It should be noted that, if the target order includes multiple levels of sub-units, for example, the sub-unit 2 further includes a next level of sub-unit, the allocation proportion of each level of sub-unit should be multiplied by each level when calculating the prize-drawing amount, and the embodiment of the present invention is not described herein again.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the present invention, the fourth determining sub-module is configured to:
acquiring the initial rate of charge of the target order and the amount of the added account fund of the target order in the current commission calculation period;

In the embodiment of the invention, for insurance products with the order types of a first order type and a second order type, a contract subsystem 101 acquires contract information of a target order; the rule configuration subsystem 102 determines a commission calculation rule calculation subsystem 103 corresponding to the target order according to the order type in the contract information, automatically calculates the commission total amount of the target order according to the commission calculation formula, the first target data and the second target data, calculates commission based on computer equipment, and has higher accuracy compared with manual calculation; the calculation process is simple, manual interference is not needed, and the labor cost is saved; and commission calculation rules can be preset according to insurance products of different order types, so that the calculation rules are close to the characteristics of the products.
The commission calculation system provided by the embodiment of the invention is described above, and the commission calculation method provided by the embodiment of the invention is described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 3, an embodiment of the present invention provides a commission calculation method applied to the commission calculation system, where the method includes:
step 301, acquiring contract information of a target order; the contract information at least comprises the order type of the target order.
Wherein the target order is an order for insurance products for which commissions are to be calculated, and the target order may include one or more insurance products; the contract information records contract contents of the target order; alternatively, the contract information may be acquired from a contract recording system of an insurance product provider (typically, an insurance company).
The contract information at least includes an order type of the target order, such as an insurance product for endowment, and the order type may be an enterprise annuity or an insurance product for endowment.
Specifically, the endowment guarantee product takes an endowment insurance company as a manager, accepts the commission of a consignor, and provides endowment guarantee and fund management services related to the endowment guarantee for the consignor, wherein the service items comprise scheme design, consigned management, account management, investment management, treatment payment, salary delay, welfare plan, talent reservation incentive and the like.
The enterprise annuity refers to a supplementary annuity service established by an enterprise according to the economic strength and the economic condition of the enterprise besides the compulsory implemented annuity, and is a supplementary annuity system and aims to provide a certain degree of retirement income guarantee for the enterprise employees.
Step 302, determining a commission calculation rule corresponding to the target order according to the order type; the commission calculation rule comprises first target data, second target data and a commission calculation formula corresponding to the order type.
The commission, i.e. the prize amount, refers to the fact that a salesperson (or an agent) of the insurance product provider introduces or acts on the related services of the insurance product for the insurance product provider of the insurance product, and the insurance product provider pays the salesperson a reward.
And determining a commission calculation rule according to the order type of the target order, wherein the commission calculation rule comprises first target data, second target data and a commission calculation formula used when the target order calculates the commission, and the commission calculation rule is different for different order types.
It is to be understood that the first target data and the second target data may be data of contract information, or may be calculated according to data of contract information.
Step 303, calculating the commission total amount of the target order according to the commission calculation formula, the first target data and the second target data.
After determining the commission calculation rule, calculating the commission total amount of the target order according to the commission calculation formula, the first target data and the second target data; specifically, the total commission amount is the total commission generated by the target order, the target order may include a plurality of business members, and the commission of each business member may be allocated according to a preset allocation ratio.
Alternatively, a commission calculation period may be set, and the commission calculation period may be one month, one quarter, one year, or the like; within each calculation cycle, a commission calculation is performed. In this way, the total commission amount of each target order is calculated based on the commission calculation rule, and the calculation process is realized automatically without manual calculation.
Wherein step 302 comprises:
if the order type is a first order type, determining a commission calculation rule corresponding to the target order as a first calculation rule; in the first calculation rule, the first target data is the number of prize drawing bases of the target order, the second target data is the coefficient of prize drawing of the target order, and the commission calculation formula is a first calculation formula;
in the first calculation rule, the first target data is a prize drawing base number of the target order, the second target data is a prize drawing coefficient of the target order, and the commission calculation formula is a first calculation formula.
If the order type is a first order type, the first target data is a prize drawing base number, and the second target coefficient is a prize drawing coefficient; the system comprises a target order, a lottery drawing coefficient, a target time and a lottery drawing coefficient, wherein the lottery drawing coefficient is the lottery drawing coefficient of the planned year in which the current lottery drawing period is located, and specifically, the planned year is an annual numerical value included between the effective starting time of the target order and the current time; for example, the effective starting time is 2010, the prize winning period is one year, the commission of 2019 needs to be calculated currently, and the planned year is 9 th year currently.
It is understood that the number of the prize drawing bases and the coefficient of the prize drawing of the target order can be calculated through the data in the contract information.
