Description

Water purifier and noise reduction method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of water purifiers, and further relates to a water purifier and a noise reduction method thereof.
Background
Along with the improvement of the living standard of people, the quality of water used by people is higher and higher. Natural water sources are treated many times before being drunk by people. The water purifier is one of the water treatment devices with wide application.
Water purifiers typically include a housing, multiple stages of filter elements, and a water pump. The water pump is used for conveying water sources to the multi-stage filter element, the multi-stage filter element is used for filtering water, and the multi-stage filter element and the pump are fixed in the shell.
The inventors have found that there are some aspects to be improved in the existing manner.
In a common water purifier, the filter element is generally arranged along the vertical direction, so that the purification process is facilitated. The water pump is usually horizontally fixed at the bottom and works in cooperation with the filter element. However, the existing layout mode and the installation mode of the water pump have some problems.
Firstly, the filter core is fixed by vertical, and the water pump is fixed by level, consequently makes the space compatibility of the two littleer, and the space volume that wholly occupies is bigger, that is to say, the holistic volume of purifier is great, and for the space resource in modern life under so precious condition, the size of volume just becomes the key point of a user's selection.
Secondly, based on the different working processes of filter core and water pump, the working process of filter core is a relatively silent working process, and the water pump can vibrate the noise at the in-process of work, and especially when the area of contact of water pump and casing is big more, the vibration sound is big more, influences the stability of complete machine even.
Third, the water pump is usually bolted to the bottom plate of the housing, so that the water pump abuts against the bottom plate of the housing, which makes it easy for vibrations of the pump body during operation to be transmitted to the housing.
The statements herein merely provide background information related to the present disclosure and may not necessarily constitute prior art.

Referring to fig. 1 to 7 of the drawings, a water purifier according to an embodiment of the present invention is illustrated. The water purifier comprises a shell 10, a filter element 20 and a water pump 30, wherein the filter element 20 and the water pump 30 are accommodated in the shell 10. Alternatively, the cartridge 20 and the water pump 30 are enclosed within the housing 10.
Referring to fig. 2-4, the housing 10 includes a main housing 11 and two side covers. The main housing 11 has two compartments, a first compartment 110 and a second compartment 120, respectively, the filter element 20 is received in the first compartment 110, and the water pump 30 is received in the second compartment 120. The two covers are detachably fixed to the main body and cover the first compartment 110 and the second compartment 120, respectively.
Further, the two side covers are a first side cover 12 and a second side cover 13, respectively, the first side cover 12 is covered on the first compartment 110, and the second side cover 13 is covered on the second compartment 120. The first and second side covers 12 and 13 may be detachably fixed to the main housing 11 by screws to cover the first and second compartments 110 and 120.
The first compartment 110 and the second compartment 120 are disposed opposite to each other, that is, the first compartment 110 and the second compartment 120 are opened in opposite directions. The filter cartridge 20 and the water pump 30 are installed in the main housing 11 from two different directions, respectively. Specifically, the filter cartridge 20 and the water pump 30 are installed in the main housing 11 from two opposite directions, respectively.
In other words, the water purifier forms a pump side, i.e., a side for connecting to a water source, and a cartridge side, i.e., a side for providing purified or treated water to a user. When the installation, the water pump side is set up in being close to the wall, the filter core side is then towards the outside to when conveniently acquireing the water source, conveniently provide the purified water for the user, and convenience of customers changes filter core 20.
Further, the filter cartridge 20 is disposed in the main housing 11 in a vertical direction. That is, the filter cartridge 20 is vertically disposed within the first compartment 110. The water pump 30 is disposed in the main housing 11 in a vertical direction, that is, the water pump 30 is vertically disposed in the second compartment 120. That is, the filter cartridge 20 and the water pump 30 are arranged in the same direction, and are both in the vertical direction. The filter element 20 and the water pump 30 are arranged at two sides in a staggered manner, so that the width of the water purifier can be narrower, namely the occupied horizontal plane extension area is smaller.
