S14: and observing the transparent pipe 2-7, clicking a water inlet stopping icon on an electronic display screen of the charging device 1-5 when the conveyed water flow is clear, closing the second electric control ball valve 1-8b, stopping water inlet of the water inlet hose 2-1, observing the transparent pipe 2-7 again, clicking a sewage discharging icon on the electronic display screen of the charging device 1-6 when no water flow flows, stopping the self-priming sewage discharging pump 1-5, and finishing sewage discharging.
S15: and then selecting whether to clean the inner wall of the black water tank 5, screwing down the sewage suction device 2 and putting back the hook 1-10 to finish the sewage discharging service if the cleaning is not needed, covering an end cover of the black water tank dumping pipe, snapping the black water tank dumping pipe back to the original position, closing a black water tank door of the motor home, clicking a service finishing icon on an electronic display screen of the charging device 1-6 to close the first electronic control ball valve 1-8a, scanning the two-dimensional code, and paying the sewage discharging cost of the black water tank.
If the inner wall of the black water tank needs to be cleaned, the following offline cleaning and pollution discharge mode is carried out.
In the off-line cleaning and sewage discharging mode, the black water tank 5 is taken down from the caravan and placed on the ground, and the off-line cleaning and sewage discharging mode comprises the following steps:
s21: and taking the drained black water tank together with the sewage suction device 2 off the motor home, and placing the black water tank 5 on the ground.
S22: taking down the cleaning gun 3 from the fixed clamping groove 1-9, opening a dirt inlet above the black water tank, placing the conical sealing ring 3-8 of the cleaning gun 3 on the inlet, and rotating the gun body of the cleaning gun 3 to enable the clamping head of the conical sealing ring 3-8 to be matched with the outer baffle sliding groove at the dirt inlet of the black water tank to fix the cleaning gun 3.
S13: and scanning the two-dimensional code on the electronic display screen of the charging device 1-6 by using a mobile phone, starting the cleaning and replenishing pile 1, and simultaneously opening the first electric control ball valve 1-8a to lead water flow to the cleaning gun.
S24: a switch handle 3-11 of a cleaning gun 3 is pressed, clean water enters a gun body, water in the cleaning gun enters a spherical spray head 3-6 through an auxiliary valve 3-12 and a water delivery hose 3-2 to clean six inner wall surfaces of a black water tank, and meanwhile, a telescopic device 3-5 adjusts the position of the spherical spray head 3-6 by utilizing water pressure, the gravity of a pull rod 3-3 and spring force to enable the spherical spray head to move up and down to clean the wall surface of the tank body.
S25: the liquid level in the black water tank continuously rises in the cleaning process, when the liquid level is higher than the outlet end face of the air inlet pipeline 3-7, the opening of the air inlet pipeline 3-7 is blocked, and the cleaning gun 3 automatically jumps.
S26: clicking a pollution discharge icon on the electronic display screen of the charging device 1-6, and repeating the pollution discharge processes from S13 to S14.
S27: and after the sewage discharge is finished, detaching the sewage suction device 2, putting the sewage suction device back to the position 1-10 of the hook, taking out the cleaning gun 3, putting the cleaning gun back to the position 1-9 of the fixed clamping groove, putting the black water tank back to the motor home, closing the black water tank door of the motor home, clicking an end service icon on the electronic display screen of the charging device 1-6, closing the first electric control ball valve 1-8a, and paying the cleaning and sewage discharge service cost of the black water tank by scanning the two-dimensional code on the electronic display screen of the charging device.
The water filling port 1-3 and the sewage draining port 1-4 of the cleaning and supplying pile 1 are provided with threads, so that related pipelines can be assembled and disassembled quickly.
The sewage pump 1-5 is arranged inside the cleaning and supplying pile 1, the sewage inlet of the sewage pump 1-5 is connected with the sewage outlet 1-4 of the cleaning and supplying pile 1 through a pipeline, and the sewage inlet of the sewage pump 1-5 is connected with a sewer through a pipeline.
The charging device 1-6 for cleaning the charging pile 1 adopts timing charging, black water tank pollution discharge and cleaning service and water and electric energy supply are provided for the motor home by scanning the two-dimensional code on the display screen of the charging device 1-6 through the mobile phone, and the two-dimensional code is scanned again after the use to finish the settlement of the related cost.
The connecting end cover 2-3 is connected with the screw thread on the black water tank pouring pipe through the self-provided screw thread, and the pressure balancing hole on the connecting end cover 2-3 ensures that the black water tank can not generate positive pressure and negative pressure in the cleaning and sewage discharging process.
