The invention discloses a waterproof material, which comprises the following components in percentage by weight: prepolymer: 55% -70%; active diluent: 15% -25%; filling: 8 to 18 percent; photoinitiator (2): 1% -5%; anti-settling agent: 0.1% -0.5%; a stabilizer: 0.1% -0.5%; defoaming agent: 0.1% -0.5%; leveling agent: 0.1% -0.5%; wetting and dispersing agent: 0.1% -0.3%; the prepolymer is one or a plurality of compositions of dual-curing acrylic resin, epoxy acrylic resin, polyurethane acrylic resin ester and polyester acrylate. The waterproof material of the invention adopts ultraviolet light and moisture dual curing, has low requirement on operation time, realizes rapid curing and shortens the construction period; the adhesive strength with the base surface is improved, the adhesive force to the base surface is enhanced, the construction pretreatment process is simplified, and the construction strength is reduced.

Technical Field
The scheme belongs to the field of chemical materials, and particularly relates to the field of application of architectural chemical materials.
Background
In recent years, the real estate industry in China is rapidly developed, and a plurality of families have a set of houses. However, many houses do not pay attention to water resistance during the previous decoration period, or the used waterproof materials are not high in quality, so that the leakage phenomenon is easy to occur after the houses live in. According to statistics of relevant departments, the leakage rate in house buildings in China is as high as 48.5%, wherein the leakage phenomenon of kitchens and bathrooms is particularly prominent, and the lives of residents at home and downstairs are seriously influenced.
The most common plugging methods at present include high-pressure grouting plugging, brick cutting plugging, brick smashing and waterproof layer reworking and the like. The high-pressure grouting is generally an organic reactant, has long reaction time and easy aging, and is poorer in bonding with inorganic base materials such as concrete and the like compared with cement-based materials; the method is mainly suitable for the condition that the leakage points or cracks are obvious; when in construction, after leakage points or cracks of a toilet are detected, a hole distribution scheme needs to be designed downstairs, a proper grouting hole is selected, and then a wall is drilled for punching, so that the quality of constructors is high, and the life of downstairs residents can be influenced. The leakage points need to be checked when the bricks are cut and the leakage is repaired, the requirement on the quality of constructors is high, and the integral attractiveness is influenced. The ceramic tiles in the leaked kitchens and bathrooms are completely smashed, cleaned, subjected to base surface repairing and subjected to waterproof layer construction again, so that the construction period is long and the cost is too high.
Most of the existing plugging waterproof materials belong to bi-component products, the time for painting after mixing is relatively short (the time window for construction operation is narrow), and the operation is slightly rapid; the integral curing speed is low, and the construction process is slightly complicated; the existing waterproof material has high requirements on the base surface, and the existing waterproof material can be bonded on the base surface only by carrying out various treatments on the base surface before construction, so that the construction period is longer.

Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention provides a waterproof material which has low requirement on operation time, realizes quick curing and shortens the construction period; the adhesive strength with the base surface is improved, the adhesive force to the base surface is enhanced, the construction pretreatment process is simplified, and the construction strength is reduced.

the prepolymer is one or a plurality of compositions of dual-curing acrylic resin, epoxy acrylic resin, polyurethane acrylic resin ester and polyester acrylate.
Specifically, the dual-curing acrylic resin is isocyanate-containing urethane acrylate.
Further, the weight percentage of the prepolymer is 62% -69%.
Further, the filler is one or a combination of superfine vitrified micro bubbles and transparent powder.

Further, the reactive diluent is one or a combination of vinyl acetate, ethoxylated neopentyl glycol methoxy monoacrylate, tripropylene glycol diacrylate and ethoxylated triglycol triacrylate;
the anti-settling agent is nano fumed silica.
Compared with the prior art, the scheme of the invention has the following advantages and beneficial effects:
(1) because ultraviolet curing is adopted, the requirement on the operation time is low, the ultraviolet curing can be carried out after the coating, meanwhile, the curing speed is high, the initial curing can be completed within 1-30 min, and the construction period is effectively shortened; the cured product has good wear resistance and skid resistance at the same time: the resin is subjected to network crosslinking after ultraviolet curing, so that the integral strength is high, and the wear resistance is excellent; meanwhile, the surface smoothness is improved through the transparent powder, and meanwhile, the ultraviolet curing efficiency is not obviously influenced by the transparent powder;
(2) in consideration of the most serious kitchen and toilet leakage problem, especially the toilet which is in a high-humidity environment for a long time, the invention adopts the moisture curing technology, simplifies the construction pretreatment when the waterproof material is used for waterproof operation, and can be constructed without open water after cleaning, so that the waterproof material can be firmly and firmly adhered to a base surface, and the improvement of the adhesive force of the material to the base surface is facilitated;
(3) the invention belongs to a single-component product, is convenient to use, simplifies the construction process and shortens the construction period.
Detailed Description