It is worth mentioning that the filter cartridge 20 is a filtering function during operation to provide filtered water to the user, with the operation being substantially silent. The water pump 30 is used for obtaining water, and generates vibration and noise during operation. According to this embodiment of the present invention, the water pump 30 and the filter element 20 are located in the first compartment 110 and the second compartment 120 which are isolated from each other, so as to reduce the influence of the vibration generated by the water pump 30 on the filter element 20, and further, the noise generated by the water pump 30 is isolated by the second compartment, so as to reduce the direct transmission through one side of the filter element 20. In particular, when the user replaces the filter cartridge 20, the water pump 30 is not directly touched, i.e., the first side cover 12 is opened, so that the water pump 30 is not directly exposed to the outside. Alternatively, on the filter element 20 side, noise generated by the water pump 30 may be blocked layer by the main housing 11 and the first side cover 12.
It is worth mentioning that the filter element 20 and the water pump 30 are both substantially cylindrical, and the arrangement directions of the filter element 20 and the water pump 30 are consistent, so that the filter element 20 and the water pump 30 on both sides can be mutually coordinated, and when the water pump 30 is horizontally arranged, the mutual coordination of the configuration of the filter element 20 and the water pump 30 is low, and the occupied overall volume is large.
Further, in this embodiment of the present invention, the water purifier includes a plurality of stages of filter cartridges 20, that is, a plurality of filter cartridges 20 are respectively arranged in the first compartment 110 in a vertical direction to perform a multi-stage filtering action. The filter elements 20 and the water pump 30 are respectively located on two opposite sides and are arranged in a staggered manner.
The main housing 11 includes a peripheral wall 111 and a partition wall 112, the partition wall 112 is disposed inside the peripheral wall 111, and forms the first compartment 110 and the second compartment 120 at intervals. That is, one side surface of the partition wall 112 and a portion of the peripheral wall 111 form the first compartment 110, and the other side surface of the partition wall 112 and another portion of the peripheral wall 111 form the second compartment 120, thereby forming the first compartment 110 and the second compartment 120, which are opposite to each other. Specifically, the main housing 11 has a substantially i-shaped cross section in the width direction. That is, the main housing 11 forms an i-shaped space, and the filter element 20 and the water pump 30 are respectively disposed in the i-shaped spaces. In other words, the main housing 11 has an i-shaped cross section along the direction in which the first compartment 110 and the second compartment 120 are opened.
Further, the partition wall 112 forms a filter element chamber 11201 on the side of the filter element 20, that is, the partition wall 112 is recessed inward from the side of the filter element 20 to form a space for accommodating a part of the filter element 20. In other words, when the cartridge 20 is installed in the first compartment 110, the cartridge 20 is retained in the cartridge cavity 11201.
Further, the partition wall 112 forms a water pump chamber 11202 on the water pump 30 side, that is, the partition wall 112 is recessed inward from the water pump 30 side to form a space for accommodating a part of the water pump 30. In other words, when the water pump 30 is installed in the second compartment 120, the water pump 30 is confined to the water pump chamber 11202. In particular, the filter element chamber 11201 and the water pump chamber 11202 are arranged in a staggered manner, so that the occupied spaces of the filter element 20 and the water pump 30 on both sides are coordinated with each other, and the overall width tends to be narrowed. In one embodiment of the present invention, the cartridge chamber 11201 and/or the water pump chamber 11202 may not be provided.
Referring to fig. 3, 4A-4B, the water purifier includes a pump body bracket assembly 40, and the water pump 30 is fixed to the main housing 11 by the pump body bracket assembly 40 in a vacant manner. That is, the water pump 30 does not directly contact the main housing 11, so that the vibration of the water pump 30 is not directly transmitted to the main housing 11, and it is worth mentioning that the housing of the water pump 30 and the main housing 11 are both generally made of metal, so when the water pump 30 and the main housing 11 are directly contacted, the interaction force of the vibration between metal solids is large, and the noise transmission speed is high, whereas according to this embodiment of the present invention, the water pump 30 is fixed to the main housing 11 by the pump body bracket assembly 40 in an empty manner, that is, the water pump 30 is not directly contacted with the main housing 11, so that the direct interaction between the main housing 11 and the water pump 30 is weakened, and the noise transmission efficiency is reduced.
