Detailed Description

The embodiments described below with reference to the accompanying drawings are illustrative only for the purpose of explaining the present invention, and are not to be construed as limiting the present invention.
A control method of the electronic expansion valve according to an embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, according to the control method of the electronic expansion valve according to the embodiment of the first aspect of the present invention, the electronic expansion valve is used in an air conditioning system, and the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve is adjusted to adjust the flow rate of a refrigerant in a flow path, so as to adjust the exhaust temperature of a compressor, so that the air conditioning system is adjusted to an optimal operation state, where the optimal operation state is a state where the energy efficiency/capacity of the air conditioning system is optimal, and the capacity and energy efficiency of the air conditioning system are highest at this time.
The control method of the electronic expansion valve includes: detecting the current frequency of the compressor at intervals of delta t time, so that the frequency and the change condition of the compressor can be detected in time;
judging whether the current frequency of the compressor is lower than the set frequency of the compressor, if so, comparing the current frequency with the detected previous frequency, if not, ending the judgment, wherein the set frequency can distinguish whether the air conditioning system is in a low-frequency operation state, when the current frequency is higher than or equal to the set frequency, at the moment, the air conditioning system is not in a low-frequency running state, the air conditioning system has higher system pressure, the exhaust temperature of the compressor can be greatly changed due to the smaller opening degree adjustment of the electronic expansion valve, the air conditioning system can be quickly adjusted to an optimal operation state by directly adjusting the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve, when the current frequency is lower than the set frequency, the air conditioning system is in a low-frequency running state, the air conditioning system has lower system pressure, and the electronic expansion valve can cause the change of the exhaust temperature of the compressor only by needing larger opening degree adjustment;
judging whether the absolute value of the difference between the current frequency and the previous frequency is greater than the set frequency difference, if so, adjusting the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve to a reference opening degree, wherein the reference opening degree is determined according to the current outdoor environment temperature, otherwise, ending the judgment, the corresponding reference opening degree at different outdoor ambient temperatures can be determined according to the long-term experience of the air conditioning system, for example, according to the opening degree value of the electronic expansion valve corresponding to the optimal operation state of the air conditioning system at different outdoor ambient temperatures, wherein, when the absolute value of the difference between the current frequency and the previous frequency is judged to be less than or equal to the set frequency difference, the frequency change of the compressor is small, the air conditioning system does not need to be adjusted greatly, when the absolute value of the difference value between the current frequency and the previous frequency is judged to be larger than the set frequency difference value, the frequency change of the compressor is large, and the air conditioning system needs to be adjusted greatly so as to be adjusted to an optimal operation state;
the electronic expansion valve is adjusted to the reference opening degree and then runs for a preset time, and the air conditioning system is made to tend to be stable by running the air conditioning system for a period of time under the reference opening degree of the electronic expansion valve;
the method comprises the steps that after the electronic expansion valve operates for a preset time period under a reference opening degree, the exhaust temperature of the current compressor is detected, the detected exhaust temperature of the current compressor is the detected exhaust temperature, the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve is correspondingly adjusted according to the difference value between the detected exhaust temperature and a target exhaust temperature, when the detected exhaust temperature is lower than the target exhaust temperature, the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve is reduced, and when the detected exhaust temperature is higher than the target exhaust temperature, the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve is increased.
According to the control method of the electronic expansion valve, the running frequency of the compressor is judged in real time and compared, when the load change range is large, the target frequency is changed greatly, the load is low, the target running frequency is low, and the adjustment rate of the electronic expansion valve cannot be matched quickly and accurately. At this time, the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve is adjusted to the reference opening degree for a period of time, the adjustment can be regarded as coarse adjustment, and then the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve is corrected according to the difference value between the detected temperature and the target exhaust temperature, and the adjustment can be regarded as fine adjustment. Through the control mode that fixed aperture regulation and exhaust temperature regulation combined together, can be under the condition that air conditioning system's best flow demand changes on a large scale, adjust electronic expansion valve's aperture to near the best aperture fast, the aperture of cooperation exhaust temperature to electronic expansion valve is finely tuned, the required time of adjusting electronic expansion valve has been reduced by a wide margin, electronic expansion valve's aperture regulation efficiency has been promoted, can adjust air conditioning system's compressor's exhaust temperature to target exhaust temperature fast, air conditioning system's regulation efficiency and the accurate refrigeration of quick matching/heating volume can be improved, thereby can adjust air conditioning system to optimum running state fast.
