the filter device further comprises a backwashing motor, a backwashing water tank 30 and a blowing device, wherein the backwashing motor is in transmission connection with the second end of the rotating shaft and drives the rotating shaft to rotate, the backwashing water tank 30 is connected with the filter cavity through a clean water inlet pipe, the blowing device is connected with the filter cavity through an air inlet pipe, and a sewage outlet communicated with the filter cavity is formed in the bottom of the filter container 10.
In a preferred embodiment, the backwash water tank 30 is disposed above the reservoir 20, the backwash water tank 30 is connected to the reservoir 20 through an overflow pipe and a drain pipe to transfer water from the backwash water tank 30 to the reservoir 20, a water inlet 13 of the overflow pipe is located at an upper portion of the backwash water tank 30, a water inlet 13 of the drain pipe is located at a bottom portion of the backwash water tank 30, and a drain valve to control the conduction of the drain pipe is further disposed on the drain pipe.
In the preferred embodiment, before the backwash water tank 30 is connected to the filter chamber, the switching valve set connects the filter chamber to the reservoir 20, so that the liquid in the filter chamber flows into the reservoir 20 through the reservoir outlet pipe 202.
In a preferred embodiment, the filtering apparatus has a filter element 7 cleaning assembly, and after the filter element 7 is cleaned by the filter element 7 cleaning assembly, the internal circulation water path is firstly conducted before the switching valve set conducts the filtering water path, so that the liquid in the liquid storage container 20 is circularly conveyed to the filtering cavity. It should be noted that: the cleaning assembly of the filter element 7 comprises a back flushing water tank 30, a back flushing motor, a blowing device (such as a blower and an air compressor) and the like.
In a preferred embodiment, an opening is provided on the barrel body 1, a cover body 2 is provided on the barrel body 1, the cover body 2 covers the opening, the barrel body 1 is a plastic barrel body 1, the cover body 2 comprises plastic layers 11 and 12 and metal reinforcing layers 21 and 22, the plastic layers 110 and 120 are located on the inner side, and the metal reinforcing layers 210 and 220 are located on the outer side.

According to the invention, by arranging the liquid storage container 20, the electroplating solution in the filter cavity is discharged into the liquid storage container 20 for temporary storage before the filtering of the filtering waterway is finished and the backwashing is carried out, and the electroplating solution in the liquid storage container 20 is conveyed to the filter cavity for filtering after the backwashing is finished, so that the waste is avoided.
Referring to fig. 3 and 8, in a preferred embodiment, the bottom of the filtering container 10 is provided with a water inlet 13 communicated with the filtering chamber 9, the pre-filtering water inlet pipe 101 and the liquid storage water inlet pipe 201 are both communicated with the water inlet 13, the water inlet 13 is connected with the water inlet pump 60, and the pre-filtering water inlet pipe 101 and the liquid storage water inlet pipe 201 are respectively controlled by different valves, and further, the valves are solenoid valves or electric valves. The filter water inlet pipe 101 and the liquid storage water inlet pipe 201 are respectively controlled by a water pump and two valves, so that the number of openings on the filter container 10 is reduced, and the water pump is also reduced.
Referring to fig. 3 and 7, in the preferred embodiment, the bottom filtering container 10 is provided with a sewage outlet 14 communicating with the filtering chamber 9, the liquid storage container 20 is provided with a liquid discharge pipe, the liquid discharge pipe and the filtered water outlet pipe 102 are communicated and are communicated with the sewage outlet 14, and the liquid discharge pipe is provided with a valve which is an electronic valve and is used for discharging sewage which cannot pass through the filter element 7.
In the preferred embodiment, the filter chamber 9 of the filter cartridge 10 is connected to the reservoir 20 by an internal return line (which communicates with the return port 46) for returning the remaining liquid (e.g., plating solution) within the used filter cartridge to the reservoir 20, thereby avoiding waste.
Referring to fig. 1, in a further preferred embodiment, the filter element 7 is connected to the reservoir 20 via an internal return pipe, and the cosolvent entering the interior of the filter element 7 is returned to the reservoir 20, and further, a filter screen is disposed in the reservoir 20 for filtering impurities in the filter solution from the filter element.