Both ends of the water inlet hose 2-1 and the sewage discharge hose 2-2 are provided with threads, and both ends of the water inlet hose 2-1 are respectively connected with the sewage suction head 2-5 and the water filling port 1-3 on the cleaning and replenishing pile 1; the sewage discharge hose 2-2 consists of three sections, two ends of the sewage discharge hose are respectively connected with the sewage suction head 2-5 and the sewage discharge outlet 1-4, and the middle section of the sewage discharge hose is a transparent pipe 2-7; the transparent pipe 2-7 is positioned at one side of the sewage discharge hose 2-2 outside the black water tank dumping pipe, and both ends of the transparent pipe are provided with threads to be connected with the sewage discharge hose 2-2 for observing the sewage discharge condition when the black water tank 5 discharges sewage.
The water inlet hose 2-1 and the sewage discharge hose 2-2 are both synthetic rubber tubes, the inner rubber is ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE), the outer rubber is ethylene propylene diene monomer synthetic rubber, and the surfaces of the hoses are corrugated. The hose has good corrosion resistance, aging resistance, weather resistance, ozone resistance, wear resistance and good bending radius, and better flexibility is ensured by the corrugated outer wall.
The supporting ball 2-4 is used for fixing and supporting the sewage discharge hose 2-2 and the water inlet hose 2-1, on one hand, due to the spherical structure, the sewage discharge hose 2-2 and the water inlet hose 2-1 can conveniently enter and exit from the black water tank pouring pipe; on the other hand, when the black water tank 5 discharges sewage, the sewage discharge hose 2-2 and the water inlet hose 2-1 can be supported, and the sewage suction head 2-5 can be prevented from colliding with the inner wall of the black water tank 5.
The sewage suction head 2-5 is connected with a sewage pump 1-5 inside the cleaning and replenishing pile 1 through a pipeline, the sewage suction head 2-5 naturally hangs down at the bottom of the box due to self gravity, the stability of the pipeline in the sewage discharging process is ensured, and the sewage is discharged from the black water tank 5 by the power provided by the sewage pump 1-5.
The sewage suction head 2-5 is lotus root-shaped, so that the sewage suction head can conveniently advance and retreat in the black water tank dumping pipe, the sewage suction head is made of stainless steel materials, the inner part of the sewage suction head is of a sleeve pipe structure, the inner pipe is a sewage discharge pipe 2-5-4, the outer pipe is a water inlet pipe, the bottom of the sewage suction head is provided with an impeller 2-5-1, and when sewage is discharged, the kinetic energy of high-pressure water flow in the outer pipe of the sleeve pipe is utilized to impact a scraping blade 2-5-2 at the upper end of the impeller 2-5-1 to drive the impeller 2-5-; the high-pressure water flow can strengthen the disturbance and circulation at the bottom of the black water tank, prevent dirt from gathering and blocking the dirt suction head 2-5.
The cleaning gun 3 adopts a structure form of an oil gun, when the inner wall is cleaned, the liquid level in the black water tank 5 is continuously raised, when the water level is raised to the inlet of the air inlet pipeline 3-7, the air nozzle is blocked, the self-control film inside the cleaning gun 3 forms negative pressure to drive the self-sealing mechanism 3-9 to move upwards, and the self-sealing mechanism 3-9 drives the main valve 3-10 and the auxiliary valve 3-12 to close, so that automatic gun jumping is realized. The specific structure can refer to a fuel nozzle.
The spray head of the cleaning gun 3 adopts a spherical spray head 3-6, water outlet holes with the same size are uniformly distributed on the spherical surface, and the six wall surfaces of the black water tank 5 can be cleaned in an all-round and dead-angle-free mode.
A spray head of a cleaning gun 3 is connected with a telescopic device, the telescopic device is composed of a pull rod 3-3, a sleeve pipe 3-5 and an upper limiting block and a lower limiting block, a spring is arranged in the sleeve pipe 3-5, the acting force of the spring on the pull rod 3-3 can be upward or downward, in the invention, the acting force of the spring on the pull rod 3-3 can be upward, the movement of the spherical spray head 3-6 is adjusted by utilizing the spring force of the spring and the gravity of the pull rod 3-3, the inner wall of a black water tank 5 can be cleaned by manually controlling the pull rod 3-3 to enable the spherical spray head 3-6 to rapidly move up and down, and a first limiting block 3-4a and a second limiting block 3-4b are respectively arranged above and below the pull rod 3-3 to limit the movement range of the spherical spray head.
