本发明公开了一种资源配置方法及装置、计算机存储介质,所述方法包括:终端接收网络设备发送的第一控制信息,所述终端当前激活的BWP为第一下行BWP和第一上行BWP,所述第一控制信息包括第一指示信息,所述第一指示信息用于指示待激活的BWP为第二下行BWP或第二上行BWP;所述终端确定所述第一下行BWP、所述第一上行BWP和所述第二下行BWP、所述第二上行BWP是否能够同时被激活,如果所述第一下行BWP、所述第一上行BWP和所述第二下行BWP、所述第二上行BWP能够同时被激活,则所述终端在激活所述第二下行BWP和所述第二上行BWP的同时保持所述第一下行BWP和所述第一上行BWP继续处于激活状态。
