the enterprise server generates a task processing file containing the enterprise task information;
when the task processing file is processed, the task processing file monitors processing process information and tries to connect the enterprise server so as to send the processing process information to the enterprise server, and the enterprise server updates the state of the enterprise task information according to information carried by the processing process information.
2. The intelligent management method of the PIMS, according to claim 1, is used for information interaction between a client terminal, an employee terminal and an enterprise server; the method further comprises the following steps:
the client terminal obtains a task publishing request and sends the task publishing request to the enterprise server

8. The PIMS intelligent management method of claim 6, wherein the enterprise server further comprises a processing time limit prompting module for sending message information with specified content to the designated contact when the enterprise task information is not updated within a preset time.
9. A PIMS intelligent management apparatus comprising a memory and a processor, the memory having stored thereon a computer program that can be loaded by the processor and that executes the PIMS intelligent management method of any of claims 1-4 or the process monitoring method of claim 5.
10. A computer readable storage medium storing a computer program that can be loaded by a processor and executes the PIMS intelligent management method of any one of claims 1 to 4 or the process monitoring method of claim 5.
