Description

Cleaning compositions
The present invention relates to cleaning compositions.Especially, the present invention relates to produce the foamy personal cleaning compositions, said composition is applicable to cleaning and conditioning skin and/or hair simultaneously, and can use with forms such as for example foam bath preparation, shower product, skin cleaner, hand, face and body sanitising agent, shampoos.
Foaming composition must satisfy many standards, comprises cleaning effectiveness, foam properties, mildness/low irritant and physical stability.O/w emulsion type foaming composition has proposed special requirement to stability and viscosity.Especially can utilize on the one hand reagent reducing suitable viscosity, and need simultaneously to worry to guarantee that these reagent keep described viscosity in for some time.Known some lipid acid can reach the viscosity of matrix effectively.But this depends on lipid acid usually and forms stabilized complex.A special problem is to add lipid acid so that O/w emulsion reaches stability/viscosity and can cause viscosity degradation in for some time.It is believed that this part is because the secondary of insoluble crystallising part forms, and the structure of emulsion has been broken in these crystallizations, and cause viscosity reduce/thinning.When product places following time of temperature abominable or that change, the problems referred to above may be by exaggerative.
Skin which floor cell is made of, and it is coating and is protecting Keratin sulfate and collegen filament albumen, and the latter has constituted its structural framework.Outmost one deck is called stratum corneum, and known is to be made of the 250 dust albumen bundles that surrounded by the thick layer of 80 dusts.Hair also has coating similarly and centers on the protection skin of hair fiber, is called cuticula.Anion surfactant can see through cutin tunic and cuticula, and turns into the integrity of destroying film by degreasing.This interference to skin and hair protective membrane can cause pachylosis and stimulate eyes, and finally makes tensio-active agent and Keratin sulfate and hair protein reaction, produces pungency, and forfeiture barrier and water reservation function.
The agent of ideal cosmetic cleaning is cleaning skin or hair leniently, and can not make hair and skin degreasing and/or drying, also can the exciting eye mucous membrane or make skin-tightening after frequent the use.Great majority foaming soap, shower and shower product, shampoo and bar detergent all relate to this problem.
Known some synthetic surfactant is soft.But the major defect of most of soft type synthetic surfactant systems is: when it is mixed with shampoo or personal cleansing product, compare with the Cake-shape soap standard with highest shampoo, its foam performance is bad.Therefore, tensio-active agent that those are the softest such as myrceane base glycerol base ether sulfonic acid sodium, (AGS) are in the foaming edge.On the other hand,, can produce acceptable lather volume and quality if use known high foam anion surfactant and Babassuamidopropylamine, but will the soft property of skin be a cost to damage clinically.These two facts make becomes accurate balance work to the selection of tensio-active agent, the preparation that has the preparation of foaming and soft character concurrently.
Although washing industry has been paid years of researches to personal cleanliness's articles for use, but many human consumers are still dissatisfied to the soft property of current cleaning compositions, for example, they have to use on skin other cosmetic to reveal liquid or emulsion moistening agent after using shower or shower preparation, soft and the combination water with maintenance skin, and the fat abstraction of obstruction sanitising agent.
Therefore need a kind of like this personal cleansing product, this product can produce abundant, stable and high-quality foam, it is effective sanitising agent of hair and skin, can not make skin dehydration or make skin lose flexibility, and the washing and rinse this product after give the certain conditioning usefulness of skin (and this usefulness only be in the past by other cleaning after the makeup moistening agent provide), but has good rinsing characteristic, and stable product and viscosity characteristics are arranged simultaneously, and long-time and under abominable reserve temperature condition, keep stable fully.
Theme of the present invention is the cleaning product of stablizing, foaming, and this product is applicable to the personal cleanliness of skin or hair, and can be used as foam bath and shower product, skin cleaner and shampoo etc.On the one hand, the invention provides personal cleaning compositions, said composition contains:
(a) one or more tensio-active agents of about 5~50% (weight), they are selected from negatively charged ion, nonionic, both sexes, zwitter-ion and cats product and composition thereof;
(b) mixture of insoluble, the non-ionic oil of about 3~40% (weight) or wax or insoluble, non-ionic oil or wax;
(c) the weight average chain length degree of about 0.1~8% (weight) is the lipid acid of about 10~18 carbon atoms;
(d) about 1.5~10% (weight) citric acids or water-soluble citrate or its mixture; And
(e) water.
The mixture that contains anion surfactant and amphoterics in the preferred embodiment of the invention, it accounts for the about 5~30% of composition weight altogether, and the weight ratio of anion surfactant and amphoterics is about 1: 5 to about 20: 1.The weight ratio of the summation of preferred surfactant and non-ionic oil or wax is about 10: 1 to about 1: 3.Also preferred said composition is an O/w emulsion, its viscosity (Brookfield RVT, Helipath, Spindle TB, 5rmp, 25 ℃, 1 minute) be 10,000~40,000 centipoise, yield-point is at least 50 dynes/cm (Brookfield RVT, Spindle CP 52, Plate Code A, 25 ℃).
Except as otherwise noted, all herein concentration and ratio are all in the weight of cleaning compositions.Except as otherwise noted, the chain length of tensio-active agent also is to be basic calculation with the weight average chain length degree.
The present invention relates to produce the foamy cleaning compositions, said composition has superior physics and stable viscosity characteristic (temperature condition of variation), has good foaminess, soft to hair and skin concurrently, and has good cleaning power and conditioning effect.The personal cleansing product that the invention still further relates to washing and rinse, this product has aforementioned stable, foaminess, soft property, rinsability and opsonization.
Cleaning compositions of the present invention is with the basis that is combined as of mild surfactant, and these tensio-active agents generally can be selected from negatively charged ion, both sexes, nonionic and beet alkali surface activator and composition thereof.Said composition preferably contains the mixture of negatively charged ion, nonionic and amphoterics, and most preferred system also contains beet alkali surface activator.Other composition that is fit to comprises the mixture of anion surfactant and one or more nonionogenic tensides or beet alkali surface activator or its mixture in the scope of the invention; And the mixture of amphoterics and one or more nonionogenic tensides or beet alkali surface activator or its mixture.Negatively charged ion and amphoterics content separately is generally the about 1~20% of said composition weight, and is preferred about 1~15%, particularly preferred about 2~13% (weight).On the other hand, the weight ratio of anion surfactant and amphoterics is generally about 1: 5 to about 20: 1, and preferred about 1: 2 to about 5: 1, preferred about 1: 1 to about 2: 1 especially.The total amount of negatively charged ion and amphoterics is generally about 5~30% of cleaning compositions weight.Preferred about 8~25%, preferred especially about 10~20% (weight).On the other hand, nonionic or beet alkali surface activator preferred group become the about 0.1~20% of composition weight, and more preferably from about 0.1~10,1~8% (weight) most preferably from about.The total amount of negatively charged ion, nonionic and amphoterics accounts for the about 5~45% of cleaning compositions weight, more preferably from about 7~40% (weight) usually.The total amount of tensio-active agent (comprising negatively charged ion, both sexes, nonionic, trimethyl-glycine and other surfactant component) preferably accounts for the about 5~50% of composition weight, is more preferably about 10~35%.
