Abstract
本发明公开了一种婴儿用茶皂素洗洁精及其制备方法,属于日用化工的洗涤剂技术领域。本发明洗洁精主要由茶皂素、月桂酰肌氨酸钠、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、二甲苯磺酸钠制成。本发明制备过程中将水分成两份,取其中一份,加入茶皂素,搅拌使其充分溶解,得到溶液A;向剩余的去离子水中加入取月桂酰肌氨酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱和二甲苯磺酸钠,加热至60℃搅拌使其充分溶解,得到溶液B;将溶液A和溶液B混合,搅拌至均匀。本发明的成分天然、无刺激,清洁效果以及抑菌效果好,食品级,对人体及环境无害,满足健康安全的需求。本发明制备工艺简单,可控性强,绿色环保,适于大规模的生产,应用前景广泛。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于日用化工中的洗涤剂生产技术领域,具体涉及一种婴儿用茶皂素洗洁精及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着经济的发展和民众生活水平的不断提高,日常生活中,人们越来越关注食品卫生,对蔬菜、水果、餐具和厨具等的清洗也更加重视。市售的洗洁精多采用十二烷基苯磺酸钠和AES等化工类表面活性剂作为主要清洁成分,虽然其洗涤去污能力较为理想,但长期使用易对人的皮肤造成伤害,残留在餐具或果蔬上的洗涤剂会对人体健康造成慢性损害;此外很多化工原料不易降解,造成环境污染。因此,绿色天然、安全无毒、生物降解性良好等特点成为洗洁精产品的主要市场趋势,尤其是婴幼儿等特殊人群,对洗洁产品的要求更高。
茶皂素是从油茶籽粕中提取得到的五环三萜糖苷化合物,是一种天然的非离子型表面活性剂,具有乳化、去污、分散、湿润、发泡等多种表面活性功能,并且具有一定的抗菌、抗炎等活性功能;将茶皂素作为洗洁精的主要表面活性剂,有去污力强、天然无毒、易清洗无残留、杀菌抗氧化、温和不伤手、可降解无污染等优点。但茶皂素的分子量为1203,临界胶束浓度(CMC)为0.05%,若将茶皂素作为洗洁精中单一的表面活性剂,则不易形成胶束,存在不易清洗、易残留的缺点,从而限制了其应用领域。
发明内容
本发明要解决茶皂素存在不易清洗、易残留的缺点;而提供了一种婴儿用茶皂素洗洁精及其制备方法。本发明所述的洗洁精产品具有去污能力强、天然无毒、低泡易漂洗、杀菌抗氧化、温和不伤手、对环境友好等优点。
本发明的一种婴儿用茶皂素洗洁精按重量百分比主要由以下原料制成:
茶皂素8%~10%、月桂酰肌氨酸钠8%~10%、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱4%~5%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚4%~5%和二甲苯磺酸钠1%~2%。
进一步地限定,所述茶皂素的活性成分≥90%(质量)。
本发明所述洗洁精的原料按重量百分比还包括迷迭香提取液0.5%~1.0%、肉桂提取液0.5%~1.0%、洋甘菊提取液0.5%~1.0%。
另外,本发明所述洗洁精的原料按重量百分比还包括氯化钠1%~3%、乳酸链球菌素0.1%~0.5%、脱氢乙酸钠0.1%~0.5%和柠檬酸0.1%~0.5%,氢氧化钠调pH值为6.5,余量的水。
进一步地限定,所述水为蒸馏水或去离子水。
本发明的一种婴儿用茶皂素洗洁精的制备方法是按下述步骤进行的:
步骤一、将水分成两份,取其中一份,加热至60℃,加入茶皂素,搅拌使其充分溶解,得到溶液A;
步骤二、将剩余的去离子水加热至60℃,再加入月桂酰肌氨酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱和二甲苯磺酸钠,搅拌使其充分溶解,得到溶液B;
步骤三、将溶液A和溶液B混合,搅拌至均匀,加入迷迭香提取液、肉桂提取液和洋甘菊提取液,搅拌至均匀;
步骤四、然后加入柠檬酸、乳酸链球菌素和脱氢乙酸钠,搅拌使其充分溶解;
步骤五、然后加入氯化钠,搅拌使其充分溶解,再加入氢氧化钠调节pH为6.5,静置消泡,即得到婴儿用茶皂素洗洁精。
本发明通过胶束互溶作用形成小分子胶束,增强了产品的表面活性作用,从而使洗洁精产品去污力增强,同时胶束更加易清洗、无残留。
本发明的洗洁精采用月桂酰肌氨酸钠和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚作为复配表面活性剂,这两种表面活性剂皆为温和无毒、易降解的表面活性剂。
本发明所述茶皂素洗洁精添加了迷迭香提取物、肉桂提取物、洋甘菊提取物三种活性成分。所述活性成分均采用逆流提取技术进行提取,所得产物为高纯度天然活性成分。迷迭香提取物具有抗菌、抗氧化、消炎等活性功能,肉桂提取物具有抗皱、抗衰老、护肤等活性功能,洋甘菊提取物具有肌肤保湿、镇静舒缓等活性功能,这三种活性成分与茶皂素活性功能形成协同互补作用,使洗洁精产品兼具抑菌和护肤的功效,同时减少了化学防腐剂的添加。
本发明的茶皂素洗洁精的pH值为6.5,接近人体皮肤的pH值,对皮肤无刺激性。
本发明所述洗洁精采用茶皂素作为主要表面活性剂,研制所得的产品为茶色液体,颜色澄净透亮,不添加香精,所得洗洁精产品带有茶皂素特有的天然清香;同时采用茶皂素与其他温和易降解的表面活性剂复配,具有去污力强、天然温和、安全无毒、低泡易清洗等优点,对人体和环境安全性高,尤其适用于婴儿等特殊人群。

