本发明专利公开了一种展示柜密闭型铰链，由铰链型材A和铰链型材B使用插接的方式组装完成，所述铰链型材A、铰链型材B都设置有若干个玻璃粘结容胶槽用于玻璃的粘结固定。所述铰链装置适用于展示柜，结构简单，成本低，密封效果好，另外，型材还可以起到装饰外观的效果。

一、技术领域
本发明涉及一种铰链，具体涉及一种展示柜密闭型铰链。
二、技术背景
展示柜是用来展览古董文物等物品，即可以起到保护作用，也可以让我们的观看者更好的观察，展示柜要求内部微环境密封，现有行业内做法为在玻璃之间采用硅胶密封条或密封胶进行密封处理，玻璃门铰链采用螺丝固定在金属架体和玻璃夹板上，使用一段时间后，玻璃门铰链结构易变形，与其相连的玻璃发生受力不均造成裂纹，闭合不到位密封泄漏的问题，同时，展示柜结构复杂，制造成本高，上部金属架体导致重心上移整体结构不稳固等问题。
三、发明内容
本发明为解决上述提出的问题，为此提供了一种结构简单、使用寿命长、无需额外密封件的展示柜密闭型铰链。由铰链型材A和铰链型材B使用插接的方式组装完成，所述铰链型材1、铰链型材2都是使用型材挤压设备加工制成，且都设置有若干个玻璃粘结容胶槽。

如图1-图2所示，铰链型材A（1）、铰链型材B（10）都是使用型材挤压设备加工制成，装饰外观效果好，且都设置有若干个玻璃粘结容胶槽,生产工艺简单，效率高成本低。
如图3-图4所示，容胶槽A（2）、容胶槽B（8）内填充胶水并粘结玻璃，通过胶水的固化将玻璃和铰链型材A（1）、铰链型材B（10）粘结牢固。铰链型材A（1）与铰链型材B（10）使用插接的方式组装铰链型材A（1）上设置有内层内圆弧（3），它与铰链型材B的内层外圆弧（6）相匹配，通过它们之间的插接固定在一起，内层内圆弧（3）的行程大于内层外圆弧（6）的行程，使内层内圆弧（3）在内层外圆弧（6）内能够转动而不从内层内圆弧（3）内脱落。铰链型材A（1）上设置有外层外圆弧（5），它与铰链型材B的外层内圆弧（8）相匹配，通过它们之间的插接固定在一起，外层内圆弧（8）的行程大于外层外圆弧（5）的行程，使外层内圆弧（8）在外层外圆弧（5）内能够转动而不从外层内圆弧（8）内脱落。铰链型材A（1）上设置有中心内圆弧（4），它与铰链型材B（10）的中心外圆弧（7）相匹配，通过它们之间的插接固定在一起，铰链可绕中心外圆弧（7）的轴线做0°到90°的任意角度旋转运动，且任意角度状态下铰链外观均为左右对称结构，增强视觉美感。玻璃与铰链之间使用胶水粘结密封，铰链A（1）和铰链B（10）的凹槽和凸起互相配合转动而不脱出，达到铰链转动及密封要求。
本发明结构设计合理、结构简单、无需额外密封件，能可靠的保证玻璃门的开闭操作，承载能力大，而且铰链部件都是使用型材挤压设备加工制成，生产周期短。

3.根据权利要求1所述的展示柜密闭型铰链，其特征是：铰链型材A、铰链型材B都设置有若干个玻璃粘结容胶槽。
4.根据权利要求1所述的展示柜密闭型铰链，其特征是：铰链型材A与铰链型材B可在0°到90°间的任意角度做旋转运动。
