The plurality of the present invention means two or more. "and/or" describes the association relationship of the associated objects, meaning that there may be three relationships, e.g., a and/or B, which may mean: a exists alone, A and B exist simultaneously, and B exists alone. The character "/" generally indicates that the former and latter associated objects are in an "or" relationship. In addition, it should be understood that although the terms first, second, etc. may be used to describe various objects (such as uplink interference level, uplink received interference power, etc.) in the embodiments of the present invention, these data packets should not be limited by these terms. These terms are only used to distinguish objects from each other.
In order to timely find the change condition of the number of the user equipment under the beam coverage, the beam with less number of the user equipment is timely adjusted, and the beam energy can be effectively utilized.
The beam is a shape of a radio signal or an electromagnetic wave emitted from an antenna, and has indices such as directivity and radiation width. The beam radiation has a certain angle, i.e. the radiation covers a certain (angular) range.
The embodiment of the invention provides a method and a device for optimizing beam utilization rate, wherein when the number of user equipment in the beam coverage range of two adjustable antennas is detected to be smaller than a preset threshold value, an alarm notification is sent to a management device and used for indicating that the beam energy utilization rate of the adjustable antennas is low, so that a manager can make adjustment measures according to the beam of the alarm notification in time, and further the beam energy utilization rate can be improved. The method and the device are based on the same inventive concept, and because the principles of solving the problems of the method and the device are similar, the implementation of the device and the method can be mutually referred, and repeated parts are not repeated.
Referring to fig. 2, a schematic flow chart of a method for optimizing a beam utilization according to an embodiment of the present invention is provided. The method comprises the following steps:
s201, detecting, within a first preset time period, a number of first user equipments whose arrival angles in the vertical direction are located within a beam coverage range of a first tunable antenna, and detecting, within the first preset time period, a number of second user equipments whose arrival angles in the vertical direction are located within a beam coverage range of a second tunable antenna.
Wherein the beam radiated by the first tunable antenna and the beam radiated by the second tunable antenna serve the same cell.
As an example, the first preset duration implementation may be configured with a timer. For example, when beam energy detection is triggered to be executed, a timer is started, and when the timer is overtime, beam energy detection is completed to obtain the number of the first user equipment and the number of the second user equipment.
The tunable antenna may be an electrically tunable antenna, or may be an antenna capable of adjusting a beam coverage by other means.
S202, when at least one of the first user equipment number and the second user equipment number is determined to be smaller than a preset threshold value, sending an alarm notification to a management device, wherein the alarm notification is used for indicating that the beam energy utilization rate of the adjustable antenna is low so as to adjust the beam.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the preset threshold may also be referred to as a detection threshold. The detection threshold may be determined according to actual requirements, and may be set to 10, 20, or the like. For example, if the cell coverage location is school, the detection threshold setting corresponding to the cold-heat vacation period may be lower than the detection threshold of the non-cold-heat vacation period.
Optionally, the alarm notification may include an identifier of the tunable antenna with the low energy utilization rate of the beam (or an identifier of the tunable antenna with the number of the user equipment smaller than the preset threshold), or include an identifier of the beam with the low energy utilization rate (or an identifier of the beam with the number of the user equipment smaller than the preset threshold). Based on this, the management person can determine which antenna needs to be adjusted through the management apparatus.
Two ways of determining the number of user equipments are exemplified as follows:
the first mode is as follows: the number of users whose arrival angles in the vertical direction are within the beam coverage range of the tunable antenna is respectively detected in N detection periods included in the first preset duration to obtain N user equipment numbers, and the maximum value of the N user equipment numbers can be determined as the user equipment number detected in the first preset duration. Specifically, the number of the first user equipments is the maximum number of the number of N user equipments whose arrival angles in the vertical direction are located within the beam coverage of the first tunable antenna, which are detected in N detection periods, respectively; or the number of the second user equipments is the maximum number of the N user equipments whose arrival angles in the vertical direction are located within the beam coverage of the second tunable antenna, which are detected in N detection periods respectively; and the duration of the N detection periods is the first preset duration.