The pump body bracket assembly 40 includes a support member 41 and a side packing member 42, and the support member 41 is used for supporting the water pump 30 so that the bottom of the water pump 30 is spaced from the bottom surface of the peripheral wall 111 of the main housing 11 by a predetermined distance. The side packing 42 serves to fix the water pump 30 from the side of the water pump 30. Further, the side packing 42 is fitted around the circumference of the water pump 30 with the water pump chamber 11202 of the partition wall 112. That is, the side wrap 42 partially encircles the water pump 30.
Further, the supporting member 41 is fixed to the bottom surface of the peripheral wall 111 of the main housing 11, thereby providing a stable supporting function for the water pump 30. By way of example and not limitation, the support member 41 is detachably fixed to the bottom surface of the peripheral wall 111 of the main housing 11 by bolts.
The side packing member 42 is fixed to the partition 112 by a fixing member 43 at both sides of the rear of the water pump 30. That is, the space formed by the quick water-collecting pump cavity 11202 of the partition wall 112 and the side packing 42 is limited by the space. The fixing element 43 is exemplified but not limited to a bolt, a screw, a nut, a rivet, etc.
The supporting member 41 includes a bottom frame 411 and a plurality of upper fixing arms 412, and the top of the bottom frame 411 is spaced from the bottom surface of the peripheral wall 111 of the main housing 11 by a predetermined distance. The bottom of the water pump 30 is supported on the top of the bottom frame 411, that is, the bottom of the water pump 30 is spaced a predetermined distance from the bottom surface of the main housing 11.
The upper fixing arms 412 are fixed to the top of the bottom frame 411 at both sides of the pump body, and both ends of the side wrapping member 42 are detachably fixed to the upper fixing arms 412. That is, the chassis 411 provides a bottom support for the pump body, and the set of upper retaining arms 412 provides an upper retention for the pump body, thereby maintaining the pump body in a vertically oriented, empty state.
By way of example and not limitation, in one embodiment, the set of upper fixing arms 412 is detachably fixed to the top of the bottom frame 411 by bolts; in one embodiment, the set of fixing arms is welded and fixed on the top of the bottom frame 411; in one embodiment, the set of upper fixing arms 412 is fixed to the top of the bottom frame 411 by means of bonding. In particular, the set of upper fixing arms 412 extends upwards perpendicular to the chassis 411. In one embodiment of the present invention, the supporting member 41 is not provided with the set of upper fixing arms 412, and the side wrapping member 42 is detachably fixed to the partition wall 112 of the main housing 11 by a fixing member 43.
The chassis 411 includes a set of legs 4111 and a supporting frame 4112, wherein the set of legs 4111 is rotationally integrally connected to the supporting frame 4112. That is, the plane of the set of legs 4111 is consistent with the bottom surface of the peripheral wall 111 of the main housing 11, so as to provide a stable supporting and fixing function for the bottom frame 411. That is, the bottom frame 411 is fixed in a surface-to-surface contact manner with the bottom surfaces of the main housing 11 and the peripheral wall 111, so that the contact surface is larger, and the support is more stable. The group of legs 4111 may be detachably fixed to the bottom surface of the peripheral wall 111 of the main housing 11 by bolts.
A supporting space 4110 is formed at the lower side of the supporting frame 4112, and the water pump 30 is located above the supporting space 4110, that is, the supporting space 4110 is formed between the bottom of the water pump 30 and the bottom surface of the peripheral wall 111 of the main housing 11. The support space 4110 accommodates the pipe 60 connected to the filter cartridge 20 therein. That is, the supporting space 4110 prevents the water pump 30 from being in direct contact with the main housing 11, no direct propagation path is formed by vibration and noise, and the bottom accommodates the pipe 60, so that the space inside the main housing 11 is fully utilized.
