At least two metal electrode plates 15 are embedded in the surface of the front shell 10 of the earphone, and protrusions are arranged on the inner sides of the metal electrode plates 15 and electrically connected with the PCBA board 13 of the earphone. The earphone PCBA board 13 is electrically connected with the earphone battery 14, so that the earphone battery 14 is electrically connected with the metal electrode plate 15 through the protrusion and the earphone PCBA board 13. The earphone has the advantages that the at least two metal electrode plates 15 are ingeniously arranged on the surface of the earphone 2, common charging contacts in the prior art are replaced, the charging area can be increased, and poor contact is prevented; and moreover, as the surface of the charging part is smooth and has no recess, dirt accumulation is avoided, the circuit can be ensured to be conducted for a long time, and the charging device is more attractive.
In some embodiments, the metal electrode plate 15 is attached to the surface of the front earphone housing 10 by means of an adhesive, the protrusion is embedded in the mounting hole of the front earphone housing 10, and the protrusion and the PCBA board 13 of the earphone are welded together by pins.
In some embodiments, the metal electrode sheet 15 is processed by stamping or powder metallurgy according to the surface radian of the front shell 10 of the earphone, and after surface treatment by anodic oxidation and sand blasting, the shape of the surface of the front shell 10 of the earphone is the same as that of the front shell; the surface of the front shell 10 of the earphone is pressed with the metal electrode sheet 15 on the surface of the front shell 10 of the earphone through sleeve beer or mortise pressing. Therefore, the metal electrode plate 15 is attached to the earphone front shell 10 in a seamless mode, the appearance is attractive, the consistency of the appearance is kept, the charging electrode plate and the earphone shell are integrated, the surface is seamless, dirt is not hidden, and the earphone front shell is clean and tidy.
As shown in fig. 3-4, in some embodiments, the metal electrode sheet 15 is two pieces, including: a positive plate and a negative plate.
As shown in fig. 6, in other embodiments, the metal electrode sheet 15 is three sheets, and includes: the device comprises a positive plate, a negative plate and a voltage detection electrode plate. In some embodiments, magnets are disposed in the headset cavity and the charging stand 1, respectively, so that the TWS headset is fixed when placed on the TWS headset charging box for charging.
