The business database includes: enterprise safety production basic data, safety management process data and monitoring real-time data.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the enterprise personnel log on to an enterprise interaction end communicatively connected to the GIS-map management system, and issue safety issues encountered by the enterprise, wherein the safety issues include:
the basic situation of the enterprise, the problems currently encountered, the measures currently taken and the effects that need to be achieved.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein in step S2, when the business personnel logs in a business interaction terminal communicatively connected to the GIS-map management system, the business interaction terminal verifies the login information.

The method according to claim 1, wherein in step S5, the enterprise personnel authorize data acquisition for experts or groups of experts, including: the method comprises the steps of obtaining the authorization of an enterprise basic drawing, obtaining enterprise safety production basic data, obtaining enterprise safety management process data and obtaining the authorization of real-time monitoring and controlling data.
6. The method according to claim 1, wherein in step S6, the step of optimizing and refining the determined optimal preliminary solution, determining a final solution or completing a final development result comprises:

8. A GIS (geographic information System) -based safety production problem solving platform is characterized by comprising:
the system comprises a server side, a monitoring server side and a monitoring server side, wherein the server side stores enterprise geographic information data, safety production basic data, safety management process data and safety production real-time monitoring data;
the GIS picture management system is in communication connection with the server side; the system is used for calling data in the server side and realizing unified summarization and display of enterprise data;
the expert interaction terminal is in communication connection with the server terminal through the GIS one-picture management system to acquire real-time data information of an enterprise and analyze the information;
the enterprise interaction terminal is in communication connection with the server terminal through the GIS one-picture management system, has authorization authority for the expert interaction terminal, performs information interaction with the expert interaction terminal, and realizes synchronous operation of information with the expert interaction terminal;
and the expert database is used for storing information of expert individuals and expert groups in the safety production industry, wherein the expert groups comprise expert teams, research and development teams, project groups, research and development enterprises and service enterprises, and the expert information sharing and hierarchical classification management in the national safety production field are realized.

The platform of claim 8, wherein the server comprises a GIS server and a service data server, the GIS server is configured to store geographic information data of an enterprise, the service data server is configured to store basic data of safety production of the enterprise, safety management process data and real-time monitoring and monitoring data, and the GIS server and the service data server are both in communication connection with the GIS map management system.