Further, the side wrapping member 42 includes an encircling portion 421 and a set of fixing ears 422, the encircling portion 421 surrounds the outer side of the water pump 30 in a semi-annular shape, and the set of fixing ears 422 is connected to two sides of the encircling portion, so as to fix the side wrapping member 42 to the supporting member 41 and/or the partition wall 112 of the main housing 11.
Preferably, the set of fixing ears 422 are rotationally integrally connected to the embracing portion 421. The set of mounting ears 422 are adapted to be mounted to the set of upper mounting arms 412. The set of upper retaining arms 412 and the set of retaining ears 422 are retained in a face-to-face fit. The set of upper fixing arms 412 and the set of upper fixing arms 412 are fixed to each other to form a corresponding set of fixing holes 4220, and a fixing element 43 passes through the set of fixing lugs 422 and the set of upper fixing arms 412 to fix the side wrapping piece 42 and the set of upper fixing arms 412, so that the water pump 30 is limited inside the side wrapping piece 42.
The surrounding portion 421 has at least one through hole 4210, the through hole 4210 corresponds to the fixing hole 4220 of the water pump 30, and the fixing element 43 passes through the surrounding portion 421 and the through hole 4210 to be fixed to the water pump 30.
Referring to fig. 4A-4B, fig. 5, the pump body bracket assembly 40 includes a peripheral side spacer 44, the peripheral side spacer 44 being disposed between the peripheral side spacer 44 and the side wrap 42. That is, the portions where the side wrap 42 and the water pump 30 are in contact are spaced apart by the peripheral side spacers 44, so that the water pump 30 and the side wrap 42 do not directly contact each other, that is, the vibration of the water pump 30 is not directly transmitted to the side wrap 42. More specifically, the peripheral side spacer 44 is provided between the surrounding portion of the side wrapping 42 and a part of the outer side surface of the water pump 30.
The peripheral side spacer 44 is a flexible material, and the material hardness of the peripheral side spacer 44 is less than that of the pump body and the side wrap 42. It is worth mentioning that the peripheral side spacer 44 and the water pump 30 are both made of a metal material, i.e., are relatively hard, so that the two relatively hard materials are not in direct contact and the vibration is not directly transmitted through the flexible material. When the water pump 30 vibrates in operation, the damping action by the flexible peripheral side spacer 44 is applied to the side wrapping member 42. Preferably, the peripheral side spacers 44 are constructed of a foam material having good flexibility and good sound absorption through the pores of the material. It will be appreciated that the vibration of the water pump 30 is a source of noise, and the peripheral side spacer 44 is spaced directly between the water pump 30 and the side wrap 42, thereby reducing noise from the source of noise and providing better noise reduction. Preferably, the peripheral side spacer 44 is a silicone foam pad that reduces the interaction force while increasing the friction force and reducing the mutual movement between the water pump 30 and the fixed member.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the peripheral side spacer 44 is spaced between the embracing portion 421 of the side wrapping 42 and the outer side surface of the water pump 30. In one embodiment of the present invention, the circumferential side spacer 44 surrounds the circumferential side of the water pump 30, that is, the circumferential side of the water pump 30 is spaced from other components by the circumferential side spacer 44.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the peripheral side spacers 44 are disposed around the outer side surface of the water pump 30, that is, the peripheral side spacers 44 are disposed at positions where the outer side surface of the water pump 30 contacts other components. More specifically, a part of the peripheral side spacer 44 is spaced between the outer side surface of the water pump 30 and the surrounding portion of the side wrap 42, and another part of the peripheral side spacer 44 is spaced between the outer side surface of the water pump 30 and the partition wall 112. That is, the peripheral side spacer 44, which is spaced between the outer side surface of the water pump 30 and the partition wall 112, is abutted against the side wall of the peripheral side wall that forms the water pump chamber 11202.
Further, in an embodiment of the present invention, the peripheral spacer 44 may be a ring-shaped structure, which is sleeved on the outer side surface of the pump body, and in an embodiment of the present invention, the peripheral spacer 44 may be two half rings, which are respectively disposed between the partition 112 and a part of the outer side surface of the water pump 30, and between the surrounding portion 421 of the side wrapping 42 and a part of the outer side surface of the water pump 30. In one embodiment of the present invention, the peripheral side spacer 44 may be a separable material that is packed between the partition wall 112 and the pump body and between the side packing 42 and the outer side surface of the water pump 30, respectively.