The outer wall of a barrel of the cleaning gun 3 is fixed with a conical sealing ring 3-8, two sides of the upper end of the conical sealing ring 3-8 are respectively provided with a first clamping head 3-8-1 and a second clamping head 3-8-2, and the cleaning gun 3 can be fixed by matching the first clamping head 3-8-1 and the second clamping head 3-8-2 with an outer baffle sliding groove at a dirt inlet of a black water tank through rotating a gun body.
As shown in fig. 1, the charging device 1-6 is an electronic display screen, which is installed on the outer surface of the cleaning and supplying pile 1 and is used for displaying and controlling the process, displaying the consumption details and paying the final total cost; the cleaning gun joints 1-7 are connected with the cleaning gun 3 through hoses; the first electric control ball valve 1-8a is linked with the charging device 1-6 and is used for controlling the opening and closing of a water inlet pipeline inside the cleaning and supplying pile, and an internal water channel is communicated with the cleaning gun; the second electric control ball valve 1-8b is linked with the charging device 1-6 and is used for controlling the on-off of the water inlet hose 2-1 in the cleaning process; the fixed clamping grooves 1-9 are used for placing the cleaning gun 3; the hooks 1-10 are used for hanging the sewage suction device 2.
Two ends of the water inlet hose 2-1 are respectively connected with a water inlet hose connector 2-5-6 and a water filling port 1-3 of the cleaning and supplying pile 1; the sewage discharge hose 2-2 is divided into two sections, the middle part of the sewage discharge hose is connected with a transparent pipe 2-7, and the two ends of the sewage discharge hose are respectively connected with a sewage discharge hose joint 2-5-5 and a sewage discharge port 1-4 of the cleaning replenishing pile 1; the length of the section of the water inlet hose 2-1 and the length of the section of the sewage discharge hose 2-2 extending into the black water tank are 35-40 mm, wherein the length of the vertical section of the pipeline is 18-20 mm, and a first limiting snap ring 2-8a, a second limiting snap ring 2-8b, a third limiting snap ring 2-8c and a fourth limiting snap ring 2-8d are arranged on the water inlet hose 2-1 and the sewage discharge hose 2-2 which are connected with the left side and the right side of the end cover 2-3 and are used for axially fixing the water inlet hose 2-1 and the sewage discharge hose 2-2; the diameter of the support is 2-4 mm, the support is 35-45 mm, due to the spherical structure, the water inlet hose 2-1 and the sewage discharge hose 2-2 can conveniently enter and exit from the black water tank dumping pipe, and meanwhile, when the black water tank 5 discharges sewage, the support not only can support the water inlet hose 2-1 and the sewage discharge hose 2-2, but also can prevent the sewage suction head 2-5 from colliding with the inner wall of the black water tank 5; the sewage suction head 2-5 is used for crushing and collecting dirt in the black water tank, and when the sewage suction device 2 is arranged on the black water tank dumping pipe, the distance between the sewage suction head 2-5 and the inner wall surface of the bottom of the black water tank is 40-60 mm; the fixed clamping rings 2-6 prevent pipelines from winding mutually to influence conveying; the transparent pipes 2-7 are used for observing the pollution discharge condition in the black water tank 5 when the black water tank discharges the pollution.
As shown in figure 5, the sewage suction head 2-5 comprises an impeller 2-5-1, a scraping blade 2-5-2, a sewage discharge pipe fixing shaft 2-5-3, a sewage discharge pipe 2-5-4, a sewage discharge hose joint 2-5-5, a water inlet hose joint 2-5-6 and a water outlet 2-5-7; the impeller 2-5-1 is arranged on the fixed shaft 2-5-3 of the sewage discharge pipe, the periphery of the upper end of the impeller 2-5-1 is provided with a scraping blade 2-5-2, when the black water tank discharges sewage, the sewage is discharged from the black water tank 5 through the sewage discharge pipe 2-5-4, the sewage discharge hose joint 2-5 and the sewage discharge hose 2-2, meanwhile, clear water enters the inside of the sewage suction head 2-5 through the water inlet hose joint 2-5-6 and is discharged through the water outlet 2-5-7, so that high-speed water flow impacts the scraping blade 2-5-2 to drive the impeller 2-5-1 to rotate, soft solid matters in the sewage in the black water tank are crushed, and the pipe orifice of the sewage discharge pipe 2-5-4 is prevented from being blocked.
