The invention aims to provide an intelligent ironing and tidying file cabinet, which is used for solving the problems in the background technology, quickly and efficiently tidying files to a preset position, ironing rolled and wrinkled paper at the same time, and storing the rolled and wrinkled paper in a storage cabinet in an inclined and vertical mode.

the conveying device comprises a conveying plate and a conveying block, when the conveying plate is communicated with the ironing mechanism, the ironing mechanism irons and conveys the files to the conveying device, and when the conveying device is communicated with the storage cabinet, the conveying block pushes the files into the storage cabinet.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that: through the improvement, the files are placed into the ironing mechanism to be ironed, then the ironed paper is placed into the conveying device and is conveyed to the storage cabinet through the conveying device, automatic setting is achieved, manual time for flattening and arranging the wrinkled and curled paper one by one is saved, ironing effect is good, and efficiency is high.

As shown in fig. 1-3, an intelligent ironing and tidying file cabinet comprises a cabinet body 1, wherein a driving mechanism, an ironing mechanism, a conveying device and a plurality of storage cabinets 2 are arranged in the cabinet body 1;
the driving mechanism is positioned in the center of the cabinet body 1 and comprises a first driving mechanism and a second driving mechanism, the first driving mechanism is connected with the conveying device, and the first driving mechanism drives the conveying device to rotate to be communicated with the storage cabinet 2 or the ironing mechanism;
the conveying device comprises a conveying plate 31 and a conveying block 32, when the conveying plate 31 is communicated with the ironing mechanism, the ironing mechanism irons and conveys the files to the conveying device, and when the conveying device is communicated with the storage cabinet 2, the conveying block 32 pushes the files to the storage cabinet 2.
When needing to be explained, the first driving mechanism drives the conveying device to rotate to be communicated with the storage cabinet 2 or the ironing mechanism, and the motor control is adopted, so that the matching connection of the conveying device and the storage cabinet 2 or the ironing mechanism can be accurately controlled, and the smooth operation of the conveying device and the storage cabinet 2 or the ironing mechanism is realized.

one end of the second supporting block 6 close to the inner end is connected with the bottom of the bottom plate 4 through a spring 62, a supporting rod 61 penetrates through the second supporting block 6, and the first connecting block 41 is hinged on the supporting rod 61;
a first rotating shaft 51 is fixedly connected to one end, close to the inner side, of the first supporting block 5, the rotating shaft 51 is parallel to the bottom plate 4, a second motor 83 and a paper conveying roller 52 for conveying paper are arranged on the first rotating shaft 51, a heating module is further arranged in the paper conveying roller 52, the second motor 83 drives the first rotating shaft 51 to rotate, two ends of the first rotating shaft 51 penetrate through the first through groove 43, and limiting blocks 53 for limiting the first rotating shaft 51 to be separated from the first through groove 43 are further arranged at two ends of the first rotating shaft 51;
the inner end of the ironing drawer 7 is provided with an inclined block 71, the inclined block 71 is arranged in a direction perpendicular to the first rotating shaft 51, the first rotating shaft 51 and the inclined block 71 are at the same horizontal height, inclined planes are arranged on the inner side and the outer side of the inclined block 71, and when the ironing drawer 7 drives the inclined block 71 to pass through the first rotating shaft 7, the first rotating shaft 7 forces the inclined block 71 to drive the bottom plate 4 to move downwards and then upwards.
It should be noted that when the conveyor means position the conveyor plate 31 with the ironing drawer 7 as shown in fig. 3, i.e. the conveyor plate 31 is in close proximity to the ironing drawer 7 and the conveyor plate 31 is located at the lower side of the ironing drawer 7, said conveyor means communicates with said ironing mechanism; the inner side and the outer side of the inclined block 71 are both provided with continuous inclined planes, and the highest point of the inclined block 71 is slightly higher than the first rotating shaft 51, so that when the inclined block 71 drives the ironing drawer 7 to pass through the first rotating shaft 51, namely the ironing drawer 7 is pushed in, the inclined block 71 can compress the spring 62 to press downwards, a gap is formed between the document and the conveying roller 52, and then the document moves upwards under the action force of the spring 62 after passing through, and the document and the conveying roller 52 are pressed tightly.
Specifically, the storage cabinet 2 comprises a storage plate 21 and a storage drawer 72 arranged thereon, the storage plate 21 is parallel to the conveying plate 31, and the storage drawer 72 and the ironing drawer 7 are both provided with pull rings 721.
It should be noted that, since the storage board 21 is parallel to the conveying board 31, when the conveying device attaches the conveying board 31 to the storage board 21 with a height difference, that is, the conveying board 31 is approximately on the upper side of the storage board 21, the conveying device is communicated with the storage cabinet 2.
Specifically, the ironing drawer 7, the storage drawer 72, the storage cabinet 2 and the conveying plate 31 are all arranged obliquely downwards.
Specifically, the first driving mechanism includes a first motor 81 disposed at the center of the bottom of the cabinet 1, the first motor 81 drives a main shaft 811, and the main shaft 811 is fixedly connected to the conveying plate 31.

Through the technical scheme, the invention achieves the technical effects that: when the files which do not need to be ironed are required to be placed, the storage cabinet 2 which needs to be placed is found, the storage drawer 72 is opened through the pull ring 721, and after the files are placed, the storage drawer 72 is closed.
When a document to be ironed needs to be put in, the document is temporarily flattened and stacked together, the ironing drawer 7 is pulled open, the document is placed on the ironing drawer 7, the baffle 9 of the ironing drawer 7 is arranged at the lower side, the document is placed on the baffle 9, then the ironing drawer 7 is closed, the inclined block 71 passes through the first rotating shaft 51 in the closing process of the ironing drawer 7, two actions are carried out in the process, when the inner inclined surface of the inclined block 71 is contacted with the first rotating shaft 51, the inclined block 71 drives the ironing drawer 7 to compress the spring 62 slightly downwards due to the fixed state of the first rotating shaft 51, the gap between the document and the conveying roller 52 is enlarged, when the inclined block 71 passes through the first rotating shaft 51, the outer inclined surface of the inclined block 71 is contacted with the first rotating shaft 51 and gradually separated from the first rotating shaft 51, the ironing drawer 7 is gradually lifted up under the action force of the spring 62, when the ironing drawer 7 is completely closed, that is, the first ramp 71 is in the position shown in FIG. 3, where the document is positioned below and in abutment with the transport rollers 52.
The second motor 83 is started, the second motor 83 rotates to drive the first rotating shaft 51 to rotate anticlockwise, the conveying roller 51 conveys the documents one by one to the conveying plate 31 along with the first rotating shaft 51, and after the conveying is finished, all the documents are placed on the conveying plate 31 at the moment.
Starting the first motor 81, the first motor 81 drives the main shaft 811 to rotate anticlockwise to enable the conveying device to be communicated with the required locker 2, starting the third motor 84, the third motor 84 drives the gear 841 to rotate clockwise along the rack 34, so that the conveying block 32 rotationally connected with the main shaft of the gear 841 moves towards one end close to the locker 2, the paper on the conveying plate 31 is pushed onto the storage plate 21 in the locker 2 by the conveying block 32, and then the first motor 81 and the third motor 84 rotate reversely to enable the conveying device and the components on the conveying device to return to the initial state.