Referring to fig. 4A-4B, fig. 6, the pump body bracket assembly 40 includes a set of plate spacers 45, the plate spacers 45 being disposed between the fixing ears 422 of the side wrap 42 and the set of upper fixing arms 412 of the support 41 to space the set of fixing ears 422 and the set of upper fixing arms 412 from direct contact.
The set of plate spacers 45 may be a block structure spaced between the mating flat surfaces of the set of mounting ears 422 and the set of upper mounting arms 412. That is, the set of plate spacers 45 is sandwiched between the set of upper retaining arms 412 and the set of retaining ears 422.
The set of plate spacers 45 is a flexible material, and the material of the set of plate spacers 45 is less stiff than the set of upper retaining arms 412 and the side wraps 42. Preferably, the peripheral side spacers 44 are constructed of a foam material having good flexibility and good sound absorption through the pores of the material. Preferably, the set of plate spacers 45 are silicone foam pads that reduce the interaction forces while increasing friction and reducing the amount of movement between the set of upper retaining arms 412 and the set of retaining ears 422.
It is worth mentioning that the set of upper fixing arms 412 and the side wrapping member 42 are made of a metal material, i.e., a material having a relatively high hardness, so that the two materials having a relatively high hardness are not in direct contact with each other and the vibration is not directly transmitted through the flexible material. The set of upper fixing arms 412 and the set of fixing lugs 422 of the side bag 42 are fixed to each other, that is, the position where vibration or noise is directly transmitted, and according to this embodiment of the present invention, the set of plate spacers 45 are provided between the set of upper fixing arms 412 and the set of fixing lugs 422 of the side bag 42, so that the interaction force between the set of upper fixing arms 412 and the set of fixing lugs 422 of the side bag 42 is buffered and noise is reduced.
Referring to fig. 4A and 4B, fig. 7, the pump body bracket assembly 40 includes a bottom spacer 46, and the bottom spacer 46 is disposed between the bottom of the water pump 30 and the top of the bottom frame 411 of the support 41 to space the bottom of the water pump 30 from the bottom frame 411 of the support 41.
The bottom spacer 46 may be a block structure spaced between the bottom of the water pump 30 and the top surface of the bottom frame 411 of the supporter 41. That is, the bottom spacer 46 is clamped between the bottom of the water pump 30 and the bottom frame 411.
The bottom spacer 46 is a flexible material, and the material hardness of the bottom spacer 46 is smaller than that of the bottom frame 411 and the water pump 30. Preferably, the bottom spacer 46 is made of a foam material, which has good flexibility and good sound absorption through its pores. Preferably, the bottom spacer 46 is a silicone foam pad that reduces the interaction forces while increasing friction and reducing the relative movement between the water pump 30 and the fixed components. The silicone foam has good elasticity and a characteristic of small stress relaxation, so that the water pump 30 is supported with good elasticity, and the influence of the vibration of the water pump 30 on the bottom frame 411 is reduced.
It is worth mentioning that the vibration of the water pump 30 is a source of noise, and the bottom spacer 46 is directly spaced between the water pump 30 and the bottom frame 411 of the support 41, thereby reducing the noise from the source of noise, and having a better noise reduction effect, i.e., reducing the transmission efficiency of the noise generated by the direct vibration of the water pump 30.
Referring to fig. 4A-7, the pump body bracket assembly 40 includes a buffer member 47, and the buffer member 47 is disposed at a fixed position of the fixing element 43, that is, at a position where a force is applied to the fixing element 43 for buffering at intervals.
By way of example but not limitation, said cushion member 47 is disposed between said fastening element 43 and said fastening ears 422 of said side wrapping member 42; the cushion is provided between the fastening element 43 and the embracing portion 421 of the side wrapping 42, so that the fastening positions of the fastening element 43 are all cushioned at intervals.
