Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of direct current electric energy metering, in particular to an integrated direct current electric energy meter.
Background
At present, direct current loads are widely applied in production and life in various modes, direct current electric energy has various application modes such as a direct current power distribution network, a distributed micro-grid, single-point access, direct drive, an electric vehicle direct current charger and the like, and the direct current electric energy has been applied in various test points at home and abroad. With the application of direct current load, direct current electric energy metering has been widely applied to metering and charging of a direct current charger of an electric vehicle. The traditional direct current electric energy meter is divided into a current direct access type and a current indirect access type according to a current sampling access mode, wherein the maximum measured value of the current direct access type direct current electric energy meter is 100A. In practical application, because the load current is greater than 100A, an external direct current shunt (hereinafter referred to as shunt) is often used in combination with the current indirect access type direct current electric energy meter, but the method has the following defects: 1. because the meter and the shunt are relatively independent, the metering error sources are difficult to distinguish under the field operation environment, the field operation and maintenance are not facilitated, and the accuracy is poor; 2. as a direct current electric energy metering device, the meter and the shunt are separated, so that the integral seal management is inconvenient; 3. the shunt is used as a resistance component, and the temperature of the shunt rises along with the increase of the load current. If the shunt is simply spliced with the electric energy metering unit, the heat emitted by the shunt can influence the electric energy metering to cause the metering misalignment.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical scheme of the invention provides an integrated direct current electric energy meter, which aims to solve the problem of how to access a high-current integrated electric energy meter.
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides an integrated dc power meter, comprising: the device comprises a current divider, an electric energy metering unit, a current connecting terminal, a voltage and auxiliary connecting terminal, a radiating fin and a heat-resistant separating fin;
a load current signal is connected to the current divider of the direct current electric energy meter through the current wiring terminal, and the connected load current is converted into a small voltage signal through the current divider;
the small voltage signal and the load voltage signal are connected to an electric energy metering unit through the voltage and auxiliary wiring terminal to carry out electric energy metering;

The invention provides an integrated direct current electric energy meter which integrates an externally attached shunt and enhances heat dissipation through layered isolation and reasonable arrangement. The integrated direct current electric energy meter provided by the invention can be directly connected with a load current larger than 100A, is convenient for overall seal management and has good metering accuracy.
As shown in fig. 1, an integrated dc electric energy meter with layered isolation of shunt heat dissipation is characterized by comprising a shunt 1, an electric energy metering unit (including a voltage sampling unit) 2, a current connection terminal 3, a voltage and auxiliary connection terminal 4, a display unit 5, a meter housing 6, a heat sink 7 and a heat-resistant separation sheet 8.
A load current signal is connected into a current divider 1 of the direct current electric energy meter through a current wiring terminal 3, and the connected load current is converted into a small voltage signal through the current divider 1;
the small voltage signal and the load voltage signal are connected to the electric energy metering unit 1 through the voltage and auxiliary wiring terminal 4 to carry out electric energy metering;
the direct current electric energy meter is divided into a plurality of independent cavities through a heat-resistant separation sheet 8; arranging a radiating fin 7 in a cavity where the shunt 1 is located, and cooling the shunt 1 through the radiating fin 7;
the shunt 1 and the electric energy metering unit 2 are integrated into a whole.

Under the normal working condition, the load current is connected into the integrated direct current electric energy meter through the current wiring terminal 3 and flows through the shunt 1, so that the shunt 1 generates a small voltage signal in a certain proportion to the load current. According to the invention, the current divider 1 and the electric energy metering unit 2 are integrated into a whole, the heat-resistant separation sheet 8 is utilized to divide the interior of the integrated direct current electric energy meter into a plurality of independent cavities through reasonable arrangement, and the heat radiating sheet 7 is additionally arranged to enhance the heat exchange between the cavity where the current divider 1 is located and the outside, so that the internal temperature of the meter is effectively reduced, and the metering accuracy of the integrated direct current electric energy meter is ensured.
The integrated direct current electric energy meter provided by the invention changes the mode that the traditional direct current electric energy meter and a current sampling device are independently arranged and used, integrates the current divider and the direct current electric energy metering unit into a whole through optimized design, and has the specific form including but not limited to the components included in the invention content. The invention isolates devices with serious self-heating and devices which are easily influenced by temperature during normal work by layered arrangement, and effectively reduces the internal temperature of the meter by adding the radiating fins with good heat-conducting property.
Compared with the traditional direct current electric energy meter and the current divider which are independently used during actual installation and use, the integrated direct current electric energy meter has the advantages that the installation procedure is simplified, the arrangement of a small voltage signal line of the current divider is not needed, the measurement deviation caused by the small voltage signal line is reduced, and the electric energy measurement accuracy is improved. The invention solves the problem that the traditional direct current electric energy meter and the current divider can not be uniformly sealed and managed due to independent use. The invention realizes that the meter can be directly connected with a large current, has no external independent current sampling element, is convenient for analyzing the source of the metering error and improves the troubleshooting efficiency. The invention adopts layered heat insulation treatment, and reduces the influence of self-heating of the flow divider on electric energy metering.
The integrated direct current electric energy meter provided by the invention has three remarkable advantages: firstly, the current divider and the electric energy metering unit are integrated into a whole, so that the electric energy metering accuracy of the meter is improved, and the field metering error source analysis is facilitated; secondly, as a metering tool, the utility model is convenient for applying seal for management; thirdly, the heat generated when the shunt works normally can be effectively dissipated, the internal temperature of the meter is reduced, and the meter metering misalignment caused by high temperature is avoided.

The integrated direct current electric energy meter at least comprises a current divider 1, an electric energy metering unit (comprising a voltage sampling unit) 2, a current wiring terminal 3, a voltage and auxiliary wiring terminal 4, a display unit 5, a meter shell 6, a heat radiating fin 7 and a heat-resistant separating fin 8. The electric energy metering unit should integrate (have) components or functions such as a voltage sampling element, a metering chip, a main control MCU and the like as shown in FIG. 2.
As shown in the schematic block diagram of fig. 2, the working principle of the integrated dc electric energy meter provided by the present invention is similar to that of the conventional dc electric energy meter, and the difference is that the meter is integrated with a shunt, and a large current can be directly connected to the meter and converted into a small voltage signal by the shunt to be transmitted to the electric energy metering unit. With reference to fig. 1, the integrated direct current electric energy meter is characterized in that the meter is divided into two cavities with different spaces by a heat-resistant separating sheet, and the bottom of the cavity provided with the current divider adopts radiating fins to enhance heat exchange.