When determining the reference opening degree of the electronic expansion valve according to the current outdoor environment temperature, the outdoor environment temperature may be divided into a plurality of temperature sections, each temperature section corresponds to one reference opening degree, and the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve is adjusted to the corresponding reference opening degree by detecting the outdoor environment temperature and confirming the temperature section where the outdoor environment temperature is located, for example, as shown in table 1 below:
TABLE 1
Temperature interval | T1≤T<T2 | T2≤T<T3 | T3≤T<T4 | T4≤T<T5 | T5≤T<T6 | ... |
Reference opening degree | Lra | Lrb | Lrc | Lrd | Lre | ... |
In table 1, T is the detected outdoor ambient temperature, and sections such as [ T1, T2 ], [ T2, T3 ] are a plurality of temperature sections into which the outdoor ambient temperature is divided, and the opening values such as Lra and Lrb are the reference openings corresponding to different temperature sections.
According to the control method of the electronic expansion valve of the present invention, whether the compressor is in low frequency operation is judged by detecting the current frequency of the compressor, and whether the frequency variation of the compressor is large is judged by comparing the current frequency with the previous frequency, when the air conditioning system runs at low frequency and the running frequency of the compressor is greatly changed, the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve is adjusted to the reference opening degree according to the current outdoor environment temperature and the running time is preset, further regulating the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve according to the difference between the detected exhaust temperature and the target exhaust temperature, the opening degree adjusting efficiency of the electronic expansion valve can be improved, the exhaust temperature of the compressor of the air conditioning system can be quickly adjusted to the target exhaust temperature, the adjusting efficiency of the air conditioning system can be improved and the cooling/heating amount can be quickly matched with accuracy, so that the air conditioning system can be quickly adjusted to an optimal operation state.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve corresponding to the air conditioning system in the optimal operation state is a reference opening degree at the corresponding outdoor ambient temperature. As shown in fig. 2, under the same outdoor environment temperature, in the process of gradually increasing the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve, the capacity/energy efficiency of the air conditioning system tends to increase first and then decrease, and when the capacity/energy efficiency of the air conditioning system is at the highest value, the opening degree value of one electronic expansion valve is the reference opening degree of the electronic expansion valve under the current outdoor environment temperature, in other words, by adjusting the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve to the reference opening degree when the energy efficiency/capacity of the corresponding air conditioning system is optimal under the determined outdoor environment temperature, the air conditioning system can be approximately adjusted to the optimal operation state, and the adjustment efficiency of the air conditioning system is further improved. The reference opening degree may be determined through experiments or long-term use experience of the air conditioning system.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, in adjusting the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve according to a difference between the detected exhaust gas temperature and the target exhaust gas temperature, the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve is adjusted within a set opening degree section, wherein the reference opening degree is located within the set opening degree section. In the process of further adjusting the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve by combining the exhaust temperature, the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve is adjusted in the set opening degree interval, so that the influence caused by the difference between the detected exhaust temperature and the actual exhaust temperature of the compressor can be reduced, particularly, the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve is quickly adjusted by reducing the influence caused by the difference when the detected exhaust temperature and the actual exhaust temperature of the compressor are greatly different, for example, when the detected exhaust temperature is lower than the actual exhaust temperature of the compressor due to the low outdoor environment temperature. The design improves the opening degree adjusting efficiency of the electronic expansion valve, so that the air conditioning system is quickly and accurately adjusted to the optimal operation state.
In some optional embodiments of the present invention, after the electronic expansion valve operates at the reference opening degree for the preset time period and before the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve is adjusted, the detected discharge temperature of the compressor is T0, the upper limit value of the opening degree interval is set as the opening degree value corresponding to the electronic expansion valve when the discharge temperature is (T0- Δ T), the lower limit value of the opening degree interval is set as the opening degree value corresponding to the electronic expansion valve when the discharge temperature is (T0+ Δ T), and Δ T is the maximum allowable deviation temperature limit value of the air conditioning system. By correcting the opening degree values of the electronic expansion valves respectively corresponding to the delta T values up and down on the basis of the detected exhaust temperature T0 to serve as the upper limit value and the lower limit value of the set opening degree interval, the influence caused by the difference between the detected exhaust temperature and the actual exhaust temperature of the compressor can be reduced, the air conditioning system can be rapidly adjusted to the optimal operation state better, and the large deviation between the air conditioning system and the optimal operation state in the adjusting process is avoided.
