Various embodiments of the method of the present invention are presented in terms of the above-described hardware architecture.
Referring to fig. 2, in a first embodiment of a method for generating a current calibration parameter of an outdoor unit of an air conditioner according to the present invention, the method for generating a current calibration parameter of an outdoor unit of an air conditioner includes:
step S10, when the test terminal or the air conditioner detects that the air conditioner outdoor unit operates within a preset power range for a preset duration, the test terminal or the air conditioner obtains a first current value collected by a current detection device arranged in the air conditioner outdoor unit and a second current value collected by a production line current detection device of the air conditioner outdoor unit;
in this scheme, production line current detection device means the test fixture who is used for producing line test external machine function, and this frock needs to possess the current value detection function of high accuracy to carry out regular professional calibration. The production line testing stage is to detect various performances of the outdoor unit and the indoor unit of the produced air conditioner before the air conditioner leaves a factory. The stable operation of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner means that a compressor of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner operates within a preset frequency range for a preset time. In the production line testing stage, after the outdoor unit of the air conditioner is connected with the production line current detection device, the production line current detection device can acquire the working current value of the outdoor unit in real time, and when the outdoor unit of the air conditioner stably runs, the air conditioner or the test terminal can acquire the first current value of the outdoor unit acquired by the current detection device arranged in the outdoor unit and acquire the second current value of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner acquired by the production line current detection device at the same time.
Step S20, the test terminal or the air conditioner obtains a current calibration coefficient and a current calibration direction according to the first current value and the second current value;
after the air conditioner or the test terminal obtains the first current value and the second current value, a current calibration coefficient and a current calibration direction are obtained according to the first current value and the second current value.
Specifically, based on the above embodiment, the step of obtaining the current calibration coefficient according to the first current value and the second current value by the test terminal or the air conditioner in step S20 includes:
step S21, the test terminal or the air conditioner calculates the absolute difference value of the first current value and the second current value;
in step S22, the test terminal or the air conditioner uses the ratio of the absolute difference to the second current value as a current calibration factor.
The air conditioner or the test terminal obtains a first current value collected by a current detection device arranged in an air conditioner outdoor unit and a second current value collected by an external production line current detection device at the same time, and then obtains an absolute difference value between the first current value and the second current value. And then taking the ratio of the absolute difference value to the second current value as a current calibration coefficient, wherein the current calibration coefficient is greater than or equal to 0. When the first current value and the second current value have no deviation, the current calibration coefficient is 0, and when the first current value and the second current value have deviation, the current calibration coefficient is larger than 0.
Specifically, based on the above embodiment, the step of the test terminal or the air conditioner obtaining the current calibration direction according to the first current value and the second current value in step S20 includes:
step S23, determining whether the first current value is greater than the second current value; if yes, go to step S24; if not, go to step S25;
step S24, determining the current calibration direction as the forward calibration;
in step S25, the current calibration direction is determined to be negative calibration.
After an air conditioner or a test terminal acquires a first current value acquired by a current detection device arranged in an air conditioner outdoor unit and a second current value acquired by a current detection device arranged on an external production line, the current calibration direction is determined by comparing the first current value with the second current value, whether the first current value is larger than the second current value or not is specifically judged, if the first current value is larger than the second current value, the current calibration direction is determined to be positive calibration, namely the current value detected by the built-in current detection device is larger than the actual current value, and if the first current value is smaller than or equal to the second current value, the current calibration direction is determined to be negative calibration, namely the current value detected by the built-in current detection device is smaller than the actual current value or has no deviation.
It should be noted that, since the current calibration coefficient is 0 when there is no deviation between the first current value and the second current value, when the first current value is equal to the second current value, the current calibration direction is determined to be the negative calibration, which does not affect the subsequent calibration result, and when the first current value is equal to the second current value, the current calibration direction may also be determined to be the positive calibration.
