The working principle is as follows:
when the device is used, when snowfall weather is met, the driving motor 11 is controlled to be started, the driving shaft 13 is driven to rotate through the driving wheel 40 and the driving shaft 39, so that the driving block 16 on the driving wheel 15 synchronously rotates, the main adjusting block 17 drives the adjusting limiting shaft 19 to perform translational movement on the limiting driving wheel 20, the auxiliary adjusting block 21 synchronously moves, the gravity of the movable adjusting groove 22, the fixed supporting rod 23 and the extrusion rod 24 limits, when the auxiliary adjusting block 21 moves rightwards, the extrusion rod 24 descends, when the auxiliary adjusting block 21 moves leftwards, the movable extrusion rod 24 ascends, when the extrusion rod 24 ascends, the extrusion shaft rod 28 at the top of the extrusion rod 24 pushes the right bottom of the adjusting top plate 6 to ascend, the axis of the movable adjusting shaft 31 limits the adjusting top plate 6 to perform local inclination, and the cleaning plate 7 and the adjusting top plate 6 perform synchronous relative vibration through the matching of the hinge 32, therefore, the accumulated snow on the cleaning plate 7 is shaken off between the two groups of rubber plates 12, the accumulated snow between the two groups of rubber plates 12 synchronously rotates through the driving wheel 15 by the rotation of the driving shaft 13, and because the stirring block 44 and the rubber plates 12 both belong to rubber materials and are mutually attached, when the driving shaft 13 rotates, relative high temperature is generated between the stirring block 44 and the rubber plates 12, the accumulated snow between the two groups of rubber plates 12 is melted by the conduction of the stirring block 44, the melted accumulated snow is transmitted into the liquid tank 8 through holes formed by the gap between the rubber plates 12 and the base plate 1, the cleaning driving shaft 35 rotates through the auxiliary driving belt 43 and the auxiliary wheel 42, so that the cleaning separation filtering plate 37 on the cleaning driving roller 36 drives the accumulated water carrying sundries to rotate after melting, when the cleaning separation filtering plate 37 rotates to the corresponding position of the cleaning driving roller 36, sundries are influenced by gravity and fall onto the rubber limiting conical block 38, the cleaning and separating filter plate 37 is contacted with the rubber limiting conical block 38, the cleaning and separating filter plate 37 is extruded and the rubber limiting conical block 38 has the characteristics, so that the impurities on the cleaning and separating filter plate 37 are remained and cleaned, and the sundries on the rubber limiting conical block 38 influenced by elasticity are popped out to the outside through the discharge opening 9.
