Abstract
The embodiment of the invention discloses an information processing method and device. Description
Technical Field

Background
The insurance claim check refers to the business behavior that insurance company professional claims personnel check insurance claims and confirm whether, how or not the insurance claims should be paid. In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the information processing apparatus includes a processor and a memory, the modules and the sub-modules are stored in the memory as program units, and the processor executes the program units stored in the memory to implement corresponding functions.
The processor comprises a kernel, and the kernel calls the corresponding program unit from the memory. The kernel can set one or more than one, the identification information of the claim object to be queried, the claim request information and the corresponding data system address are acquired from the claim system, the identification information of the claim object and the corresponding data system address are submitted to a setting page, the setting page jumps to the query page of the data system corresponding to the data system address, the relevant information of the claim object is acquired from the query page of the data system according to the identification information of the claim object, the claim processing result of the claim object is generated according to the relevant information and the claim request information, so that the automatic query and the acquisition of the relevant information of the claim object outside the claim system are realized, the problem of easy occurrence of operation errors in a complicated manual operation process is avoided, and the processing time of the claim processing result is saved, the labor cost is saved, and the efficiency and the accuracy of claim checking processing are improved.
The memory may include volatile memory in a computer readable medium, Random Access Memory (RAM) and/or nonvolatile memory such as Read Only Memory (ROM) or flash memory (flash RAM), and the memory includes at least one memory chip.
An embodiment of the present invention provides a storage medium having a program stored thereon, the program implementing the information processing method when executed by a processor.
The embodiment of the invention provides a processor, which is used for running a program, wherein the information processing method is executed when the program runs.
The embodiment of the invention provides electronic equipment, which comprises a processor, a memory and a program which is stored on the memory and can run on the processor, wherein the processor executes the program and realizes the following steps:
acquiring identification information, claim settlement request information and a corresponding data system address of a claim object to be queried from a claim system;
submitting the identification information of the claims object and the corresponding data system address to a setting page, and jumping to a query page of the data system corresponding to the data system address from the setting page;
acquiring relevant information of the claim check object from a query page of the data system according to the identification information of the claim check object;
and generating a claim processing result of the claim object according to the related information and the claim request information.
Optionally, the obtaining, according to the identification information of the claim object, the relevant information of the claim object from the query page of the data system includes:
submitting the identification information of the corresponding claim check object according to the query condition on the query page;
and acquiring the relevant information of the claims object from the query page according to the query condition.
Optionally, the obtaining, according to the query condition, the relevant information of the claim check object from the query page includes:
acquiring a query result page according to the query condition;
and judging whether the query result page finishes downloading or not, and if the query result page finishes downloading, acquiring the relevant information of the claims checking object from the query result page.
Optionally, after determining whether the query result page completes downloading and acquiring the relevant information of the claim check object from the query result page if the query result page completes downloading, the method further includes:
determining page links with related information of the claims object on the query result page;
and acquiring the related information of the claims object from the page corresponding to the page link.
Optionally, before the obtaining the relevant information of the claim object from the query page according to the query condition, the method further includes:
determining that a target query condition exists on the query page;
and submitting preset condition data aiming at the target query condition on the query page.
Optionally, the submitting the identification information of the claim check object and the corresponding data system address to a setting page, and jumping from the setting page to a query page of the data system corresponding to the data system address includes:
and executing login operation in the data system according to preset login information.
Optionally, the generating a claim processing result of the claim object according to the related information and the claim request information includes:
acquiring a preset claim check rule corresponding to the claim settlement request information;
and generating the claim processing result according to the relevant information and the preset claim checking rule.
The present application further provides a computer program product adapted to perform a program for initializing the following method steps when executed on a data processing device:
acquiring identification information, claim settlement request information and a corresponding data system address of a claim object to be queried from a claim system;
submitting the identification information of the claims object and the corresponding data system address to a setting page, and jumping to a query page of the data system corresponding to the data system address from the setting page;
acquiring relevant information of the claim check object from a query page of the data system according to the identification information of the claim check object;
and generating a claim processing result of the claim object according to the related information and the claim request information.
Optionally, the obtaining, according to the identification information of the claim object, the relevant information of the claim object from the query page of the data system includes:
submitting the identification information of the corresponding claim check object according to the query condition on the query page;
and acquiring the relevant information of the claims object from the query page according to the query condition.
Optionally, the obtaining, according to the query condition, the relevant information of the claim check object from the query page includes:
acquiring a query result page according to the query condition;
and judging whether the query result page finishes downloading or not, and if the query result page finishes downloading, acquiring the relevant information of the claims checking object from the query result page.
Optionally, after determining whether the query result page completes downloading and acquiring the relevant information of the claim check object from the query result page if the query result page completes downloading, the method further includes:
determining page links with related information of the claims object on the query result page;
and acquiring the related information of the claims object from the page corresponding to the page link.
Optionally, before the obtaining the relevant information of the claim object from the query page according to the query condition, the method further includes:
determining that a target query condition exists on the query page;
and submitting preset condition data aiming at the target query condition on the query page.
Optionally, the submitting the identification information of the claim check object and the corresponding data system address to a setting page, and jumping from the setting page to a query page of the data system corresponding to the data system address includes:
and executing login operation in the data system according to preset login information.
Optionally, the generating a claim processing result of the claim object according to the related information and the claim request information includes:
acquiring a preset claim check rule corresponding to the claim settlement request information;
and generating the claim processing result according to the relevant information and the preset claim checking rule.