It should be noted that, a current calibration parameter of the outdoor unit in the heating mode or the cooling mode may also be generated, and the specific process includes that the air conditioner or the test terminal obtains a first current value acquired by a current detection device built in the outdoor unit of the air conditioner when the compressor of the outdoor unit operates in the heating mode stably and a second current value acquired by a production line current detection device when the compressor of the outdoor unit operates in the heating mode stably, and obtains the first current value acquired by the current detection device when the compressor of the outdoor unit operates in the cooling mode stably and the second current value acquired by the production line current detection device when the compressor of the outdoor unit operates in the cooling mode stably; then obtaining a current calibration coefficient and a current calibration direction corresponding to the heating mode according to a first current value acquired by the current detection device in the heating mode and a second current value acquired by the production line current detection device; and obtaining a current calibration coefficient and a current calibration direction corresponding to the refrigeration mode according to a first current value acquired by the current detection device in the refrigeration mode and a second current value acquired by the production line current detection device.
In step S30, the test terminal or the air conditioner stores the current calibration coefficient and the current calibration direction in a memory of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner.
The air conditioner stores the current calibration coefficient and the current calibration direction into a memory of the outdoor unit, so that the air conditioner calibrates the current value of the outdoor unit acquired by the built-in current detection device according to the stored current calibration coefficient and the stored current calibration direction in a normal use stage. Or the test terminal sends the obtained current calibration coefficient and the obtained current calibration direction to a memory of the air conditioner outdoor unit so that the memory of the air conditioner outdoor unit stores the current calibration coefficient and the current calibration direction, and therefore the air conditioner calibrates the current value of the outdoor unit, collected by a current detection device arranged in the outdoor unit, according to the current calibration coefficient and the current calibration direction in the normal use process.
The current value detected by the current detection device of the production line in the embodiment has high precision and is close to the real current value, and when the air conditioner is in the production stage, the current detection device of the production line with high current detection precision and the current detection device arranged in the air conditioner outdoor unit collect the current of the air conditioner outdoor unit in stable operation at the same time, the current calibration parameters of the current detection device arranged in the air conditioner outdoor unit, including the current calibration coefficient and the current calibration direction, are obtained by using the current values collected at the same time, the current calibration parameters are stored in a memory of the air conditioner outdoor unit, so that the air conditioner utilizes the stored current calibration parameters to calibrate the current value collected by the built-in current detection device in the normal use process of the air conditioner, therefore, the obtained calibrated current value is equivalent to the current value acquired by using the production line current detection device and is closer to a real current value, and the accuracy of a subsequent electric quantity metering result is improved.
Referring to fig. 3, in a first embodiment of a current detecting method of an outdoor unit of an air conditioner according to the present invention, the current detecting method of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner includes:
s100, the air conditioner obtains a current value acquired by a current detection device;
in the scheme, in the normal use stage of the air conditioner, the current value of the outdoor unit can be acquired in real time by the current detection device arranged in the outdoor unit of the air conditioner, and the current value of the outdoor unit acquired by the current detection device can be acquired by the air conditioner when one current value is acquired.
Step S200, calibrating the current value by the air conditioner according to the pre-stored current calibration coefficient and the pre-stored current calibration direction to obtain a calibrated current value;
and step S300, the air conditioner takes the calibrated current value as the current actual working current value of the air conditioner outdoor unit.
After the air conditioner obtains the current value of the outdoor unit collected by the current detection device at the current moment, the current value collected at the current moment is calibrated according to the pre-stored current calibration coefficient and the pre-stored current calibration direction in the outdoor unit to obtain a calibrated current value, and the calibrated current value is used as the actual working current value of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner at the current moment.
Specifically, step S200 includes:
step S210, calibrating the current value by the air conditioner according to a pre-stored current calibration coefficient, a pre-stored current calibration direction and a current calibration formula to obtain a calibrated current value;
wherein, the current calibration formula is as follows:
Ischool=(1-DX)×IMining
Wherein, ISchoolIs the calibrated current value; if the pre-stored current calibration direction is positive calibration, D is 1; if the pre-stored current calibration direction is negative calibration, D is-1; x is a calibration coefficient of a pre-stored current, IMiningIs the current value.
