An odor treatment system is also arranged in the transfer room, and the odor treatment system treats odor by using ozone oxidation, comprehensive washing, biological deodorization, UV photolysis or photocatalytic oxidation technologies.
The assembled household garbage transfer station can be applied to a living gathering area of a small transfer station required by communities, streets and the like, can be enlarged in scale, and is designed and built into a medium-sized or large-sized household garbage transfer station. In addition, the system can be matched with a public toilet and designed and constructed into a transfer station-public toilet integrated building.

Claims (10)

1. A small-sized assembled household garbage transfer station based on garbage classification is provided with a transfer room for storing and treating garbage, and is characterized in that a negative pressure air draft system and a spraying deodorization system are arranged in the transfer room; the interior of the transfer room is divided into a garbage treatment area, a renewable resource stacking room, a garbage classification and recovery area, a rest room, a toilet and a tool room according to functions;
a garbage disposal device is arranged in the garbage disposal area, and the garbage disposal device has the functions of crushing, compressing and compacting garbage;
the renewable resource stacking room is used for stacking renewable resources and integrating and recycling the resources;
the garbage classification and recovery area is used as a container parking and washing area, and in-situ treatment equipment for treating kitchen garbage is arranged in the garbage classification and recovery area and is used for digesting and decomposing the kitchen garbage into carbon dioxide and water by using a biochemical treatment means;
the rest room and the toilet are used by workers in the station, and the tool room is used for placing tools in the station;
negative pressure exhaust system includes exhaust fan, exhaust pipe and suction opening, the exhaust fan be used for with air escape in the exhaust pipe between the transportation, exhaust pipe with the suction opening is connected.
2. The small form factor prefabricated domestic waste transfer station of claim 1 wherein said air exhaust duct extends along a roof and said air extraction opening is mounted adjacent a wall.

The small-sized fabricated domestic waste transfer station according to claim 2, wherein said air discharge duct has a main duct and a plurality of branch ducts, each branch duct having said air suction opening at a distal end thereof, said branch ducts being provided with air volume adjusting valves.
4. The small fabricated domestic waste transfer station according to claim 1, wherein an industrial air curtain machine is installed outside said transfer room for controlling the escape of odor; meanwhile, an automatic induction type quick rolling door is additionally arranged on the outer side of a gate of the transfer room, when a vehicle approaches, the automatic induction type quick rolling door is automatically opened, and the vehicle is automatically closed after being far away.

The small sized fabricated domestic waste transfer station according to claim 1, wherein the construction and finishing materials inside said transfer room are materials having antibacterial and acid and alkali resistant capabilities, and the ground material of said transfer room has noise reducing and anti-slip functions.

The small form factor fabricated domestic waste transfer station of claim 1, wherein the interior wall and floor of said transfer chamber are surface-hydrophobized and surface-antimicrobial; meanwhile, the wall surface and the ground inside the transfer room are coated with materials containing photocatalyst catalysts or surface plasma resonance high-intensity microwave photocatalysts for killing bacteria and viruses in the air, and can decompose and harmlessly treat toxins released by the bacteria or the viruses to play a role in purifying the air.

The small assembly type domestic waste transfer station according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein a drainage system is further provided in the transfer room, the drainage system comprises a drainage ditch provided near the large opening of the transfer room, the drainage ditch is provided with a grate, the tail end of the drainage ditch is provided with a grit chamber, and waste water is precipitated by the grit chamber and then connected to an outdoor sewer network so as to ensure that flushing water of the transfer station does not flow outwards and prevent rainwater from entering the transfer station.

The small fabricated domestic waste transfer station according to claim 7, wherein the compressor percolate and the kitchen waste treatment facility effluent in the waste treatment area are directly discharged from the concealed pipe to the transfer room after being discharged to the grit chamber for grit through a pipeline.
9. The small fabricated domestic waste transfer station according to claim 8, wherein said grit chamber has a discharge pipe located at a middle portion thereof, from which supernatant flows out, heavy impurities settle at a bottom thereof, and a steel wire mesh enclosure at an upper end thereof for preventing floating waste from entering said discharge pipe; the drainage system also comprises an oil separation tank, sewage enters the oil separation tank after sand setting in the grit chamber, and the effluent of the oil separation tank is discharged into a municipal sewage pipe network.
10. The small form factor prefabricated domestic waste transfer station of any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein said transfer room is further provided with an odor treatment system for treating odor using ozone oxidation, integrated washing, bio-deodorization, UV photolysis or photocatalytic oxidation.