By way of example and not limitation, the buffer 47 is a rubber washer spaced between the fixing element 43 and the fixing location. Preferably, the buffer member 47 is a stepped rubber washer so that a longer buffering action distance is provided between the fixing element 43 and the fixed member, and the bottom area of the stepped rubber washer is larger so that the fixing position is stable.
It is worth mentioning that in this embodiment of the present invention, by disposing the spacer on the path through which the vibration or noise directly propagates, the interaction force is buffered, the vibration is reduced, that is, the noise is reduced, and the existing noise is absorbed by the spacer. The vibration action of the water pump 30 generates noise, the vibration action is propagated through the directly contacted components, and is divided into two paths through air propagation, i.e., the propagation path is divided into two paths, one path is air propagation, and the other path is propagation between the physically contacted components, in this embodiment of the present invention, the water pump 30 is vacant through the pump body bracket assembly 40, i.e., is vertically fixed at a predetermined height position, so that the water pump 30 and the peripheral wall 111 of the main housing 11 are not directly contacted, i.e., the propagation path is blocked, further, the peripheral side spacer 44 is provided between the water pump 30 and the partition wall 112 of the main housing 11, and the propagation path between the water pump 30 and the partition wall 112 is blocked; further, the circumferential side spacer 44 is provided between the water pump 30 and the side wrapping 42, i.e., blocks the propagation path of the circumferential side of the water pump 30 and blocks from the source; further, the bottom spacer 46 is provided between the bottom of the water pump 30 and the bottom frame 411 to block a propagation path between the water pump 30 and the bottom frame 411, which is also blocked from a source; further, the provision of the plate body spacer 45 between the set of fixing lugs 422 and the set of upper fixing arms 412 of the side wrapping 42 obstructs the propagation path between the fixing parts, i.e., the path along which the noise propagates later, thereby obstructing the generated noise from the source of the noise and various possible propagation paths later, and making the stability between the parts better while reducing the noise.
Referring to fig. 3-4B, the water purifier includes a circuit module 50, and the circuit module 50 is accommodated in the second compartment 120. That is, the circuit module 50 and the filter cartridge 20 are located in two spaces isolated from each other. The circuit module 50 is used for controlling the operation of the water purifier, for example, the circuit module 50 controls the operations of the filter element 20 and the water pump 30.
Further, the circuit module 50 is located above the water pump 30, that is, both the power supply module and the water pump 30 are arranged in a vertical direction. Alternatively, the circuit module 50 and the water pump 30 are disposed in the same direction, i.e., a vertical direction.
It should be noted that the water pump 30 needs to be connected to supply water, and the circuit needs to be waterproof, according to this embodiment of the present invention, the circuit module 50 is located above the water pump 30, so that the water in the water pump 30 does not contact the circuit module 50, that is, a better water-avoiding condition is provided for the circuit module 50. And a water leakage phenomenon may occur at the side of the filter cartridge 20, or residual water may occur at the time of replacement, and the circuit module 50 and the filter cartridge 20 are located in two separate chambers isolated from each other, thereby reducing the influence of the water flow at the side of the filter cartridge 20 on the circuit module 50.
The water pump 30 is connected to the filter element 20 and the water inlet via a pipe 60. The conduit 60 is located laterally below the circuit module 50, thus making the circuit module 50 in a direction that involves less water, i.e., not affected by water.
The water purifier is provided with a plurality of waterway interfaces 70 for connecting waterways, and the waterway interfaces 70 are arranged on the side surface of the main shell 11. The water purifier is provided with a power interface for connecting a power supply, and further for obtaining the power supply for the circuit module 50. The power supply interface is disposed on a side surface of the main housing 11.
It will be appreciated by persons skilled in the art that the embodiments of the invention described above and shown in the drawings are given by way of example only and are not limiting of the invention. The objects of the invention have been fully and effectively accomplished. The functional and structural principles of the present invention have been shown and described in the examples, and any variations or modifications of the embodiments of the present invention may be made without departing from the principles.
