一种抗菌效果好的布料染料,其原料组成为:甲基丙烯酸丁酯13‑15份;颜料4‑6份;硬脂酸锌12‑15份;丁二醇5‑15份;邻苯二甲酸二丁酯2‑3份;聚酰胺树脂6‑9份;油酸钠4‑5份;甲基纤维素3‑5份;均染剂2‑3份;醋酸1‑3份;抗氧化剂2‑4份;瓜尔胶1‑3份;蒸馏水补齐;上述份数均为质量份数,使染出的布料颜色更加的均匀,另外加入了抗氧化剂、抗静电剂及抗菌剂,能够大幅度的提升了染出的布料的抗菌、抗静电、抗氧化效果。

本发明涉及染料技术领域,具体为一种抗菌效果好的布料染料。
背景技术
染料是指能使其他物质获得鲜明而牢固色泽的一类有机化合物,由于现在使用的颜料都是人工合成的,所以也称为合成染料。染料和颜料一般都是自身有颜色,并能以分子状态或分散状态使其他物质获得鲜明和牢固色泽的化合物。
染布已有2800多年的历史,品种繁多,染色工艺水平高,但采用简单方便的工艺生产成本低,民间染坊大多为露天作业,主要设备有锅灶、大缸、担缸板、碾布石、卷布轴、晾布架、麻花板、缸棍子、看缸碗等,此种传统染料染色不是容易掉色就是上色不好,而且染料染色不均匀。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种成品质量更好,效果理想的抗菌效果好的布料染料。
(二)技术方案
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种布料染料,其原料组成为:
甲基丙烯酸丁酯13-15份;
颜料4-6份;
硬脂酸锌12-15份;
丁二醇5-15份;
邻苯二甲酸二丁酯2-3份;
聚酰胺树脂6-9份;
油酸钠4-5份;
甲基纤维素3-5份;
均染剂2-3份;
醋酸1-3份;
抗氧化剂2-4份;
瓜尔胶1-3份;
蒸馏水补齐;
上述份数均为质量份数。

本发明的布料染料通过配方的直接接合,使染出的布料颜色更加的均匀,另外加入了抗氧化剂、抗静电剂及抗菌剂,能够大幅度的提升了染出的布料的抗菌、抗静电、抗氧化效果。

进一步的,所述抗菌剂为磷酸二氢铵,布料染料所述抗氧化剂为钛白粉或炭黑。
上述的布料染料的具体配方在恒温搅拌罐中直接将配方加入即可。
阳离子瓜尔胶是一种水溶性高分子聚合物,其化学名称为瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵。其利用天然瓜尔胶为原料,去除表皮及胚芽后所剩的胚乳部分,主要含有半乳糖和甘露糖,经干燥粉碎并加压水解后用20%乙醇溶液沉淀,离心分离干燥后与失水缩甘油醚三甲基氯化氨反应制得。
抗氧化剂(Antioxidants)是阻止氧气不良影响的物质。它是一类能帮助捕获并中和自由基,从而祛除自由基对人体损害的一类物质。人体的抗氧化剂有自身合成的,也有由食物供给的。较强的抗氧化剂如红色奇迹虾青素等,一般人类无法合成,必须从食物中等摄取的。
抗菌剂,是指一类用来防治各类病源微生物引起植物病害的药剂。对病原微生物有杀死作用或抑制生长作用,但又不妨碍植物正常生长的药剂。
去离子水是指除去了呈离子形式杂质后的纯水。