After the air conditioner obtains the current value of the outdoor unit collected by the current detection device at the current moment, the current value collected at the current moment, the current calibration coefficient prestored in the outdoor unit and the current calibration direction prestored in the outdoor unit are input into a preset calibration formula ISchool=(1-DX)×IMiningObtaining a calibrated current value, wherein ISchoolFor the calibrated current value, D is 1 when the calibration direction of the pre-stored current is positive calibration, and D is negative calibration-1, X is a pre-stored current calibration factor, IMiningThe current value collected at the current moment.
It should be noted that the outdoor unit of the air conditioner may store a current calibration coefficient and a current calibration direction corresponding to the heating mode and a current calibration coefficient and a current calibration direction corresponding to the cooling mode. When the air conditioner needs to calibrate the current value of the outdoor unit acquired by the current detection device at the current moment, the operation mode of the compressor at the current moment is required to be a heating mode or a cooling mode before calibration, and if the operation mode of the compressor at the current moment is the heating mode, the air conditioner can input the current value acquired at the current moment, a pre-stored current calibration coefficient corresponding to the heating mode and a pre-stored current calibration direction into a preset calibration formula ISchool=(1-DX)×IMiningObtaining a calibrated current value; if the operation mode of the compressor at the current moment is the refrigeration mode, the air conditioner inputs the current value acquired at the current moment, the pre-stored current calibration coefficient corresponding to the refrigeration mode and the pre-stored current calibration direction into a preset calibration formula ISchool=(1-DX)×IMiningObtaining a calibrated current value.
The current calibration parameters obtained by calibrating the current detection device arranged in the air conditioner outdoor unit by utilizing the current detection device with high current detection precision in the production line production stage comprise a current calibration coefficient and a current calibration direction, the current value acquired by the current detection device arranged in the air conditioner outdoor unit in the normal use process is calibrated, and the acquired calibrated current value is equivalent to the current value acquired by using the current detection device arranged in the production line, so that the calibrated current value is closer to a real current value, and the accuracy of the subsequent electric quantity metering result is improved.
Further, referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating a method for detecting a current of an outdoor unit of an air conditioner according to a second embodiment of the present invention, where in the present embodiment, before the step S200, the method further includes:
step S400, the air conditioner acquires a current outdoor environment temperature value;
step S500, the air conditioner obtains a target temperature influence coefficient corresponding to the current outdoor environment temperature value according to the mapping relation between the preset temperature value and the temperature influence coefficient;
the step S200 includes:
and S220, calibrating the current value by the air conditioner according to the pre-stored current calibration coefficient, the pre-stored current calibration direction and the target temperature influence coefficient to obtain a calibrated current value.
In this embodiment, the steps S400 to S500 and the step S100 may be executed simultaneously, or the steps S400 to S500 may be executed first, and then the step S100 may be executed, or the step S100 may be executed first, and then the steps S400 to S500 may be executed. The air conditioner obtains a current outdoor environment temperature value before calibrating the current value of the outdoor unit acquired at the current moment, then obtains a target temperature influence coefficient corresponding to the current outdoor environment temperature value from a mapping relation between a preset temperature value and a temperature influence coefficient, and finally calibrates the current value according to the target temperature influence coefficient, a pre-stored current calibration coefficient in the outdoor unit and a pre-stored current calibration direction to obtain a calibrated current value. Specifically, the current value, the target temperature influence coefficient, the calibration coefficient of the pre-stored current in the outdoor unit and the calibration direction of the pre-stored current in the outdoor unit are input into a preset calibration formula ISchool=(1-DX)×IMining× omega, a calibrated current value is obtained, where ISchoolFor the calibrated current value, D is 1 when the calibration direction of the pre-stored current is positive calibration, D is-1 when the calibration direction of the pre-stored current is negative calibration, X is a calibration coefficient of the pre-stored current, IMiningFor the current value, ω is the target temperature influence coefficient.
