The device provided by the invention utilizes the principle that like magnetic poles repel each other, the electromagnet is electrified after the timing arrival, the atmospheric sedimentation sample at the time is collected, and when the light rubber plug blocks the gap, the perfect fit between the light rubber plug and the pipe wall and the sealing ring are matched to achieve the sealing effect, so that the collection of the atmospheric sedimentation sample at different time intervals can be met in the primary collection process, and the sealing can be automatically finished after the collection is finished.

However, the traditional collection method can only collect atmospheric settlement samples in one time period, especially when pollutants in atmospheric settlement change for a long time, the samples need to be collected manually in different time periods, time and labor are wasted, time control is difficult to be accurate, and the process of changing the balance of the pollutants in the atmospheric settlement with the real value or the high or low deviation is caused, so that the work of analyzing the distribution condition of the atmospheric settlement pollution, accurately measuring and calculating the air environment capacity and the like is difficult.
