本发明公开了一种高牢度分散黄染料,按质量份数,其组成为:组分A:15‑25份,组分B:20‑27份,组分C:5‑8份,组分D:10‑15份,组分E:8‑15份,组分F:8‑10份;本发明提供的高牢度分散黄染料,其应用于超细涤纶和涤纶氨纶混纺织物染色,经过还原洗,色牢度能达到5级,且组分都是环保型产品,不含OEKO‑TEX Standard 100中含的禁用物质。

技术领域
本发明涉及分散染料组合物制备领域,尤其涉及一种高牢度分散黄染料。
背景技术
随着近年聚酯新纤维的快速发展和人们对纺织品要求的提高,相应地,对染料本身具有的染色性能、环保性能也提出了更高的要求。既要求染料有高的提升力和各项染色坚牢度,又要求染料具有良好的环保性能,以避免对环境造成污染。
目前市场上的普通分散染料大多为常规染料,其在100%普通涤纶上牢度尚可,但是在超细纤维或者涤纶加氨纶混纺织物时就完全不行,牢度很差,即使依靠多次还原洗牢度也提升不大(还原洗方式有两种①碱洗:加入保险粉及片碱;②酸洗:加入酸性还原洗净剂及醋酸),已经满足不了高端订单的要求。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种染色性能佳,在涤纶超细纤维和涤纶氨纶混纺织物,染色后色牢度能达到4~5级的高牢度分散黄染料。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案:一种高牢度分散黄染料,按质量份数,其组成为:组分A:15-25份,组分B:20-27份,组分C:5-8份,组分D:10-15份,组分E:8-15份,组分F:8-10份;

本发明具有如下优点和效果:本发明提供的高牢度分散黄染料,其应用于超细涤纶和涤纶氨纶混纺织物染色,经过还原洗,色牢度能达到5级,且组分都是环保型产品,不含OEKO-TEX Standard 100中含的禁用物质。

按上述质量,将各个组分充分研磨搅拌均匀既得成品;将上述实施制得的分散紫染料进行性能测试,测试方法如下:
取该成品0.6克,分散于500克冷水中,经充分搅拌后取8mL后与32mL水混合均匀,用醋酸调节pH=4.0,放入2克涤纶纤维进行染色,以3℃/min的升温速率升至130℃,保温30min后冷却至80℃,清洗取样,获得染色后的织物,经过还原清洗,查看其色光力度值,采用GB/T3921-1997、GB/T5718-1997、GB/T8426-1998法进行牢度测试,测试结果如下表所示:

根据上述测试结果,本发明所提供的分散黄染料组合物,在涤纶超细纤维上经还原清洗,牢度表现优异,可达4级以上,且其不含OEKO-TEXStandard 100中含的禁用物质,符合环保要求。