In a preferred embodiment, the filtering device further comprises a backwash water tank 30, the backwash water tank 30 being in communication with the filter element 7 through a fresh water inlet pipe; the filtering device also comprises a blowing device 40, and an air outlet of the blowing device 40 is communicated with the filter element 7 through an air inlet pipe. Furthermore, tap water is filled in the backwashing water tank 30, a water pump is arranged between the backwashing water tank 30 and the filter element 7, the tap water is pumped into the filter element 7 by the water pump, meanwhile, the blowing device 40 blows air into the filter element 7, the tap water and the air act simultaneously to flush solid dirt attached to the filter element 7, and the mixed water of the fixed dirt is discharged through a sewage discharge outlet. When most of solid dirt is washed down, a small amount of remaining dirt needs to be washed again, and the washed mixed liquid flows back to the liquid storage container.
Referring to fig. 1, in a further preferred embodiment, an overflow pipe 301 is provided at the top of the backwash water tank 30, the overflow pipe 301 is communicated with the liquid storage container 20, a drain pipe 302 is further provided at the bottom of the backwash water tank 30, an inlet of the drain pipe 302 is at the bottom of the backwash water tank 30, the drain pipe 302 is also communicated with the liquid storage container 20 for draining water in the backwash water tank 30, a tap water inlet pipe is further provided on the backwash water tank 30, an opening of the tap water inlet pipe is higher than the highest point of the overflow pipe 301 for preventing water from flowing out of the tap water inlet pipe, and the tap water inlet pipe is used for adding tap water into the backwash water tank.
External tap water is added into the backwashing water tank 30, the tap water enters the filter element 7 through the clear water inlet pipe, meanwhile, air at the air outlet of the air blowing device 40 also enters the filter element 7 through the air inlet pipe, the water and the air are matched with each other to wash away dirt on the filter element 7, the dirt flows out through the water inlet, and the circulation is a backwashing circulation system.
In a further preferred embodiment, the liquid storage container is further connected with an external filter barrel 90, the external filter barrel 90 is provided with an external water inlet pipe 901 and an external water outlet pipe 902 which are communicated with the liquid storage container 20, the external water inlet pipe 901 is provided with a water pump 60 for pumping the filter aid solution in the liquid storage container 20 into the external filter barrel 90, impurities are filtered out through the filtration of the external filter barrel 90, the filter aid solvent flows back into the liquid storage container 20 through the external water outlet pipe 902, and the circulation system is an external filtration circulation system.
In a preferred embodiment, the filtering apparatus further comprises a frame 50 and a backwash water tank 30, the reservoir 20 is fixed to a lower portion of the frame 50, the backwash water tank 30 is connected to the frame 50 and suspended from an upper portion of the reservoir 20, and the filtering container 10 is fixed to one side of the backwash water tank 30; a central control screen 70 is also fixed on the frame 50, and the electronic valves on the filtering container 10 are all electrically connected with the central control screen 70. The structure is reasonable in arrangement, occupies less space and is more convenient to use. Specifically, the filter apparatus includes a plurality of hanging brackets attached to the top of the frame 50, and the backwash water tank 30 is placed on and supported by the hanging brackets.
In a preferred embodiment, the barrel body 1 is provided with an opening, the barrel body is further provided with a cover body, the cover body covers the opening, the barrel body 1 is a plastic barrel body 1, the cover body comprises a plastic layer and a metal reinforcing layer, the plastic layer is located on the inner side, and the metal reinforcing layer is located on the outer side (the inner side refers to one side close to the opening, and the outer side is the other side opposite to the inner side). In prior art, barrel body 1 and lid generally all adopt special metal material, and the cost is higher, and this application can reduce special metal material's use amount, reduce cost. At least one end of the barrel body 1 is provided with an opening, the cover body comprises a first cover body 21, the first cover body 21 is fixedly connected with the barrel body 1, the first cover body 21 covers the opening, the first cover body 21 is detachably connected with the barrel body 1, for example, one end of the first cover body 21 can be hinged with the barrel body 1, the other end of the first cover body 21 can be detachably connected with the barrel body 1, or the whole first cover body 21 can be detachably connected with the barrel body 1, when the first cover body 21 is opened, the filter element 7 can be placed in the barrel body 1, and the filter element 7 can be replaced and maintained.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, in a further preferred embodiment, the cover further includes a second cover 22, the first cover 21 and the second cover 22 are respectively located at two ends of the tub body 1, a first reinforcing ring 31 and a second reinforcing ring 32 are fixed on the tub body 1, the first reinforcing ring 31 and the second reinforcing ring 32 are both metal rings, the first cover 21 is connected to the first reinforcing ring 31, and the second cover 22 is connected to the second reinforcing ring 32.