It should be noted that, under the condition that the outdoor unit of the air conditioner presets the current calibration coefficient and the current calibration direction corresponding to the heating mode and the current calibration coefficient and the current calibration direction corresponding to the cooling mode, when the outdoor unit current value acquired by the current detection device at the current moment needs to be calibrated by the air conditioner, the operation mode of the compressor at the current moment needs to be acquired before the calibration and is the heating mode or the cooling mode, if the operation mode of the compressor at the current moment is the heating mode, the air conditioner corrects the current value acquired at the current moment, the temperature influence coefficient at the current moment, and the pre-stored current corresponding to the heating modeInputting the quasi-coefficient and the calibration direction of the pre-stored current into a preset calibration formula ISchool=(1-DX)×IMining× omega, a calibrated current value is obtained, where ISchoolFor the calibrated current value, D is 1 when the calibration direction of the pre-stored current corresponding to the heating mode is positive calibration, D is-1 when the calibration direction of the pre-stored current corresponding to the heating mode is negative calibration, X is the calibration coefficient of the pre-stored current corresponding to the heating mode, and IMiningThe current value is acquired at the current moment, and omega is a target temperature influence coefficient; if the operation mode of the compressor at the current moment is a refrigeration mode, the air conditioner inputs the current value acquired at the current moment, the target temperature influence coefficient at the current moment, the pre-stored current calibration coefficient corresponding to the refrigeration mode and the pre-stored current calibration direction into a preset calibration formula ISchool=(1-DX)×IMining× omega, a calibrated current value is obtained, where ISchoolFor the calibrated current value, D is 1 when the calibration direction of the pre-stored current corresponding to the refrigeration mode is positive calibration, D is-1 when the calibration direction of the pre-stored current corresponding to the refrigeration mode is negative calibration, X is the calibration coefficient of the pre-stored current corresponding to the refrigeration mode, and IMiningAnd omega is a target temperature influence coefficient for the current value acquired at the current moment.
In the process of calibrating the collected current value, the temperature coefficient corresponding to the current outdoor environment temperature is introduced, so that the influence of the outdoor environment temperature on the built-in current detection device is eliminated, and the calibration precision of the current value is improved.
Further, referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a third embodiment of the current detection method of the outdoor unit of an air conditioner according to the first embodiment and the second embodiment of the current detection method of the outdoor unit of an air conditioner, and in the embodiment, after the step S300, the method further includes:
step S600, the air conditioner obtains the current actual working voltage value of the air conditioner outdoor unit;
step S700, the air conditioner obtains and stores the current actual power of the air conditioner outdoor unit according to the current actual working current value and the current actual working voltage value;
step S800, the air conditioner obtains the electricity consumption of the air conditioner outdoor unit in the preset period according to the actual power of the air conditioner outdoor unit at each moment in the preset period.
In this embodiment, the air conditioner further includes a built-in voltage collecting device, the built-in voltage collecting device collects a current actual working voltage value of the outdoor unit, and then the current actual working current value and the current actual working voltage value are multiplied to calculate a current actual power of the outdoor unit, and the current actual power is stored. And then, performing integral calculation on the preset period according to the actual power of the outdoor unit at each moment in the preset period to obtain the power consumption of the outdoor unit in the preset period, wherein the preset period can be 12h, 1 day, 7 days or one month, and the preset period is not limited.
It should be noted that, the step S600 and the step S100 may be executed at the same time, or the step S600 may be executed first, and then the step S100 may be executed.
In the embodiment, the power of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner at each moment is calculated by using the calibrated current value, and the power consumption of the outdoor unit is calculated according to the calculated power, so that the calculated power consumption of the outdoor unit is more accurate.
The invention also proposes a computer-readable storage medium on which a computer program is stored.
