The sugar-vinegar liquid consists of the following components: white sugar, vinegar, alcohol and water are 2-4 Kg: 1-3L: 1-5L: 50-100L. When in use, the bottle-shaped container is used as a trap, and a plurality of trap openings are arranged at the height 3/4 of the bottle body; adding the sugar-vinegar liquid into the trap, wherein the adding amount is 1/5-1/3 of the volume of the trap; and hanging the trapper on a plant with a hidden tail emerging from a tail beetle, wherein the hanging height is 1.0-1.5 m. Compared with the prior art, the sugar-vinegar liquid has low cost, can effectively trap insects with complete insect bodies, and can achieve the purposes of monitoring population density, physically preventing and controlling pests and reducing pesticide use.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an insect trapping technology, in particular to a sugar-vinegar liquid for trapping dark colored tailed flea beetles and a using method thereof.
Background
The nail beetles (Nitidulid beetles) are a worldwide distribution of polyphagic insects, of which about 2700 species have been recorded worldwide. They can be harmful to field and storage species, and can be used for eating flowers and juices of various plants, fungi, and fermented and putrefactive animal and plant tissues; some of the plants can also transmit various pathogenic microorganisms, harm crops, trees and the like, can generate toxins harmful to human and animals, and are victims which go moldy, go bad and rot, and the yield and the quality are greatly reduced. But also can be used as a natural pollination medium to improve the fruit setting rate of crops and increase the yield of the crops, thereby having a certain positive effect on agricultural production.
The dark-colored-tailed-Cratoxylum Urophorus (Anophorus) adumbratus (Murray,1864) is an insect of Urophorus of the genus Carphilineae of the subfamily Cucujoidea of Rhamnoideae. The existing trapping of the pollen beetles is mainly to adopt yellow plates or trap lamps to trap according to the yellow tendency of insects or adopt pheromone and the like. When classifying and researching insects, certain insect specimens with complete insect bodies need to be collected. The most common collection mode is to use an insect catching net for net sweeping, and the net sweeping space is limited in a plant growing dense area, so that effective net sweeping operation is difficult to perform. The whole insect body is difficult to take out due to the adhesion of the yellow plate, the trap lamp needs complicated operations such as power equipment when used in the field, and pheromone is difficult to use so as to effectively collect insects. Therefore, the search for a simple and efficient method for collecting the pollen beetles becomes a problem that insect researchers cannot avoid.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of overcoming the defects in the prior art and provides a sugar-vinegar solution for trapping dark colored outcrop beetles and a using method thereof.
In order to solve the technical problem, the solution of the invention is as follows:
provides a sugar-vinegar solution for trapping dark colored outtail beetles, which consists of the following components: white sugar, vinegar, alcohol and water are 2-4 Kg: 1-3L: 1-5L: 50-100L.
Preferably, the sugar-vinegar liquid consists of the following components: white sugar, vinegar, alcohol and water are 3Kg, 2L, 3L and 80L.
The invention further provides a use method of the sugar-vinegar liquid, which comprises the following steps:
(1) a bottle-shaped container is used as a trap, and a plurality of trap openings with the diameter of 0.5cm are arranged at the height 3/4 of the bottle body;
(2) adding the sugar-vinegar liquid into the trap, wherein the adding amount is 1/5-1/3 of the volume of the trap;
(3) and winding an iron wire on the bottleneck of the trap, and hanging the trap on a plant with a hidden tail armor, wherein the hanging height is 1.0-1.5 m.
Preferably, the trap is a mineral water empty bottle with the volume of 550ml, the number of the trap openings is 6, and the addition amount of the sugar-vinegar liquid is 150 ml.
Description of the inventive principles:
the sweet and sour liquid is mainly insect trapping liquid consisting of sugar, vinegar, wine, water and the like, and various insects have obvious tropism to the sweet and sour liquid. However, different compositions and proportions of the sugar-vinegar liquid have obvious influence on the tropism of different insects. Even if the insects of the same kind are trapped, the different component proportion can be obviously different (the cost performance and the use cost analysis of sugar-vinegar liquid trapping bottles with different formulas for the oriental fruit moths are shown in the specification, China plant protection headings, volume 33, No. 9, pages 31-34, 2013).
When studying experiments of luring and collecting drosophila by using the sugar-vinegar liquid, the inventor unexpectedly finds that the sugar-vinegar liquid with a specific component range has excellent luring and collecting effects on dark-colored tail flea beetles. The research work of the invention is further developed, and the components and the proportion of the sugar-vinegar liquid are deeply optimized aiming at the dark color tail nail. The invention utilizes the tropism of the dark-colored tail flea beetle to the sugar-vinegar liquid and the characteristic that the dark-colored tail flea beetle is difficult to drown and escape when entering the trap solution, not only can effectively trap the insects with complete insect bodies, but also can achieve the purposes of monitoring population density, physically preventing and controlling pests and reducing the use of pesticides.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
the sugar-vinegar liquid has low cost, can effectively trap insects with complete insect bodies, and can achieve the purposes of monitoring population density, physically preventing and treating pests and reducing the use of pesticides.

Test of attraction effect of sugar-vinegar solution on dark-colored tail flea beetles:
experimental setup: selecting 7 mu of waxberry tree orchards with basically the same growth vigor, counting the population density of the dark colored tail beetles in each garden in an early stage in a net sweeping mode, and displaying that the number of the dark colored tail beetles in each garden has no significant difference. Random block arrangement, one treatment per acre, using the sugar-vinegar solutions described in examples 1-6, respectively. 5 traps filled with sugar and vinegar liquid are placed in each mu in a diagonal manner, and each trap is 1.2m away from the ground. And (4) surveying the number of dead insects in the bottle from the morning on the next day of hanging the bottle, counting the number of the lured dark colored tail beetles, and calculating the lured insect amount of each bottle. The contrast group is carried out in a net sweeping mode, 5 points corresponding to the liquid phase for hanging the trapping insects are subjected to net sweeping operation, the net is swept for 50 times within the range of 2m multiplied by 2m, and the net sweeping time is 14: 00-15: 00. The insects trapped/screened were placed in a petri dish containing 1/3% ethanol, and the number was collected by a counter to count the total number of insects trapped/screened each time. Every other week, five times, adding foot sugar vinegar liquid to set water level one day before each survey, and hanging the bottle to the same position according to the design scheme.
TABLE 1 trapping effect of different treatments on dark-colored tail beetles
Note: the different letters in the same column represent a very significant difference in P <0.01
As can be seen from table 1, the trapping effect of the sugar-vinegar solution is significantly higher than that of the collection by the traditional net sweeping method, and the reasons include: on one hand, the area of the net is limited, and the number of insects in the net sweeping range is relatively small; on the other hand, the sugar-vinegar liquid has good trapping effect on the dark-color tail flea beetles, can trap a large number of dark-color tail flea beetles in the area, and is relatively time-saving and labor-saving. Moreover, the amount of the dark-colored outcrop beetles induced and collected by the prepared sugar-vinegar liquid by adopting the component proportion in the example 3 is far higher than that of the other examples, and the method is an optimal scheme aiming at the dark-colored outcrop beetles.