It is understood that the detected discharge temperature detected by the temperature sensor may be different from the actual discharge temperature of the compressor, for example, when the discharge temperature of the compressor is detected by the temperature sensor, the outdoor low temperature environment or poor contact may cause the discharge temperature detected by the temperature sensor to be lower, that is, the detected discharge temperature to be lower than the actual discharge temperature of the compressor, or when the temperature sensor is coated with the heat retaining member, the temperature detected by the temperature sensor may be higher, that is, the detected discharge temperature to be higher than the actual discharge temperature of the compressor due to heat accumulation. When the detected exhaust temperature may deviate from the actual exhaust temperature of the compressor too much, the deviation of the system flow is large, and the deviation of the system capacity and energy efficiency from the optimal value is large, so that in the process of further adjusting the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve in combination with the exhaust temperature, the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve is adjusted in the set opening degree interval to reduce the influence caused by the difference between the detected exhaust temperature and the actual exhaust temperature of the compressor.
Further, the Δ T is a maximum allowable deviation temperature limit value of the air conditioning system. Specifically, when the deviation between the detected exhaust temperature detected by the temperature sensor and the actual exhaust temperature of the system exceeds a certain value, the system capacity and energy efficiency are rapidly reduced, and the deviation value is the allowable deviation temperature limit value of the system. For air conditioning systems of different specifications, the value may be different, when the two (evaporator and condenser) specifications are large, the compressor displacement is large, and the system flow is large, the overall influence of the deviation is relatively small, for example, the deviation value Δ T in the heating mode may be less than 5 degrees, when the compressor displacement is small, the two specifications are small, the system flow is greatly influenced by the deviation, and the deviation value Δ T may be less than 3 degrees. In addition, when the reference opening degree of the electronic expansion valve is determined according to the current outdoor environment temperature, the outdoor environment temperature can be divided into a plurality of temperature sections, each temperature section corresponds to a set opening degree section of the electronic expansion valve, wherein the reference opening degree is positioned in the corresponding set opening degree section, the reference opening degree corresponding to the temperature section can be determined by detecting the outdoor environment temperature and confirming the temperature section in which the outdoor environment temperature is positioned, the delta T is corrected up and down on the basis of the detected exhaust temperature T0 through the detected exhaust temperature, the upper limit value and the lower limit value of the exhaust temperature section are respectively T0-delta T, T0+ delta T, the limit opening degree value of the electronic expansion valve corresponding to the T0-delta T, T0+ delta T is obtained through an optimal state operation test, the set opening degree sections are further subdivided in the different outdoor environment temperature sections, each outdoor environment temperature interval corresponds to a fixed opening interval, each temperature interval is subdivided, and each temperature interval has a corresponding reference opening and a set opening interval. The correspondence relationship between the temperature interval division of the outdoor environment temperature, the reference opening degree, and the set opening degree interval is shown in table 2 below.
TABLE 2
In table 2, T is the detected outdoor ambient temperature, the sections such as [ T1, T2 ], [ T2, T3 ] and the like are a plurality of temperature sections, Lr is the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve, [ Lr1, Lr2], [ Lr3, Lr4] and the like are a plurality of set opening degree sections, the upper limit value of the set opening degree section such as Lr2, Lr4 and the like is the opening degree value corresponding to the electronic expansion valve when the exhaust temperature is (T0- Δ T), the lower limit value of the set opening degree section such as Lr1, Lr3 and the like is the opening degree value corresponding to the electronic expansion valve when the exhaust temperature is (T0+ Δ T), and the opening degree values such as Lra, Lrb and the like are the reference opening degrees.
Optionally, the value range of Δ T is 2-6 ℃, and if the value of Δ T is too small, the range of the set opening interval is small, and it is difficult to adjust the air conditioning system to the optimal operating state within the set opening interval. If the value of the delta T is too large, the time required for adjusting the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve is increased. The value of the delta T is limited in a proper range, so that the set opening interval is divided reasonably, the opening of the electronic expansion valve is convenient to adjust, and the air conditioning system is quickly adjusted to the optimal operation state.
Furthermore, the air conditioning system has a heating mode and a refrigerating mode, and the value range of delta T in the refrigerating mode is 2-4 ℃, so that the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve can be conveniently adjusted, and the air conditioning system can be rapidly adjusted to the optimal operation state. The value range of delta T is 4-6 ℃ in the heating mode, the outdoor temperature is generally low when a user needs the heating mode of the air conditioning system to work, so that the influence of the outdoor temperature on the detected exhaust temperature is larger, the difference between the detected exhaust temperature and the target exhaust temperature is increased, the influence caused by the difference can be reduced by setting the larger value of delta T, the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve is prevented from being controlled in the wrong opening degree interval, and the air conditioning system is accurately adjusted to the optimal operation state.