具体实施方式
实施例1:本实施例中的一种婴儿用茶皂素洗洁精的制备方法是按下述步骤进行的:
步骤一、将30kg去离子水加热至60℃,加入8kg活性成分含量95%(质量)的茶皂素,在500r/min的转速下搅拌,使其充分溶解,得到溶液A;
步骤二、将40kg去离子水加热至60℃,加入8kg月桂酰肌氨酸钠、4kg脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、4kg椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱和2kg二甲苯磺酸钠,在500r/min的转速下搅拌使其充分溶解,得到溶液B;
步骤三、将溶液A和溶液B混合,在500r/min的转速下搅拌至均匀,加入0.5kg迷迭香提取液、0.5kg肉桂提取液和0.5kg洋甘菊提取液,在500r/min的转速下搅拌至均匀;
步骤四、然后加入1kg柠檬酸、0.25kg乳酸链球菌素和0.25kg脱氢乙酸钠,在500r/min的转速下搅拌使其充分溶解;
步骤五、然后加入2kg氯化钠,在500r/min的转速下搅拌使其充分溶解,再加入氢氧化钠调节pH为6.5,静置消泡,即得到婴儿用茶皂素洗洁精。
实施例2:本实施例中的一种婴儿用茶皂素洗洁精的制备方法是按下述步骤进行的:
步骤一、将28kg去离子水加热至60℃,加入10kg活性成分含量95%(质量)的茶皂素,在400r/min的转速下搅拌使其充分溶解,得到溶液A;
步骤二、将36kg去离子水加热至60℃,加入10kg月桂酰肌氨酸钠、5kg脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、5kg椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱和2kg二甲苯磺酸钠,在400r/min的转速下搅拌使其充分溶解,得到溶液B;
步骤三、将溶液A和溶液B混合,搅拌至均匀,加入0.5kg迷迭香提取液、0.5kg肉桂提取液和0.5kg洋甘菊提取液,在400r/min的转速下搅拌至均匀;
步骤四、然后加入1kg柠檬酸、0.25kg乳酸链球菌素和0.25kg脱氢乙酸钠,在400r/min的转速下搅拌使其充分溶解;
步骤五、然后加入2kg氯化钠,在400r/min的转速下搅拌使其充分溶解,再加入氢氧化钠调节pH为6.5,静置消泡,即得到婴儿用茶皂素洗洁精。
对实施例1或2制备所得茶皂素洗洁精进行残留量测定,具体测定方法如下:
(1)称茶皂素洗洁精4g,用硬水定容至2L;
(2)称取绿叶蔬菜250g,浸泡于试样溶液5min;
(3)蔬菜用2L硬水连续漂洗两次,每次2min,接着进行第三次漂洗,用1L硬水浸漂10min;
(4)取漂洗溶液20mL,加入15mL三氯甲烷、10mL酸性混合指示剂,混匀;
(5)取月桂基硫酸钠标准溶液20mL,重复上述操作;
(6)将静置分层后的试样溶液氯仿层与标准溶液氯仿层进行对比,当试样溶液比标准溶液的粉红色相当或更浅,即可认定残留在蔬菜上的表面活性剂小于等于2.0mg/kg。
检测结果如图1所示,图中a为标准洗涤剂对照,其浓度为2mg/L,氯仿层呈现浅粉色,b为婴儿用茶皂素洗洁精残留测定结果,氯仿层呈现无色,说明洗涤剂的残留浓度低于2mg/L,即视作无残留。
Claims (6)
1.一种婴儿用茶皂素洗洁精,其特征在于所述洗洁精按重量百分比主要由以下原料制成:
茶皂素8%~10%、月桂酰肌氨酸钠8%~10%、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱4%~5%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚4%~5%和二甲苯磺酸钠1%~2%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的洗洁精,其特征在于所述茶皂素的活性成分≥90%(质量)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的洗洁精,其特征在于所述洗洁精的原料按重量百分比还包括迷迭香提取液0.5%~1.0%、肉桂提取液0.5%~1.0%、洋甘菊提取液0.5%~1.0%。
4.根据权利要求3所述的洗洁精,其特征在于所述洗洁精的原料按重量百分比还包括氯化钠1%~3%、乳酸链球菌素0.1%~0.5%、脱氢乙酸钠0.1%~0.5%和柠檬酸0.1%~0.5%,氢氧化钠调pH值为6.5,余量的水。
5.根据权利要求4所述的洗洁精,其特征在于所述水为蒸馏水或去离子水。
6.如权利要求5所述的洗洁精的制备方法,其特征在于所述制备方法是按下述步骤进行的:
步骤一、将水分成两份,取其中一份,加热至60℃,加入茶皂素,搅拌使其充分溶解,得到溶液A;
步骤二、将剩余的去离子水中加热至60℃,加入月桂酰肌氨酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱和二甲苯磺酸钠,搅拌使其充分溶解,得到溶液B;
步骤三、将溶液A和溶液B混合,搅拌至均匀,加入迷迭香提取液、肉桂提取液和洋甘菊提取液,搅拌至均匀;
步骤四、然后加入柠檬酸、乳酸链球菌素和脱氢乙酸钠,搅拌使其充分溶解;
步骤五、然后加入氯化钠,搅拌使其充分溶解,再加入氢氧化钠调节pH为6.5,静置消泡,即得到婴儿用茶皂素洗洁精。
