量，简化组装工序，所述螺纹连接杆与所述金属连接座为一体结构。
优选地，在本发明的一些实施例中，为了实现点胶辊主体的轻质化，降低点胶辊组件的负荷，所述点胶辊主体包括左端板、套管、右端板和转轴，所述左端板、套管和右端板依次相连，所述转轴贯穿套管的内部且转轴的两端分别延伸至的左端板和右端板的外部，所述螺纹孔开设在所述套管上。
其中，所述左端板上开设有让位于转轴的一端穿过的第一穿孔，所述右端板上开设有让位于转轴的另一端穿过的第二穿孔，所述第一穿孔与转轴之间设有与转轴的轴径相匹配的第一法兰座，所述第二穿孔与转轴之间设有与转轴的轴径相匹配的第二法兰座，保障转轴与左端板和右端板之间的安装强度。

参照图1和图2，本发明的一种点胶辊组件，包括：点胶辊主体10，所述点胶辊主体10的圆周壁面上设有沿其轴向分布的多行多列的点胶头20，所述点胶头20通过螺纹结构可拆卸安装在所述点胶辊主体10上。以上结构的点胶辊组件可以通过拆除或者增设点胶头20来适配不同尺寸的纸张，避免传统方式需要更换整个点胶辊的情况，便于快速切换至所需生产的产品，而且无需配置不同规格的点胶辊来匹配不同的产品，结构简单、成本低廉。
参见图2至图4，作为本发明的优选实施方式，所述点胶辊主体10的圆周壁面上设有沿其轴向分布的多行多列的螺纹孔3，所述点胶头20上设有与所述螺纹孔3相匹配的螺纹连接杆4。点胶头20通过螺纹连接杆4从点胶辊主体10的外部螺接或者拆除，该拆装方式非常简便。
参见图3和图4，优选地，所述点胶头20包括金属连接座21，所述金属连接座21的上部设有一橡胶头部22，所述螺纹连接杆4设于所述金属连接座21的下部，通过旋转金属连接座21使得螺纹连接杆4与螺纹孔3相结合或者相分离，而且金属连接座21与点胶辊主体10连接有利于拆换频率较高的使用方式。
参见图4，为了保证橡胶头部22与金属连接座21之间的连接稳定度，作为本发明的优选实施方式，所述橡胶头部22注塑成型于金属连接座21上而与金属连接座21形成一体结构。
参见图3和图4，优选地，进一步提高橡胶头部22与金属连接座21之间的连接稳定度，所述金属连接座21的的上部具有向上延伸的凸柱211，所述凸柱211上设有与所述橡胶头部22相结合的防脱凹槽212。
优选地，为了减少零部件的数量，简化组装工序，所述螺纹连接杆4与所述金属连接座21为一体结构。
参见图2，优选地，在本发明的一些实施例中，为了实现点胶辊主体10的轻质化，降低点胶辊组件的负荷，所述点胶辊主体10包括左端板11、套管12、右端板13和转轴14，所述左端板11、套管12和右端板13依次相连，所述转轴14贯穿套管12的内部且转轴14的两端分别延伸至的左端板11和右端板13的外部，所述螺纹孔3开设在所述套管12上。
参见图2，其中，所述左端板11上开设有让位于转轴14的一端穿过的第一穿孔15，所述右端板13上开设有让位于转轴14的另一端穿过的第二穿孔16，所述第一穿孔15与转轴14之间设有与转轴14的轴径相匹配的第一法兰座17，所述第二穿孔16与转轴14之间设有与转轴14的轴径相匹配的第二法兰座18，保障转轴14与左端板11和右端板13之间的安装强度。

点胶辊主体(10)，所述点胶辊主体(10)的圆周壁面上设有沿其轴向分布的多行多列的点胶头(20)，所述点胶头(20)通过螺纹结构可拆卸安装在所述点胶辊主体(10)上。

所述点胶辊主体(10)的圆周壁面上设有沿其轴向分布的多行多列的螺纹孔(3)，所述点胶头(20)上设有与所述螺纹孔(3)相匹配的螺纹连接杆(4)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种点胶辊组件，其特征在于：
所述点胶头(20)包括金属连接座(21)，所述金属连接座(21)的上部设有一橡胶头部(22)，所述螺纹连接杆(4)设于所述金属连接座(21)的下部。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种点胶辊组件，其特征在于：
所述橡胶头部(22)注塑成型于金属连接座(21)上而与金属连接座(21)形成一体结构。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种点胶辊组件，其特征在于：
所述金属连接座(21)的的上部具有向上延伸的凸柱(211)，所述凸柱(211)上设有与所述橡胶头部(22)相结合的防脱凹槽(212)。

所述螺纹连接杆(4)与所述金属连接座(21)为一体结构。
7.根据权利要求2所述的一种点胶辊组件，其特征在于：
所述点胶辊主体(10)包括左端板(11)、套管(12)、右端板(13)和转轴(14)，所述左端板(11)、套管(12)和右端板(13)依次相连，所述转轴(14)贯穿套管(12)的内部且转轴(14)的两端分别延伸至的左端板(11)和右端板(13)的外部，所述螺纹孔(3)开设在所述套管(12)上。