In some optional embodiments of the present invention, the air conditioning system has a heating mode in which the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve is adjusted within a set opening degree section in adjusting the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve according to a difference between the detected exhaust gas temperature and the target exhaust gas temperature, and a cooling mode in which the reference opening degree is located within the set opening degree section. Because the outdoor temperature is generally lower when the user needs the air conditioning system to work in the heating mode, the influence of the outdoor temperature on the detected exhaust temperature is larger, the difference between the detected exhaust temperature and the target exhaust temperature is increased, the influence caused by the difference between the detected exhaust temperature and the actual exhaust temperature of the compressor can be reduced by adjusting the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve in the opening degree interval, the opening degree adjusting efficiency of the electronic expansion valve is improved, and the air conditioning system is quickly and accurately adjusted to the optimal operation state. In the heating mode, in the process of adjusting the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve according to the difference value between the detected exhaust temperature and the target exhaust temperature, the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve can be directly adjusted to the reference opening degree, so that the air conditioning system is quickly adjusted to the optimal operation state,
in other optional embodiments of the present invention, the air conditioning system has a heating mode and a cooling mode, and in the heating mode and the cooling mode, in the process of adjusting the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve according to the difference between the detected exhaust gas temperature and the target exhaust gas temperature, the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve is adjusted within a set opening degree interval, wherein the reference opening degree is located within the set opening degree interval. The design can reduce the influence caused by the difference between the detected exhaust temperature and the actual exhaust temperature of the compressor, particularly, the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve can be quickly adjusted by reducing the influence caused by the difference when the difference between the detected exhaust temperature and the actual exhaust temperature of the compressor is large, the opening degree adjusting efficiency of the electronic expansion valve is improved, and therefore the air conditioning system can be quickly and accurately adjusted to the optimal operation state.
Referring to fig. 1, according to some embodiments of the present invention, the set frequency is not higher than 60Hz, for example, the set frequency is lower than 60Hz or the set frequency is equal to 60Hz, and the value of 60Hz can be determined through experiments or long-term experience of the air conditioning system, when the operating frequency of the compressor is not higher than 60Hz, if the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve is adjusted by using a conventional control method of the electronic expansion valve, the adjustment efficiency of the air conditioning system is low, and it is difficult to quickly adjust the electronic expansion valve to the optimal operating state; and when the running frequency of the compressor is higher than 60Hz, the adjusting efficiency of the air conditioning system is still acceptable. By judging the operation of the compressor to be low-frequency operation when the operation frequency of the compressor is not higher than 60Hz, the adjusting efficiency of the air conditioning system with large load change during the low-frequency operation can be ensured, and the stable operation of the air conditioning system can be ensured.
Referring to fig. 1, according to some embodiments of the present invention, the set frequency difference is not lower than 15Hz, for example, the set frequency difference is greater than 15Hz or the set frequency difference is equal to 15Hz, which may be determined through experiments or long-term experience of the air conditioning system, and the accuracy and reliability of the control method may be improved by setting the frequency difference for determining whether the frequency of the compressor is too large as 15Hz, when the frequency of the compressor does not change much, i.e., when the frequency of the air conditioning system is in a low-frequency operation state, the small-amplitude adjustment of the frequency of the compressor has little influence on the energy efficiency/capacity of the air conditioning system, the air conditioning system is still in a better operation state, and when the frequency of the compressor changes greatly, the opening of the electronic expansion valve needs to be adjusted to adjust the air conditioning system.
Referring to fig. 1, according to some embodiments of the present invention, the preset time period is not less than 30min, for example, the preset time period is greater than 30min or the preset time period is equal to 30min, and by limiting the value of the preset time period, it can be ensured that the air conditioning system tends to be stable, which is beneficial to accurately adjust the air conditioning system to the optimal operation state.
Referring to fig. 1, according to some embodiments of the present invention, an opening degree of the electronic expansion valve is changed by Δ P after the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve is adjusted to the reference opening degree, and the preset time period is positively correlated to Δ P, i.e., the larger Δ P, the longer Δ P is the preset time period. The design further ensures that the air conditioning system tends to be stable, and is beneficial to accurately adjusting the air conditioning system to an optimal operation state.
