Description

Valve clip
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical instruments, in particular to a valve clamp.
Background
Valvular heart disease is the abnormality of heart valves (mitral valve, tricuspid valve, aortic valve, and pulmonary valve) and their accessory structures due to inflammation, ischemic necrosis, degenerative changes, myxoid degeneration, congenital developmental malformation, rheumatic diseases, and trauma. The most commonly involved valve is the mitral valve and then the aortic valve, causing stenosis or regurgitation of a single or multiple valves, which is one of the major causes of heart failure, arrhythmias, syncope and sudden death.
Valvular heart disease remains the leading cause of disability and mortality worldwide, with approximately 10 million open chest valve repairs and replacements accounting for 20% of cardiac surgery annually in the united states. At the same time, a large part of patients take medicine conservative treatment. With increasing age, the prevalence of valvular disease increases, and it is expected that there will be a large number of patients with valvular disease.
Surgical treatment is currently considered the primary means of treating valvular heart disease, enabling valve repair or replacement, thereby ameliorating the patient's symptoms. However, the surgical operation has the defects of large trauma, slow recovery, high risk and the like, and some patients with advanced age, chest-opening history, poor cardiac function or combined multi-organ dysfunction are not suitable for the surgical treatment mode.
Chinese patent documents: cn201810476710.x, application date 2018.05.17, patent name: a valve clamping device and a valve clamping system. A valve clamping device and a valve clamping system are disclosed, wherein the valve clamping system comprises a valve clamping device and a pushing device. The valve clamping device comprises a push rod, at least two clamps, at least one extension arm and a driving component for driving the clamps to open and close and the extension arms to stretch. Each clamp comprises a first clamp arm and a second clamp arm which can be opened and closed relatively, and at least one extension arm is arranged on the surface of the first clamp arm in a telescopic mode.
Chinese patent documents: CN201820841963.8, application date 2018.06.01, patent names: a valve clamping device. A valve clamping device for treating valvular heart disease is disclosed. The valve clamping device comprises: a leaflet hook for picking up and securing a valve leaflet; a clamping component which clamps the object therein by the mutual acting force generated by closing and squeezing; the locking device is arranged outside the clamping part and can ensure that the clamping part is clamped more tightly without displacement; and the conveying device conveys each component to a surgical position in a minimally invasive intervention mode. The valve clamping device is applied to the pathological valve leaflet, and the normal chordae tendineae at two sides of the pathological part are mutually close by closing the free edge of the pathological valve leaflet, so that the valve leaflet is restored to the normal closing level.
In the valve clamping device and the valve clamping system in the patent document cn201810476710.x, the surface of the first clamp arm of the valve clamping device is provided with the telescopic extension arm, so that when the first clamp arm is opened relative to the second clamp arm of the valve clamping device, the extension arm extends out of the first clamp arm, which is equivalent to increasing the length of the first clamp arm of the clamp, the longer first clamp arm can play a better supporting effect on the valve leaflet when capturing the valve leaflet, and the valve leaflet is prevented from slipping off the surface of the first clamp arm, so that the movable valve leaflet can be rapidly captured, the operation difficulty is reduced, and the operation efficiency is improved; however, in the patent document CN201820841963.8, by providing the leaflet hooks, the clamping component and the locking device disposed outside the clamping component, the clamping component can be clamped more tightly without displacement, and the device has the advantages of simple structure, minimally invasive implantation, easy operation, detachable or adjustable clamping position, good clamping effect, and the like, and can be applied to treatment of mitral regurgitation and tricuspid regurgitation, and also can be used for other minimally invasive surgeries requiring clamping of several lamellar tissues. However, there is no report on a valve clip which can be used for interventional therapy of patients with heart valvular diseases such as mitral valve, tricuspid valve and aortic insufficiency, is simple to operate, has small trauma and quick recovery, and has wide indications.
In summary, there is a need for a valve clip that can be used for interventional therapy of patients with mitral valve disease, tricuspid valve disease and aortic insufficiency, and has the advantages of simple operation, less trauma, fast recovery and wide indications.
