As shown in fig. 7, in a possible embodiment, the rubber sleeve 5 includes a first inner rubber sleeve surface 51, a second inner rubber sleeve surface 52 and a first rubber sleeve positioning surface 54, the inner diameter of the first rubber sleeve surface 51 is larger than that of the second inner rubber sleeve surface 52, the first rubber sleeve positioning surface 54 is a step surface between the first rubber sleeve surface 51 and the second rubber sleeve surface 52, the first seal member 2 is tightly fitted with the first rubber sleeve surface 51, and the thread insert 31 and the second seal member outer surface 41 are tightly fitted with the second rubber sleeve surface 52.
