The other end of the independent armor couple wire 12 is connected with the compensation cable 5, the other end of the conical sealing cavity 8 is provided with a supporting plate 4, the supporting plate 4 is provided with a leakage detection instrument 1, and the leakage detection instrument is connected with the conical sealing cavity 8 through a connecting pipe.