In a further preferred embodiment, a first reinforcing ring 31 is fixed to a first end of the tub body 1, a second reinforcing ring 32 is fixed to a second end of the tub body 1, and the first reinforcing ring 31 is hinged to the first cover 21 to facilitate the opening of the first cover 21. The second cover 22 is fixedly connected to the second reinforcing ring 32, and the second cover 22 is disposed to facilitate assembly of the filtering apparatus, but the second cover 22 is rarely opened after the filtering apparatus is manufactured, so that the second cover 22 is fixedly connected to the barrel body 1, and the connection between the second cover 22 and the barrel body can be more stable.
In a further preferred embodiment, the first cover body 21 includes a first plastic layer 110 and a first metal reinforcing layer 210, the first end of the tub body 1 is adjacent to the first plastic layer 110, a plurality of fixing grooves 111 are provided on the first cover body 21, and the fixing grooves 111 penetrate through the first plastic layer 110 and the first metal reinforcing layer 210. The first reinforcing ring 31 is provided with a plurality of first fixing rods 311, the free ends of the first fixing rods 311 penetrate through the fixing grooves 111 on the first plastic layer 110, the free ends of the first fixing rods 311 are connected with fastening pieces, the fastening pieces are fixedly connected with the first cover body 21 and used for enabling the first plastic layer 110 and the first cover body 21 to be tightly connected and fixed, and sealing rings are arranged between the first cover body 21 and the barrel body 1 to realize sealing. Further, the fastening member is a nut or a snap, the first fixing rod 311 is hinged to the first fastening ring 31, a groove matching with the fixing groove 111 is also formed in the first cover 21, the first fixing rod 311 is placed into the fixing groove 111 and the groove in the first cover 21, and the first cover 21 is fastened by the nut or the snap.
In a further preferred embodiment, the second cover 22 includes a second plastic layer 120 and a second metal reinforcing layer 220, the second plastic layer 120 also protrudes out of the sidewall of the barrel body 1, the second plastic layer 120 is provided with a plurality of fixing holes, a second fixing rod 321 penetrates through the fixing holes, one end of the second fixing rod 321 is connected with the second cover 22, and the other end is connected with the second reinforcing ring 32. Further, a through hole is also formed in the second cover 22, the second fixing rod 321 is hinged to the second reinforcing ring 32, the second fixing rod 321 penetrates through the through hole in the second cover 22, a nut is screwed to the end of the second fixing rod 321, and the second cover 22 and the tub body 1 are pressed tightly by the nut.
In a further preferred embodiment, the cartridge 1 is provided with a holder 120 for supporting the filter cartridge 10.
Referring to fig. 6, in a further preferred embodiment, a reinforcing body 211 is disposed on the first metal reinforcing layer 210, the reinforcing body 211 is fixedly connected to the outer surface of the first metal reinforcing layer 210 (the side of the first metal reinforcing layer 210 away from the tub body 1 in a state that the first cover 21 covers the tub body 1), a first end of the reinforcing body 211 protrudes from the first metal reinforcing layer 210, and a first end of the reinforcing body 211 is hinged to the first reinforcing ring 31. Since the first plastic layer 110 protrudes out of the outer wall of the barrel body 1, the first plastic layer 110 is spaced between the hinge fixed on the first reinforcing ring 31 and the first cover body 21, and the hinge connection between the first reinforcing ring 31 and the first cover body 21 can only be achieved indirectly through the reinforcing body 211.