If the order type is a second order type, determining that the commission calculation rule corresponding to the target order is a second calculation rule; in the second calculation rule, the first target data is an initial fee obtaining cost base number of the target order, the second target data is a compensation obtaining cost base number of a manager of the target order, and the commission calculation formula is a second calculation formula.
In the second calculation rule, the first target data is an initial fee obtaining cost base number of the target order, the second target data is a compensation obtaining cost base number of a manager of the target order, and the commission calculation formula is a second calculation formula.
If the order type is a second order type, the first target data is an initial cost obtaining cost base number, and the second target coefficient is a manager reward obtaining cost base number; the initial charge acquisition cost base number is the actual charge acquisition cost base number; the manager reward obtaining cost base is the real receiving manager reward obtaining cost base;
the administrator remuneration acquisition cost base and the real-time initial fee acquisition cost base can be obtained by calculating through data in the contract information.
In the embodiment of the invention, by acquiring contract information of a target order, according to the order type in the contract information, determining a commission calculation rule corresponding to the target order; then, automatically calculating the commission sum of the target order according to the commission calculation formula, the first target data and the second target data, and calculating the commission based on computer equipment, wherein the accuracy is higher compared with manual calculation; the calculation process is simple, manual interference is not needed, and the labor cost is saved; and commission calculation rules can be preset according to insurance products of different order types, so that the calculation rules are close to the characteristics of the products. The invention solves the problems that in the prior art, in the field of insurance products, commission is processed in a manual standing book mode, the flow is complicated, errors are easy to occur, and the labor cost is high.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the present invention, the contract information further includes a commission allocation rule, where the commission allocation rule includes: said target order comprises a first allocation proportion per sub-unit, each said sub-unit comprises a second allocation proportion per clerk;
after step 303, the method further comprises:
calculating the prize drawing amount of each salesman according to the commission total amount, the first distribution proportion and the second distribution proportion; wherein the prize drawing amount is a product of the total commission amount, the first allocation proportion and the second allocation proportion.

Further, in the embodiment of the present invention, the first order type is divided into at least two first-class subtypes according to different planned starting times and/or planned execution durations of the orders; a planned start time, i.e., a start execution time of the insurance product provided in the target order, and a planned execution time, i.e., an execution time of the insurance product provided in the target order (the time is mostly years); the target order of the first order type is divided into at least two first-class subtypes according to the scheduled starting time and/or the scheduled execution time length, and the commission calculation rules of the staff in different orders are flexibly configured by distinguishing different first-class subtypes.
Each first-level subtype is divided into at least two second-level subtypes according to different product types of the order; in each first-level subtype, the order is divided into at least two second-level subtypes according to different product types of the order, and optionally, taking enterprise annuity products as an example, the second-level subtypes comprise trusted services, hosting services, management services and/or account management services; specifically, the entrusted business refers to a legal entrusted organization which accepts enterprise entrustment and manages the annual fund of the enterprise; the escrow business refers to a banking institution which accepts the entrusts and keeps the annual fund assets of the enterprises; the account management business refers to a professional organization which accepts entrusts and accounts keeping; the management service means receiving entrusted by the trustee, and investing the annual funds of the enterprise to realize asset value increase.
Whereas the insurance product provider in the above-described embodiments of the present invention may be a consignee, an account taker, and/or an administrator.
Normally, a business can only select one consignee and one account manager, but can select a plurality of administrator, for example, the annual fund is divided into a plurality of administrator according to the proportion to invest.
It is understood that the contract information includes a first-level subtype and a second-level subtype of the target order; or the contract information includes the planned start time, the planned execution time, and the product type of the target order.
Correspondingly, if the order type is the first order type, the step of determining the commission calculation rule corresponding to the target order as the first calculation rule comprises the following steps:
step one, if the order type is a first order type, determining a target first-level subtype and a target second-level subtype of the target order;
secondly, determining a base number calculation rule and a prize drawing coefficient calculation rule corresponding to the target order according to the target first-level subtype; and
thirdly, determining an original base number and a management rate corresponding to the target order according to the base number calculation rule and the target secondary subtype; determining a prize drawing coefficient corresponding to the target order according to the prize drawing coefficient calculation rule;
wherein the prize-drawing base number is a product of the original base number, the management rate and the base number calculation coefficient; the first calculation formula is the product of the base number and the coefficient.
In the first step, firstly, determining a target first-level subtype and a target second-level subtype; secondly, determining a base number calculation rule and a prize drawing coefficient calculation rule according to the target first-level subtype;
thirdly, determining an original base number and a management rate according to the target secondary subtype and the base number calculation rule, wherein the original base number is the new account fund added to the planned year or the new number of people added to the planned year;
determining a prize drawing coefficient according to the target secondary subtype and a prize drawing coefficient calculation rule; and finally, multiplying the original base number, the management rate and the base number calculation coefficient to obtain a prize drawing base number, and then obtaining the commission total amount according to the product of the prize drawing base number and the prize drawing coefficient.
