1. A recombinant bacterium for expressing a nitrile hydratase mutant, which is characterized in that: the recombinant bacteria express and synthesize a nitrile hydratase mutant, and the amino acid sequence of the nitrile hydratase mutant is one of SEQ ID No.2, SEQ ID No.3, SEQ ID No.4 and SEQ ID No. 5.
2. A method for preparing nicotinamide, which is characterized in that recombinant bacteria expressing nitrile hydratase mutants disclosed in claim 1 are used as enzyme sources to produce nicotinamide, and the method comprises the following specific steps:
adding the thalli into pure water for resuspension, keeping the temperature at 20 ℃, taking 70wt% of 3-cyanopyridine aqueous solution as a reaction substrate, feeding at an initial flow rate of 40g/min, reducing the flow rate according to the content of 3-cyanopyridine in a reaction solution in the reaction process, continuously reacting at 20 +/-2 ℃ to obtain nicotinamide, and reducing the byproduct nicotinic acid by more than 90%.

A process for the preparation of nicotinamide according to claim 2, characterized in that: the enzyme activity final concentration of the nitrile hydratase mutant in the reaction liquid is 70U/mL, the pH of pure water is adjusted to 8.0 +/-0.2 by adopting liquid caustic soda, the reaction substrate is prepared by double distilled water, the temperature is preserved by water bath at 50 ℃, and the 3-cyanopyridine final concentration is 30wt% of the reaction substrate.
