Compared with the traditional PT power supply and measurement mode, the power supply of the dry type transformer is adopted, the resistance-capacitance voltage sensor is used for providing measurement signals, the resonance can be reduced, the pollution to a power supply is reduced, and meanwhile, the power consumption is also reduced.