Specifically, in the embodiment of the present invention, the original base number is determined according to the newly added account fund of the planned year of the target order, or the newly added number of people in the planned year, where the newly added number is the number of newly added accounts, and specifically includes the following three cases:
the first condition is as follows: if the target level one subtype is a first level one subtype, such as the first level one subtype being a first order type with a plan start time of 4 months and 1 day 2012, the target order may be a single plan or a collective plan:
for the first primary subtype, the target order award base for each secondary subtype is as follows:

Case two: if the target first-level subtype is a second-level subtype or a third-level subtype; for example, the second level subtype is the first order type with a plan start time of 4 months and 1 day after 2012 (including the current day), the target order may be a single plan or a collective plan; the third level subtype is the first order type with a plan start time of 4 months 1 day before 2012 and a plan year of 10 years full from 1 month 1 day of 2018, the target order may be a single plan and a collective plan;
for the second level subtype, the target order award bases for each level two subtype are as follows:
(1) and (3) entrusted management service, wherein the original base number is the newly added account fund for the planned year:
the prize drawing base number is new to the account fund in the plan year and the contracted trusted management rate.
(2) And (3) investment management service, wherein the original base number is the product of newly added account fund of the planned year and a first preset coefficient, and the preset coefficient is taken as 50 percent as an example:
the prize winning base is new to account fund 50% in the plan year.
(3) The original base number of the account management service is the product of the newly added number of people in the planned year and a second preset coefficient, taking the preset coefficient as 50% as an example:
the prize winning base number is the new number of people in the planned year 50% contract account management rate.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the present invention, the second step includes the following three cases:
case three: if the target first-level subtype is the first-level subtype, determining that the prize drawing coefficient calculation rule is as follows: the prize drawing coefficient corresponding to the target order is a first preset coefficient value;
where, for example, the first primary subtype is the first order type with a plan start time of 4 months and 1 day 2012, the target order may be a single plan or a collective plan:
the total commission amount corresponds to a planned year prize drawing coefficient, and the prize drawing coefficient is a first preset coefficient value which is a fixed value; say 10% until the planned 10 years.
Case four: if the target first-level subtype is a second-level subtype, determining that the prize drawing coefficient calculation rule is as follows:
determining a contract period of the target order and a current plan year to which the target order belongs; wherein the planned year is an annual numerical value included between the effective starting time of the target order and the current time;
if the contract period is less than a first preset year, determining a prize drawing coefficient of the target secondary subtype in the planned year according to a first preset corresponding relation;
if the contract period is greater than or equal to a first preset year, determining a prize drawing coefficient of the target secondary subtype within the planned year according to a second preset corresponding relation;
where, for example, the second level subtype is the first order type with a plan start time of 4 months and 1 day after 2012 (including the current day), the target order may be a single plan or a collective plan:
then there is a commission total corresponding to the planned annual prize draw factor.
For the second-level subtype, determining the contract period of the target order and the current plan year to which the target order belongs; if the contract period is less than a first preset year, for example, 3 years, determining a prize drawing coefficient of the target secondary subtype in the planned year according to a first preset corresponding relation;
case five: if the target first-level subtype is a third-level subtype, determining that the prize drawing coefficient calculation rule is as follows: and the prize drawing coefficient corresponding to the target order is a second preset coefficient value.
The third-level subtype can be a first order type with a plan starting time of 4/1/2012 and a plan year of 10 years from 1/2018, the target order can be a single plan or a set plan, and the prize drawing coefficient is a second preset coefficient value which is a fixed value; for example 30%.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the present invention, if the target order includes at least two products of the second-level subtype, the step of calculating the total commission amount of the target order includes:
calculating a commission for each of said products separately;
and according to a preset weight value, carrying out weighted summation on the commissions to obtain the total commissions of the target order.

Claims (10)

1. A commission calculation system including a contract subsystem, a rule configuration subsystem, and a calculation subsystem,
the contract subsystem is used for storing contract information of the target order; the contract information at least comprises the order type of the target order;
the rule configuration subsystem is used for acquiring the order type of the target order from the contract subsystem and determining a commission calculation rule corresponding to the target order; the commission calculation rule comprises first target data, second target data and a commission calculation formula corresponding to the order type;
the computing subsystem is used for computing the commission total amount of the target order according to the commission computing formula, the first target data and the second target data;
wherein the rule configuration subsystem comprises:
the first configuration module is used for determining that the commission calculation rule corresponding to the target order is a first calculation rule if the order type is the first order type; in the first calculation rule, the first target data is the number of prize drawing bases of the target order, the second target data is the coefficient of prize drawing of the target order, and the commission calculation formula is a first calculation formula;
the second configuration module is used for determining that the commission calculation rule corresponding to the target order is a second calculation rule if the order type is a second order type; in the second calculation rule, the first target data is an initial fee obtaining cost base number of the target order, the second target data is a compensation obtaining cost base number of a manager of the target order, and the commission calculation formula is a second calculation formula.