As shown in figure 6, for the structure of a cleaning gun 3, after a cleaning gun switch 3-11 is opened, a self-sealing mechanism 3-9, a main valve 3-10 and an auxiliary valve 3-12 are driven to move, clean water enters a gun body through the main valve 3-10 and enters a spherical nozzle 3-6 through the auxiliary valve 3-12 and a water delivery hose 3-2 to clean six inner wall surfaces of a black water tank 5, a telescopic device is arranged on the cleaning gun 2-5 to adjust the movement of the spherical nozzle 3-6 by utilizing the water pressure, the gravity and the spring force of a pull rod 3-3, the pull rod 3-3 can be manually controlled to rapidly move up and down to clean the wall surface of the black water tank 5, the liquid level in the tank is continuously raised in the cleaning process, the opening 3-7 of an air inlet pipeline is blocked when the horizontal surface is higher than the outlet end surface of the air inlet pipeline 3-7, an automatic control film in the cleaning gun 3 forms negative pressure to drive the self-, thereby driving the main valves 3-10 and the auxiliary valves 3-12 to be closed, and the switch releases the main valves 3-11 to realize automatic gun jump.

the sewage suction device (2) comprises a water inlet hose (2-1), a sewage discharge hose (2-2) and a sewage suction head (2-5), one end of the water inlet hose (2-1) is connected with the water tap (1-1), the other end of the water inlet hose is connected with the sewage suction head (2-5), one end of the sewage discharge hose (2-2) is connected with a sewage discharge outlet (1-4), and the other end of the sewage discharge hose is connected with the sewage suction head (2-5);
the cleaning gun (3) comprises a spherical spray head (3-6), and the spherical spray head (3-6) can move up and down to clean the inner wall surface of the box body in an all-round way;
the sewage suction head (2-5) is in a lotus root shape, the tail part of the sewage suction head (2-5) is provided with a sewage discharge joint (2-5-5) connected with the sewage discharge hose (2-2) and a water inlet joint (2-5-6) connected with the water inlet hose (2-1), the whole sewage suction head (2-5) comprises an inner pipe and an outer pipe, the inner pipe is a sewage discharge pipe (2-5-4) communicated with the sewage discharge joint (2-5-5), the head outer pipe of the sewage discharge pipe (2-5-4) leading to the sewage suction head (2-5) is a water inlet pipe communicated with the water inlet joint (2-5-6), the head part of the sewage suction head (2-5) is rotationally connected with an impeller (2-5-1), the impeller (2-5-1) is fixedly or integrally formed with a scraper (2-5-2), the position of a water outlet (2-5-7) of the water inlet pipe corresponds to the position of the scraping blade (2-5-2), a fixed shaft (2-5-3) is fixed at the head of the sewage discharge pipe (2-5-4), and the impeller (2-5-1) is rotationally connected to the fixed shaft (2-5-3).

s11: opening a black water tank door of the caravan, breaking off the black water tank pouring pipe, taking down an end cover of the black water tank pouring pipe, taking down the dirt suction device (2) from the hook (1-10), enabling the dirt suction head (2-5) to enter the black water tank through the black water tank pouring pipe, and connecting and fixing the connecting end cover (2-3) with the black water tank pouring pipe through threaded fit;
s12: scanning the two-dimensional code on the electronic display screen of the charging device (1-6) by using a mobile phone, starting the cleaning and supplying pile (1), and simultaneously opening a first electric control ball valve (1-8 a);
s13: clicking a sewage discharge icon on an electronic display screen of the charging device (1-6), starting the self-priming sewage discharge pump (1-5) to work, simultaneously opening a second electric control ball valve (1-8b), discharging high-pressure clear water from a water outlet (2-5-7) of a sewage suction head (2-5), impacting a scraping blade (2-5-2) at the upper end of an impeller (2-5-1) to drive the impeller to rotate, crush and convey sewage in a black water tank;
s14: observing the transparent pipe (2-7), clicking a water inlet stopping icon on an electronic display screen of the charging device (1-5) when the conveyed water flow is clear, closing the second electric control ball valve (1-8b), stopping water inlet of the water inlet hose (2-1), observing the transparent pipe (2-7) again, clicking a sewage discharging icon on the electronic display screen of the charging device (1-6) when no water flow flows, stopping working of the self-suction sewage discharging pump (1-5), and finishing sewage discharging;
s15: screwing down the sewage suction device (2), putting back the hook (1-10), ending the sewage discharging service, covering an end cover of a black water tank pouring pipe, breaking the black water tank pouring pipe back to the original position, closing a black water tank door of the caravan, clicking an ending service icon on an electronic display screen of the charging device (1-6), closing the first electric control ball valve (1-8a), scanning the two-dimensional code, and paying the sewage discharging cost of the black water tank.