the prepolymer is one or a plurality of compositions of dual-curing acrylic resin, epoxy acrylic resin, polyurethane acrylic resin ester and polyester acrylate; preferably, the dual cure acrylic resin is an isocyanate-containing urethane acrylate.
The construction process of the invention comprises the following steps: firstly, cleaning a base surface to be constructed (cleaning an uneven base surface, washing the surface with clear water and not allowing clear water to exist); then coating the waterproof material (forming once, rolling coating, brush coating and spray coating), wherein moisture in the base surface and air is used for the initial curing of the waterproof material; then, irradiating the primarily cured waterproof material for 0.5-2h by using an ultraviolet lamp, and further integrally curing by ultraviolet irradiation; and finally, naturally curing for 24 hours, and detecting by using a water-closing test. The water-blocking test is also called the water-storage test, and water should be filled to a sufficient volume. The water storage depth of the water storage test is not less than 20 mm, the water storage height is generally 30-40 mm, the water storage time is not less than 24 hours, the water storage is moved downstairs, the water leakage phenomenon at the downstairs top is observed, and the water leakage phenomenon is regarded as qualified. The water storage test is carried out every 1 hour to downstairs inspection in the early stage, and every 2-3 hours to downstairs inspection in the later stage. If the water leakage condition is found, the water storage test is immediately stopped, the waterproof layer is perfected, and the water storage test is carried out after the treatment is qualified.
Further, the filler is one or a combination of superfine vitrified micro bubbles and transparent powder;
preferably, the transparent powder is an inorganic non-metallic mineral powder material, and has the advantages of high transparency, good whiteness, no toxicity, no odor, acid resistance and corrosion resistance. The transparent glass has high transparency, and the refractive index of the filler is very close to that of most synthetic resins, so that the filling amount of the filler does not influence the transparency of a finished product; the surface smoothness, the wear resistance and the scratch resistance of the product can be improved; low oil absorption and large filling amount, and is beneficial to reducing the manufacturing cost of the product.
Further, the photoinitiator is one or more of 2,4, 6-trimethyl benzoyl phosphonic acid ethyl ester, 2-hydroxy-2-methyl-1-phenyl-1-acetone and 1-hydroxy-cyclohexyl-phenyl ketone;
the active diluent is one or a plurality of compositions of vinyl acetate, ethoxylated neopentyl glycol methoxy monoacrylate, tripropylene glycol diacrylate and ethoxylated trimethylolpropane triol triacrylate;
the anti-settling agent is nano fumed silica, the nano fumed silica (commonly called fumed silica in China) is a fine and special amorphous silica product prepared by hydrolyzing halosilane at high temperature by oxyhydrogen flame, the primary particle size of the product is 7-40nm, the specific surface area is generally in the range of 100m 2/g-400 m2/g, the product purity is high, the content of silica is not less than 99.8 percent, and the product is an extremely important inorganic nano powder material.

The transparent powder used in the filler is an inorganic nonmetallic mineral powder material which has high transparency and low oil absorption, so that the transparency of a finished product is not influenced, ultraviolet light can fully penetrate through the transparent powder, and the curing rate and the curing efficiency are further improved.

The waterproof material provided by the embodiment is prepared by weighing the following components in percentage by weight:

The test results of the test examples 1-4 of the present application were as follows by using the detection method of Q DGJC 31-2020 under the experimental conditions of standard maintenance in the laboratory (temperature 23 ℃ ± 2 ℃, relative humidity 50% ± 10%):

The test data table shows that compared with the common waterproof materials on the market at present, the waterproof material prepared by the embodiment of the invention has the advantages that the adhesive force, the elongation at break, the tensile strength and the bonding strength are obviously improved, and the waterproof material provided by the invention has higher adhesive degree to a base surface, is firmer, is not easy to fall off, has high strength after being cured, has excellent bonding performance and has better waterproof effect.

4. The waterproof material according to claim 1, wherein: the filler is one or a combination of superfine vitrified micro bubbles and transparent powder.
5. The waterproof material according to claim 4, wherein: the transparent powder is an inorganic non-metallic mineral powder material.
6. A water resistant material according to claim 1 or 4 or 5, wherein: the weight percentage of the filler is 10% -15%.
7. The waterproof material according to claim 1, wherein: the photoinitiator is one or a plurality of compositions of 2,4, 6-trimethyl benzoyl phosphonic acid ethyl ester, 2-hydroxy-2-methyl-1-phenyl-1-acetone and 1-hydroxy-cyclohexyl-phenyl ketone.
8. The waterproof material according to claim 1 or 7, wherein: the weight percentage of the photoinitiator is 3% -4%.
9. The waterproof material according to claim 1, wherein: the active diluent is one or a combination of vinyl acetate, ethoxylated neopentyl glycol methoxy monoacrylate, tripropylene glycol diacrylate and ethoxylated trimethylolpropane triol triacrylate.