The second mode is as follows: the number of users whose arrival angles in the vertical direction are within the beam coverage range of the tunable antenna is respectively detected in N detection periods included in the first preset duration to obtain N user equipment numbers, and an average value of the N user equipment numbers may be determined as the number of user equipment detected in the first preset duration. Specifically, the number of the first user equipments is an average value of the number of N user equipments whose arrival angles in the vertical direction are located within the beam coverage range of the first tunable antenna, which are detected in N detection periods, respectively; or the number of the second user equipments is an average value of the number of the N user equipments whose arrival angles in the vertical direction are located within the beam coverage of the second tunable antenna, which are detected in N detection periods respectively; and the duration of the N detection periods is the first preset duration.
In an optional implementation manner, a trigger switch is added for a scenario where the traffic volume is reduced or zero under the beam coverage. The state of the switch can determine whether to perform beam traffic detection according to actual requirements. And when the switch state is on, indicating to execute the detection of the beam traffic, and when the switch state is off, indicating to forbid the execution of the detection of the beam traffic. For example, a parameter value may be configured as a switch, and for convenience of description, the parameter value is referred to as a switch parameter in the embodiment of the present invention. The switching parameter may occupy 1 bit, and when the switching parameter is 1, the switching state is on, and when the parameter value is 0, the switching state is off. Of course, it can also be configured that when the switching parameter is 0, the switching state is on, and when the switching parameter is 1, the switching state is off.
Based on this, when detecting the number of first user equipments whose arrival angles in the vertical direction are located within the beam coverage of the first tunable antenna within the first preset time period, and detecting the number of second user equipments whose arrival angles in the vertical direction are located within the beam coverage of the second tunable antenna within the first preset time period, the following steps may be performed:
when the switch state for triggering beam user quantity detection is determined to be on, detecting the number of first user equipment with the arrival angle in the vertical direction within the beam coverage range of the first adjustable antenna within a first preset time period, and detecting the number of second user equipment with the arrival angle in the vertical direction within the beam coverage range of the second adjustable antenna within the first preset time period. And when the switch state for triggering the beam user quantity detection is determined to be off, forbidding the execution of the detection of the first user equipment quantity and the second user equipment quantity.
The following describes an embodiment of the present invention in detail with reference to an application scenario, and the following describes an example in which when a switching parameter is 1, the switching state is on, and when the parameter value is 0, the switching state is off.
Referring to fig. 3, a schematic flow chart of a method for detecting narrowband signal interference according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown.
And S301, determining a value corresponding to the switch parameter, and executing S302 when the value is 0, and executing S303 when the value is 1.
And S302, forbidding execution of beam energy detection.
S303, start or reset the timer.
And S304, before the timer is overtime, detecting the number of the user equipment with the arrival angle within the beam coverage range of the first adjustable antenna and the second adjustable antenna.
As an example, the two adjustable antennas may be divided into a positive angle antenna and a negative angle antenna. For example, the first tunable antenna has an azimuth angle of +90 °, and the second tunable antenna has an azimuth angle of-90 °. The beam coverage, i.e. the angular coverage, of the two steerable antennas can be determined from the azimuth angles of the two steerable antennas.
S305, determining whether the number of the user equipment in the first adjustable antenna or the second adjustable antenna is continuously lower than a detection threshold in a preset time period corresponding to the timer. If yes, go to S306, otherwise go to S303: the timer is reset.
For example, the timer may be set to 3 days. Whether the number of user equipment in the coverage area of the beam corresponding to the two adjustable antennas is continuously lower than the detection threshold in 3 days. Specifically, the number of user equipments in the beam coverage range corresponding to the two tunable antennas may be detected at an interval of half an hour, and if the number of user equipments in the beam coverage range corresponding to the first tunable antenna detected each time in 3 days is lower than the detection threshold, it is determined that the beam energy utilization rate of the first tunable antenna is low. Or if the number of the user equipment in the beam coverage range corresponding to the second tunable antenna detected each time within 3 days is lower than the detection threshold, determining that the beam energy utilization rate of the second tunable antenna is low. Of course, if at least one of the number of the user equipments in the beam coverage area corresponding to the first tunable antenna detected for multiple times in 3 days is higher than or equal to the detection threshold, the beam energy utilization rate is not determined, and the detection in the next 3-day period may be continuously performed until the detection switch parameter is 0, and the detection is stopped.
S306, sending an alarm notice to the management equipment.
