Abstract

The invention relates to a laminated glass presenting a clear pattern, the laminated glass comprising: the pattern structure comprises a preset pattern and a pre-crosslinked and cured first adhesive film, and the preset pattern is arranged on the surface of the first adhesive film so as to present a clear pattern. By adopting the laminated glass, the structure in the pattern structure has proper crosslinking degree before use, so that the dimensional stability and the heat resistance of the film are improved, and the pattern can not be stretched to deform or crack by an adhesive film when the laminated glass is used, so that the laminated glass with high-definition patterns can be obtained.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of laminated glass, in particular to laminated glass with clear patterns.
Background
With the development of laminated glass technology and the increasing environmental requirements of people for work and living places, more and more varied laminated glass appears, wherein patterns are often presented in the laminated glass. However, in many cases, a pattern is printed on a special plastic film, a metallic or non-metallic sheet, a decorative paper, or the like, and then the printed pattern is attached to an organic adhesive material intermediate film or a glass plate.
Chinese patent CN200520041519.0 discloses a laminated glass with decorative material, the structure of the laminated glass is as follows: the glass plate comprises a glass plate, an organic adhesive material intermediate film, a metal or non-metal decorative material, an organic adhesive material intermediate film and a glass plate, wherein the organic adhesive material intermediate film is PVB, EVA, SGP or the like; the laminated glass with the structure not only has complex manufacturing process, but also has obvious defects that: with the time, plastic films, metallic or non-metallic sheets, decorative papers, and the like are easily aged, so that the aesthetic feeling is remarkably reduced, and even the patterns thereon are deformed and fall off.
In addition, some improved technologies for the above patents, such as chinese patent No. cn201310043876.x, print a pattern directly on the transparent intermediate layer or the milky white intermediate layer, and penetrate into the transparent intermediate layer or the milky white intermediate layer, so that the transparent intermediate layer or the milky white intermediate layer is durable and not easy to age; the problem with this approach is that the interlayer PVB or SGP is a thermoplastic material that can distort or crack the design when subjected to heat and pressure during the manufacture of the laminated glass, which can affect the aesthetics of the glass.
The EVA resin is an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, and is widely used for halogen-free flame-retardant cable outer sheaths, foamed shoe soles, glass interlayers, photovoltaic adhesive films and the like. The crosslinking agent can be thermally crosslinked by using peroxide, can be added with a proper photoinitiator and an auxiliary crosslinking agent to carry out ultraviolet curing, or can be crosslinked by using high-energy radiation irradiation. When the EVA resin is crosslinked, it loses most of its plasticity and does not flow easily in a hot environment.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention has been made to overcome the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art, and an object of the present invention is to provide a laminated glass exhibiting a high definition pattern, which has an intermediate layer having a suitable degree of crosslinking before use to improve the dimensional stability and heat resistance of a film, and which does not undergo deformation or cracking due to stretching of a film during use, thereby obtaining a laminated glass exhibiting a high definition pattern.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a laminated glass exhibiting a clear pattern, comprising: the pattern structure comprises a preset pattern and a pre-crosslinked and cured first adhesive film, and the preset pattern is arranged on the surface of the first adhesive film so as to present a clear pattern.
Preferably, the predetermined pattern is printed on the surface of the first adhesive film.
Preferably, the preset pattern is printed on the surface of the second adhesive film, the first adhesive film is adjacent to the second adhesive film, one side of the second adhesive film printed with the preset pattern is arranged close to the first adhesive film, and the second adhesive film is a pre-crosslinked film or a non-pre-crosslinked film.
A layer of pre-crosslinking film printed with patterns can be arranged between the double-layer glass provided by the invention, and also a layer of pre-crosslinking film and a layer of adhesive film printed with patterns (at least one of the two adhesive films is transparent) can be arranged between the double-layer glass, or other compositions can be arranged between the two layers of glass. The pattern side of the adhesive film printed with the pattern is tightly attached to the pre-crosslinking film, namely the pattern is not necessarily printed on the pre-crosslinking film, but the pattern is tightly attached to the pre-crosslinking film. The film layer which has been pre-crosslinked is not deformed after heating, and the pattern printed on it or the pattern applied to it is not deformed during the glass processing.
Preferably, the adhesive film is a transparent, translucent or opaque adhesive film. The opaque adhesive film is preferably a white adhesive film.
Preferably, the pre-crosslinking curing is ultraviolet crosslinking curing or radiation crosslinking curing.
Preferably, the irradiation energy source for irradiation crosslinking curing is one of beta rays, gamma rays, X rays, alpha rays or neutron rays; the ultraviolet crosslinking curing is to use light with the wavelength of 240 to 410 nanometers to trigger an ultraviolet curing crosslinking agent to cause the crosslinking of the EVA resin.
Preferably, the pre-crosslinking degree of the pre-crosslinking curing is 0.5-85%.
Preferably, the adhesive film is an EVA adhesive film, and the content of VA in the EVA resin forming the EVA adhesive film is between 18% and 35%.
By adopting the laminated glass, the structure in the pattern structure has proper crosslinking degree before use, so that the dimensional stability and the heat resistance of the film are improved, and the pattern can not be stretched to deform or crack by an adhesive film when the laminated glass is used, so that the laminated glass with high-definition patterns can be obtained.