In a further preferred embodiment, a plurality of reinforcing plates 212 are further disposed on the first cover 21, the reinforcing plates 212 are disposed in a strip shape, and the reinforcing plates 212 and the reinforcing plates 211 are disposed in a crossing manner, so that the structure is more stable.
In a further preferred embodiment, the reinforcement body 211 extends in a direction parallel to a horizontal plane, and when the first cover 21 is opened, the first cover 21 is turned over toward one side of the filter device. A handle 213 is further fixed to the reinforcing body 211 to facilitate opening of the first cover 21.
In a further preferred embodiment, the container body is cylindrical, a plurality of reinforcing rods 8 are fixed between the first reinforcing ring 31 and the second reinforcing ring 32, two ends of each reinforcing rod 8 are fixedly connected with the first reinforcing ring 31 and the second reinforcing ring 32 respectively, the plurality of reinforcing rods 8 are arranged at intervals, further, the reinforcing rods 8 are fixed on the two first fixing rods 311 and the two second fixing rods 321 which are opposite, and the first fixing rods 311, the second fixing rods 321 and the reinforcing rods 8 form a line, so that the fixing effect is better. The reinforcing rod 8 is connected with the first reinforcing ring 31 and the second reinforcing ring 32, the first reinforcing ring 31 and the second reinforcing ring 32 surround the barrel body 1, the first reinforcing ring 31 and the second reinforcing ring 32 are respectively connected with the first cover body 21 and the second cover body 22, the first cover body 21 and the second cover body 22 are respectively arranged at two ends of the barrel body 1, and the connecting structures enable the barrel body 1 to be reinforced in the radial direction and the axial direction.
Referring to fig. 9, in a preferred embodiment, the filter container further comprises a rotating shaft 5 and a sealing assembly 4, the rotating shaft 5 is fixedly connected with the filter element 7, a first end of the rotating shaft 5 penetrates through the container body and extends out of the container body, and the rotating shaft 5 and the filter element 7 can be driven to rotate relative to the container body by external force. It should be noted that the filter element includes a conventional filter element 7 and a filter disc. The sealing component 4 is fixed on the container body and communicated with the filter element 7, and the first end of the rotating shaft 5 penetrates through the sealing component 4. The container body is provided with a water inlet 13, a sewage outlet 14 and a filtered outlet 41, a cavity is formed between the container body and the filter element 7, the water inlet 13 and the sewage outlet 14 are communicated with the cavity, the sealing assembly 4 is provided with the filtered outlet 41, and the filtered outlet 41 is communicated with the filter element 7. During the use, sewage gets into filter equipment from water inlet 13, and through the filtration of filter core 7, clean water gets into the inside of filter core 7, gets into seal assembly 4 through filter core 7, flows to filter equipment's outside through the export 41 after the filtration on seal assembly 4.
In a further preferred embodiment, the sealing assembly is further provided with an air inlet 42 and a washing water inlet 44, the air inlet 42 is communicated with an air inlet pipe, the washing water inlet is communicated with a clean water inlet pipe, clean water is injected into the washing water inlet 44, and the air inlet 42 is filled with high-pressure air, so that the air inlet and the clean water inlet are matched to wash the filter element. An exhaust hole 16 is also provided at the top of the filter device, and the exhaust hole 16 is communicated with an exhaust pipe 104.
In a further preferred embodiment, the inner return line communicates with the return port 46.
In a further preferred embodiment, the second cover 22 is further provided with a backflow outlet 15, the backflow outlet 15 is communicated with the liquid storage and outlet pipe 202, and the liquid medicine can enter the filtering apparatus from the water inlet 13 and exit from the backflow outlet 15, so that the recycling of the liquid medicine can be realized. The liquid medicine is prepared by filter aid and clean water or electroplating solution, and is attached to the filter element 7 so as to change the filtering density of the filter element 7.