2. The commission calculation system of claim 1 wherein the first order type is divided into at least two level one sub-types depending on the scheduled start time and/or the scheduled execution duration of the order; each first-level subtype is divided into at least two second-level subtypes according to different product types of the order;
the first configuration module, comprising:
the first determining submodule is used for determining a target first-level subtype and a target second-level subtype of the target order if the order type is the first order type;
the second determining submodule is used for determining a base number calculation rule and a prize drawing coefficient calculation rule corresponding to the target order according to the target first-level subtype; and
the third determining submodule is used for determining an original base number and a management rate corresponding to the target order according to the base number calculation rule and the target secondary subtype; determining a prize drawing coefficient corresponding to the target order according to the prize drawing coefficient calculation rule;
wherein the prize-drawing base number is a product of the original base number, the management rate and the base number calculation coefficient; the first calculation formula is the product of the base number and the coefficient.
3. The commission calculation system of claim 2 wherein the original base is determined based on a projected year's accrued capital, or the projected year's accrued population for the target order.
4. The commission computing system of claim 2 wherein the second determination submodule is configured to:
if the target first-level subtype is the first-level subtype, determining that the prize drawing coefficient calculation rule is as follows: the prize drawing coefficient corresponding to the target order is a first preset coefficient value;
if the target first-level subtype is a second-level subtype, determining that the prize drawing coefficient calculation rule is as follows:
determining a contract period of the target order and a current plan year to which the target order belongs; wherein the planned year is an annual numerical value included between the effective starting time of the target order and the current time;
if the contract period is less than a first preset year, determining a prize drawing coefficient of the target secondary subtype in the planned year according to a first preset corresponding relation;
if the contract period is greater than or equal to the first preset year, determining a prize drawing coefficient of the target secondary subtype within the planned year according to a second preset corresponding relation;
if the target first-level subtype is a third-level subtype, determining that the prize drawing coefficient calculation rule is as follows: and the prize drawing coefficient corresponding to the target order is a second preset coefficient value.
5. The commission computing system of claim 1 wherein if the target order includes at least two secondary subtypes of products, the computing subsystem comprises:
a calculation module for calculating the commission of each of the products respectively;
and according to a preset weight value, carrying out weighted summation on the commissions to obtain the total commissions of the target order.
6. The commission computing system of claim 1 wherein the second configuration module comprises:
a fourth determining submodule, configured to determine the initial fee obtaining cost base and determine the administrator reward obtaining cost base if the order type is the second order type;
a fifth determining submodule, configured to determine that the commission calculation rule corresponding to the target order is a second calculation rule, where the second calculation rule is:
the commission amount is a weighted sum of the initial fee acquisition cost base and the manager reward acquisition cost base.
7. The commission computing system of claim 1 wherein the contract information further comprises commission allocation rules that include: said target order comprises a first allocation proportion per sub-unit, each said sub-unit comprises a second allocation proportion per clerk;
the commission calculation system further comprises:
a commission allocation module for calculating the prize drawing amount of each salesman according to the commission total amount, the first allocation proportion and the second allocation proportion; wherein the prize drawing amount is a product of the total commission amount, the first allocation proportion and the second allocation proportion.
8. A commission calculation method applied to the commission calculation system according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein said method comprises:
acquiring contract information of a target order; the contract information at least comprises the order type of the target order;
determining a commission calculation rule corresponding to the target order according to the order type; the commission calculation rule comprises first target data, second target data and a commission calculation formula corresponding to the order type;
calculating the commission total amount of the target order according to the commission calculation formula, the first target data and the second target data;
determining a commission calculation rule corresponding to the target order according to the order type, wherein the commission calculation rule comprises the following steps:
if the order type is a first order type, determining a commission calculation rule corresponding to the target order as a first calculation rule; in the first calculation rule, the first target data is the number of prize drawing bases of the target order, the second target data is the coefficient of prize drawing of the target order, and the commission calculation formula is a first calculation formula;
if the order type is a second order type, determining that the commission calculation rule corresponding to the target order is a second calculation rule; in the second calculation rule, the first target data is an initial fee obtaining cost base number of the target order, the second target data is a compensation obtaining cost base number of a manager of the target order, and the commission calculation formula is a second calculation formula.
9. An electronic device comprising a processor, a memory and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, characterized in that the computer program, when executed by the processor, carries out the steps of the commission calculation method of claim 8.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that a computer program is stored on the computer-readable storage medium, which computer program, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the commission calculation method according to claim 8.