Example 1

As shown in fig. 8b, the laminated glass obtained by hot pressing in example 1 had clear and crack-free patterns; as shown in FIG. 8a, the cracks of the EVA adhesive film which is not cured and crosslinked by ultraviolet light under the same conditions are obvious.
Example 2
As shown in fig. 2, which is a schematic structural view of a second embodiment of the laminated glass of the present invention, the laminated glass of the present invention exhibiting a high definition pattern comprises: the film comprises first glass 1, a second adhesive film 5 printed with patterns, a first adhesive film 2 and second glass 3, wherein the first adhesive film 2 is an EVA adhesive film (the VA content of the EVA resin is 35%) with the wavelength of 405 nanometers initiating ultraviolet curing crosslinking, the ultraviolet irradiation surface faces to the patterns of the second adhesive film 5, and the pre-crosslinking degree of the adhesive film is 3%.
As shown in fig. 9b, the laminated glass obtained by hot pressing has clear and crack-free patterns; as shown in fig. 9a, the EVA adhesive film that is not cured and crosslinked by ultraviolet light under the same conditions has obvious cracks.
Example 3
As shown in fig. 3, which is a schematic structural view of a third embodiment of the laminated glass of the present invention, the laminated glass of the present invention exhibiting a high definition pattern includes: the film comprises a first glass 1, a second adhesive film 5 printed with patterns, a first adhesive film 2, a common white adhesive film 6 and a second glass 3, wherein the first adhesive film 2 is an EVA adhesive film irradiated by beta rays (electron beams) (the VA content of the EVA resin is 28%), and the pre-crosslinking degree of the adhesive film is 85%.
As shown in fig. 10b, the laminated glass obtained by hot pressing has clear and crack-free patterns; as shown in FIG. 10a, the cracks are obvious when the EVA adhesive film which is not cured and crosslinked by irradiation is used under the same conditions.
Example 4
As shown in fig. 4, which is a schematic structural view of a fourth embodiment of the laminated glass of the present invention, the laminated glass of the present invention exhibiting a high definition pattern includes: the glass comprises first glass 1, a semitransparent first adhesive film 7, a first adhesive film 2 printed with patterns and second glass 3, wherein the semitransparent first adhesive film 7 is an adhesive film irradiated by gamma rays, and the degree of pre-crosslinking of the adhesive film is 15%; the first adhesive film 2 is an EVA adhesive film (the VA content of the EVA resin is 33%) which is initiated by ultraviolet light with the wavelength of 395 nm to be cured and crosslinked, and the pre-crosslinking degree of the adhesive film is 33%. The laminated glass prepared by hot pressing has clear patterns and no cracks. The EVA adhesive film which is not cured and crosslinked by ultraviolet light has obvious cracks under the same conditions.
Example 5
As shown in fig. 5, which is a schematic structural view of a fifth embodiment of the laminated glass of the present invention, the laminated glass of the present invention exhibiting a high definition pattern includes: the laminated glass comprises first glass 1, a first adhesive film 2 printed with patterns, a common white adhesive film 6 and second glass 3, wherein the first adhesive film 2 is an EVA adhesive film (the VA content of the EVA resin is 26%) with the wavelength of 240 nanometers and initiating ultraviolet curing crosslinking, the pre-crosslinking degree of the adhesive film is 0.5%, and the laminated glass prepared by hot pressing has clear patterns and no cracks. The EVA adhesive film which is not cured and crosslinked by ultraviolet light has obvious cracks under the same conditions.

As shown in fig. 6, which is a schematic structural view of a sixth embodiment of the laminated glass of the present invention, the laminated glass of the present invention exhibiting a high definition pattern includes: the laminated glass comprises first glass 1, two layers of first adhesive films 2, a common white adhesive film 6 and second glass 3, wherein the two first adhesive films 2 are both ultraviolet curing crosslinked EVA adhesive films (the VA content of the EVA resin is 26%) with the wavelength of 365 nm, the pre-crosslinking degree of the EVA adhesive films is 25%, and patterns on two sides of laminated glass prepared by hot pressing are clear and have no cracks. The EVA adhesive film which is not cured and crosslinked by ultraviolet light has obvious cracks under the same conditions.
Example 7
As shown in fig. 7, the laminated glass of the seventh embodiment of the laminated glass of the present invention includes: the film comprises a first glass 1, a common transparent adhesive film 4, a first adhesive film 2 printed with patterns, a second adhesive film 5 printed with patterns and a second glass 3, wherein the first adhesive film 2 close to the first glass 1 is an EVA adhesive film (the VA content of the EVA resin is 28%) which initiates ultraviolet curing crosslinking by light with the wavelength of 395 nm, the pre-crosslinking degree of the adhesive film is 46%, and the other second adhesive film 5 printed with patterns is not pre-crosslinked. The patterns on both sides of the laminated glass prepared by the combined hot pressing are clear and have no cracks. The EVA adhesive film which is not cured and crosslinked by ultraviolet light has obvious cracks under the same conditions.
By adopting the laminated glass with high-definition patterns, the intermediate layer of the laminated glass has proper crosslinking degree before use, so that the dimensional stability and the heat resistance of a film are improved, and the patterns cannot be stretched to deform or crack by a glue film during use, so that the laminated glass with high-definition patterns can be obtained.

5. The laminated glass according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein said pre-crosslinking curing is UV crosslinking curing or radiation crosslinking curing.

The laminated glass for developing a sharp pattern according to claim 5, wherein said irradiation energy source for irradiation crosslinking curing is one of β -ray, γ -ray, X-ray, α -ray or neutron ray; the ultraviolet crosslinking curing is to use light with the wavelength of 240 to 410 nanometers to trigger an ultraviolet curing crosslinking agent to cause the crosslinking of the EVA resin.