Referring to fig. 8, in the preferred embodiment, a detection drip tube 45 is disposed on the sealing assembly 4, and the detection drip tube 45 is communicated with the interior of the sealing assembly 4 and is disposed in an open manner with a downward opening. The external power device 80 drives the rotating shaft 5 and the filter element 7 to rotate, and the position of the filter element 7 extending out of the filter device is sealed by the sealing assembly 4, and the sealing filler is filled in the sealing assembly 4. Under normal conditions, the sealing performance of seal assembly 4 is good, detects the phenomenon that drip 45 can not appear dripping, when pivot 5 or seal assembly 4 deviate from the original position or the sealing filler in seal assembly 4 is worn and torn, will have liquid to ooze from seal assembly 4, and then drips from detecting drip 45. When the dripping phenomenon of the dripping pipe 45 is detected, it is indicated that the filter device needs to be maintained.
In further preferred embodiment, bucket body 1 is PPH plastic drum body 1, is provided with manometer 6 on this filter equipment, and manometer 6 can show the inside pressure of filter equipment, can judge filterable precision through the size of pressure, can also judge whether need wash filter equipment.
According to the invention, the liquid storage container is arranged, the electroplating solution in the filter cavity is discharged into the liquid storage container for temporary storage before the filtering of the filtering waterway is finished and the backwashing is carried out, and the electroplating solution in the liquid storage container is conveyed to the filter cavity for filtering after the backwashing is finished, so that the waste is avoided.

The filtering container as claimed in claim 1, wherein the tub body is made of plastic material, the first cover includes a plastic layer and a metal reinforcing layer, the plastic layer is fixedly connected to the metal reinforcing layer, the plastic layer is connected to the first end of the tub body and is clamped between the first end of the tub body and the metal reinforcing layer, and the first end of the first fixing pull rod applies a force toward the first reinforcing ring to the metal reinforcing layer from outside the metal reinforcing layer.

The filtering container as claimed in claim 1, wherein said first lid body comprises a plastic layer and a metal reinforcing layer, said metal reinforcing layer having a reinforcing body fixed thereto, said reinforcing body being fixedly connected to an outer surface of said metal reinforcing layer, a first end of said reinforcing body protruding from said lid body, and a first end of said reinforcing body being hinged to said first reinforcing ring.
5. The filtration vessel of claim 1 wherein said metal reinforcing layer is further provided with reinforcing plates, said reinforcing bodies being arranged in an elongated shape, said reinforcing plates being arranged to intersect said reinforcing bodies; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the extending direction of the reinforcing body is parallel to the horizontal plane, and a handle is further fixed on the reinforcing body.

A filtering device is characterized by comprising a pre-filtering water inlet pipe, a post-filtering water outlet pipe, a main water pump and the filtering container according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the pre-filtering water inlet pipe is communicated with the filtering cavity, the main water pump is connected with the pre-filtering water inlet pipe and is used for conveying liquid in the pre-filtering water inlet pipe into the filtering container, the post-filtering water outlet pipe is communicated with the inside of the filter element, and the pre-filtering water inlet pipe, the filtering container and the post-filtering water outlet pipe form a filtering water path which is sequentially connected.

The filtering device according to claim 9, further comprising a liquid storage container, a liquid storage inlet pipe and a liquid storage outlet pipe, wherein the liquid storage inlet pipe and the liquid storage outlet pipe are connected with the filtering cavity, the filtering container, the liquid storage, the liquid outlet pipe, the liquid storage container and the liquid storage inlet pipe form an internal circulation water path in circulation connection, and the filtering device further comprises a switching valve set, wherein the switching valve set is connected with the filtering water path and the internal circulation water path to enable one of the filtering water path and the internal circulation water path to be conducted;
the main water pump is also connected with the liquid storage water inlet pipe and is used for conveying liquid in the liquid storage water inlet pipe into the filtering container, the filtering device comprises a water inlet valve group, and one of the liquid storage water inlet pipe and the water filtering water inlet pipe is communicated with the main water pump through the water inlet valve group; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the filter device is provided with a filter element cleaning assembly, the filter element cleaning assembly is right after the filter element is cleaned, the switching valve group enables the internal circulation water path to be communicated before the filtering water path is communicated, and liquid in the liquid storage container is conveyed to the filter cavity in a circulating mode.