In a typical configuration, a computing device includes one or more processors (CPUs), input/output interfaces, network interfaces, and memory.
The memory may include forms of volatile memory in a computer readable medium, Random Access Memory (RAM) and/or non-volatile memory, such as Read Only Memory (ROM) or flash memory (flash RAM). The memory is an example of a computer-readable medium.
Computer-readable media, including both non-transitory and non-transitory, removable and non-removable media, may implement information storage by any method or technology. The information may be computer readable instructions, data structures, modules of a program, or other data. Examples of computer storage media include, but are not limited to, phase change memory (PRAM), Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM), other types of Random Access Memory (RAM), Read Only Memory (ROM), Electrically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory (EEPROM), flash memory or other memory technology, compact disc read only memory (CD-ROM), Digital Versatile Discs (DVD) or other optical storage, magnetic cassettes, magnetic tape magnetic disk storage or other magnetic storage devices, or any other non-transmission medium that can be used to store information that can be accessed by a computing device. As defined herein, a computer readable medium does not include a transitory computer readable medium such as a modulated data signal and a carrier wave.
It is clear to those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, the specific working processes of the above-described systems, apparatuses and units may refer to the corresponding processes in the foregoing method embodiments, and are not described herein again.
In the embodiments provided in the present application, it should be understood that the disclosed apparatus and method may be implemented in other ways. For example, the above-described apparatus embodiments are merely illustrative, and for example, the division of the units is only one logical division, and other divisions may be realized in practice, for example, a plurality of units or components may be combined or integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not executed. In addition, the shown or discussed mutual coupling or direct coupling or communication connection may be an indirect coupling or communication connection through some interfaces, devices or units, and may be in an electrical, mechanical or other form.
The units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units. Some or all of the units can be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the embodiment.
In addition, functional units in the embodiments of the present invention may be integrated into one processing unit, or each unit may exist alone physically, or two or more units are integrated into one unit.

Claims (10)
1. An information processing method characterized by comprising:
acquiring identification information, claim settlement request information and a corresponding data system address of a claim object to be queried from a claim system;
submitting the identification information of the claims object and the corresponding data system address to a setting page, and jumping to a query page of the data system corresponding to the data system address from the setting page;
acquiring relevant information of the claim check object from a query page of the data system according to the identification information of the claim check object;
and generating a claim processing result of the claim object according to the related information and the claim request information.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the obtaining the relevant information of the claim object from the query page of the data system according to the identification information of the claim object comprises:
submitting the identification information of the corresponding claim check object according to the query condition on the query page;
and acquiring the relevant information of the claims object from the query page according to the query condition.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein the obtaining the relevant information of the claim object from the query page according to the query condition comprises:
acquiring a query result page according to the query condition;
and judging whether the query result page finishes downloading or not, and if the query result page finishes downloading, acquiring the relevant information of the claims checking object from the query result page.
4. The method according to claim 3, wherein after the determining whether the query result page is completely downloaded and obtaining the related information of the claims object from the query result page if the query result page is completely downloaded, the method further comprises:
determining page links with related information of the claims object on the query result page;
and acquiring the related information of the claims object from the page corresponding to the page link.
5. The method according to claim 2, wherein before the obtaining the relevant information of the claims object from the query page according to the query condition, the method further comprises:
determining that a target query condition exists on the query page;
and submitting preset condition data aiming at the target query condition on the query page.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein submitting the identification information of the claims object and the corresponding data system address to a setup page, and wherein jumping from the setup page to a query page of the data system corresponding to the data system address comprises:
and executing login operation in the data system according to preset login information.
7. The method according to claim 1, wherein generating a claim processing result of the claim object based on the related information and the claim request information comprises:
acquiring a preset claim check rule corresponding to the claim settlement request information;
and generating the claim processing result according to the relevant information and the preset claim checking rule.
8. An information processing apparatus characterized by comprising:
the system comprises an acquisition module, a query module and a query module, wherein the acquisition module is used for acquiring identification information of a claim object to be queried, claim request information and a corresponding data system address from a claim system;
the skipping module is used for submitting the identification information of the claims object and the corresponding data system address to a setting page and skipping from the setting page to a query page of the data system corresponding to the data system address;
the query module is used for acquiring the related information of the claim object from a query page of the data system according to the identification information of the claim object;
and the claim checking module is used for generating a claim checking processing result of the claim checking object according to the related information and the claim checking request information.
9. A storage medium, characterized in that the storage medium comprises a stored program, wherein a device on which the storage medium is located is controlled to perform the method according to any one of claims 1 to 7 when the program is run.
10. An electronic device, comprising: memory, processor and executable instructions stored in the memory and executable in the processor, characterized in that the processor implements the method according to any of claims 1-7 when executing the executable instructions.
