The wetting agent is glycerol and/or FDC, and is beneficial to the wiping property of the Grice main agent, and the Grice main agent is applied to a wood product, so that the coating of the product has good layering and texture properties; the transparent powder and the talcum powder can improve the filling property of the glaze main agent, meanwhile, the transparent powder can improve the transparency of the glaze main agent, and the powder with medium fineness and small oil absorption is preferred, so that the glaze main agent has high filling property and easy wiping property.
The dispersing agent is beneficial to the dispersion of the solvent in the production process and can help wetting; the anti-settling agent is mainly used for preventing settling and increasing the viscosity of a system; the PH regulator is mainly used for regulating the PH of the system; the defoaming agent uses an efficient modified organic silicon defoaming agent to reduce the formation of foam; the pure water is used for adjusting the overall viscosity of the glaze main agent, and the viscosity can be adjusted according to actual conditions so as to improve the practicability and the universality of the glaze main agent.
The invention provides an easily-wiped highly-filled glaze main agent, which has the following advantages: (1) the VOC content is low, and the environment is protected; (2) the product is diluted by water, is not flammable, is safe to produce, and coating equipment is easy to clean; (3) the filling property and the wiping property of the glaze are balanced, and the glaze has positive significance for optimizing the coating process and improving the coating efficiency; (4) the high filling property and excellent adhesive force can be used as a water-based filler to be directly applied to wood, and the filling problem of the deep conduit base material is solved.

Claims (7)

1. An easily-wiped, highly filled, aqueous glaze host characterized by: the paint comprises the following components in percentage by mass:
aqueous emulsion: 5 to 20 percent of
Cosolvent: 2 to 30 percent
Transparent powder: 20 to 40 percent of
Talc powder: 5 to 15 percent of
Dispersing agent: 0.1 to 2 percent
Defoaming agent: 0.2 to 0.5 percent
Wetting agent: 0.2 to 0.5 percent
pH regulators: 0.1 to 0.3 percent
Anti-settling agent: 0.1 to 1 percent
Pure water: and (4) the balance.
2. A wipe-easy, highly filled, aqueous grice base according to claim 1, characterized in that: the disinfectant also comprises a bactericide, wherein the bactericide is 0.1-0.3% by mass.
3. A wipe-easy highly filled aqueous glaze host according to claim 1 or 2 wherein: the mildew preventive also comprises a mildew preventive, wherein the mass percentage of the mildew preventive is 0.1-0.3%.
4. A wipe-easy, highly filled, aqueous grice base according to claim 1, characterized in that: the aqueous emulsion employs joncryl95 and/or PA 350.
5. A wipe-easy, highly filled, aqueous grice base according to claim 1, characterized in that: the cosolvent is DPNB and/or PG.
6. A wipe-easy, highly filled, aqueous grice base according to claim 1, characterized in that: the humectant is glycerol and/or FDC.
7. A wipe-easy, highly filled, aqueous grice base according to claim 1, characterized in that: the defoaming agent is modified organic silicon.
