The left shell or the right shell of the seed sowing device is of a cast aluminum and round cavity structure, and is matched with the inner chamber cavity, the sealing ring and the positioning lining to form a negative pressure cavity. The seed feeding plate is of a metal plate bending structure, the L-shaped side surface of the seed feeding plate is a similar arc curved surface, and the directional feeding of the soybean seeds after falling from the holes is realized by means of the curved surface and a real-time angle.
The working process of the invention is as follows:
1) after falling from the seed box, soybean seeds enter a public seed inlet of a bottom shell 1 of the seed sowing device and are respectively guided to seed filling areas on the left side and the right side of the bottom shell of the seed sowing device through seed channels shaped like Chinese character 'income' of the bottom shell.
2) When the device works, the fan is respectively connected with the air inlet channel 201 of the left shell 2 and the air inlet channel 404 of the right shell 4 through the plastic hose and the connector, negative pressure air flows into the negative pressure cavity, and pressure gradient force is formed at the position of the hole along with the attachment of the seed discharging disc 13 and the sealing ring 8. 4) Along with the rotation of the seed discharging disc 13, the molded holes sequentially pass through the outer edge seed cleaning cutter component 5 and the inner edge seed cleaning cutter component 6 to realize seed cleaning and complete the seed cleaning process.
4) When the seed discharging disc 13 continues to rotate, after the shaped hole on the seed discharging disc 13 rotates to be separated from the negative pressure cavity, the soybean seed falls off from the shaped hole under the action of gravity and initial speed, and then the projection angle and speed are adjusted under the action of the tail-end seed delivery device 7, so that seed falling is completed.
The power transmission device 11 is a worm gear structure, but is not limited to this structure.
