Abstract
The invention discloses a warehouse management system based on the Internet of things, which comprises a goods management system, a warehouse management system and an upper management system; the goods management system is used for managing the goods in and out condition of the warehouse and the warehousing condition of the goods and providing goods information management basis; the warehouse safety system is used for guaranteeing safety of the warehouse and goods in the warehouse, constantly detects the environmental conditions in the warehouse by using various sensors, and then manages the warehouse by using the technology of the internet of things; the upper management system is used for setting and managing the warehouse management system by the enterprise management layer and checking the working condition of the system. In the invention, the goods are managed by using the handheld PAD terminal and the RFID tag, and the goods do not need paper documents when entering and transporting, so that the trouble of opening the paper documents is saved, the problem that the paper documents are easy to damage and lose is solved, and the management efficiency of the goods is accelerated.

Background

The goods management system comprises a handheld PAD terminal, a database, a goods input system, a goods delivery system and an RFID label; the handheld PAD terminal is an industrial handheld PAD terminal widely used in the prior art, and has multiple functions of bar code (two-dimensional code) scanning, RFID reading and writing, IC card, fingerprint identification, networking printing, identity card identification and the like; the database is an operation database of the warehouse management system, not only stores goods information, but also provides data source support of the management system; the goods input system is used for inputting the goods into the storage warehouse; the goods delivery system is used for carrying out the operation of delivering goods out of the warehouse, the delivery of the goods must be the goods existing in the warehouse, namely, the goods must be input into the warehouse before being delivered; the RFID label is an existing widely-used RFID label and is used for carrying out wireless monitoring management on goods.
The cargo management system further comprises a system working log, wherein the system working log is the working record condition of the cargo management system on the same day and is used for providing data verification support.
The warehouse safety system comprises a temperature sensor, a humidity sensor, a smoke sensor, a fire alarm, a monitoring probe and a fire-fighting system; the temperature sensor is used for monitoring the temperature condition in the warehouse; the humidity sensor is used for detecting the humidity condition in the warehouse and is arranged on the upper part and the lower part of the inner wall of the warehouse; the smoke sensor is used for detecting smoke generation in the warehouse; the fire alarm is used for monitoring whether a fire disaster happens and carrying out fire alarm; the monitoring probe is used for visually monitoring the warehouse; the fire-fighting system is fire-fighting equipment such as existing fire-fighting sprays in warehouses and factory buildings of enterprises.
The upper management module comprises a management setting module and a data export module; the management setting module is used for enterprise management personnel to set the warehouse management system; and the data export module is used for exporting the report and the working log data.
The upper management module further comprises a report generation module, and the report generation module is used for automatically generating daily cargo in-out condition reports according to the working logs of the system.
The upper management module further comprises a security system, and the security system is used for being responsible for the security of the warehouse management system.

4. In the invention, the management system automatically generates the daily report according to the daily system working condition and the database change condition, and the report is directly checked by enterprise management personnel, thereby not only saving the trouble of checking the report by the personnel, but also avoiding the error condition of manual operation.
