the humidifying part comprises a separation unit and a water spraying unit, the separation unit is connected with the water spraying unit and used for separating water vapor from other gases, and the water spraying unit sprays the water vapor separated by the separation unit into the fresh-keeping chamber (19).

The freshness retaining device according to claim 1, characterized in that the separation unit comprises a separation chamber (7), the water spray unit comprises a water spray pipe and a water spray pump (14), the water spray pump (14) is arranged on the water spray pipe, the inlet end of the water spray pipe is arranged on the separation chamber (7), the inlet end of the water spray pipe is provided with a first separation membrane (8), the first separation membrane (8) is capable of separating water vapor from other gases, and the separated water vapor enters the water spray pipe.
3. Fresh-keeping device according to claim 2, characterized in that the humidification section further comprises a dehumidification unit capable of evacuating the water vapour inside the tank (1) into the separation chamber (7).

The freshness retaining device according to claim 3, characterized in that the dehumidifying unit comprises an air suction pipe and an air suction pump (12), the air suction pump (12) is arranged on the air suction pipe, a discharge end of the air suction pipe is arranged on the separation chamber (7), a discharge end of the air suction pipe is provided with a second separation membrane (10), the second separation membrane (10) is capable of separating water vapor from other gases, and the separated water vapor enters the separation chamber (7).

Fresh-keeping device according to claim 4, characterized in that the separating chamber (7) is provided with a first opening and a second opening, the first separating membrane (8) is arranged to cover the first opening, the second separating membrane (10) is arranged to cover the second opening, the inlet end of the water spray pipe is arranged to cover the first opening, and the outlet end of the air exhaust pipe is arranged to cover the second opening.

Fresh-keeping device according to claim 2, characterized in that the separating chamber (7) is provided with a third opening, the third opening is covered with a third separating film (13), the third separating film (13) can separate water vapor from other gases, the separated water vapor is located in the separating chamber (7), and the separated other gases are discharged out of the separating chamber (7).
7. The freshness retaining device according to claim 2, wherein the water spray unit further comprises a spray head (15), a discharge end of the water spray pipe is communicated with the spray head (15), and the spray head (15) is provided on the freshness keeping chamber (19).
8. The freshness retaining device according to claim 7, wherein the water jet pump is a micro-fluid pump and/or the spray head (15) is an ultrasonic spray head.
9. Fresh-keeping device according to claim 4, characterized in that the fresh-keeping device further comprises a humidity monitoring unit which controls the operation of the humidifying section when the humidity in the fresh-keeping chamber (19) is lower than a first humidity threshold.
10. Fresh-keeping device according to claim 9, characterized in that the suction pipe is provided with a control valve (9);
when the humidity in the fresh-keeping chamber (19) is in a first humidity interval, the opening degree of the control valve (9) is 40% -60%, and the rotating speed of the water spraying pump is reduced to a first rotating speed;
when the humidity in the fresh-keeping chamber (19) is in a second humidity range, the opening degree of the control valve (9) is 10% -30%, and the rotating speed of the water spraying pump is reduced to a second rotating speed;
and when the humidity in the fresh-keeping chamber (19) is in a third humidity interval, closing the control valve (9) and reducing the rotating speed of the water spraying pump to a third rotating speed.

Fresh-keeping device according to claim 10, characterized in that the humidity monitoring unit comprises a humidity detector (2) and a humidity controller (11), the humidity detector (2) being arranged inside the fresh-keeping chamber (19), the humidity controller (11) being in communication connection with the humidity detector (2), the suction pump (12), the water spray pump (14), the control valve (9).
12. The preservation device according to claim 1, characterized in that the preservation chamber (19) is provided with an opening, and the opening is covered with a modified atmosphere film (17).

The preservation apparatus according to claim 12, wherein the top of the preservation chamber (19) is open, the modified atmosphere film (17) is covered on the top of the preservation chamber (19), a support net (18) is arranged on the top of the preservation chamber (19), and the modified atmosphere film (17) is arranged on the support net (18).
