The welding position of the front hydraulic cylinder mounting frame 2 and the rear hydraulic cylinder mounting frame 10 has a height difference relative to the horizontal height. when the hydraulic station starts to supply oil, hydraulic oil enters the hydraulic oil pipe 9, at the moment, the hydraulic oil enters the hydraulic cylinder 4 through the hydraulic hose 6, the cylinder body rises and falls, the front end and the middle of the cross beam are subjected to jacking force of the hydraulic cylinder 4, the cross beam rises and falls through the hydraulic cylinder mounting frame 2, the tail end of the cross beam is connected with the support 18 through the cross beam bolt 17 and fixed on the ground, and the cross beam rotates around the support to realize conveying of the drill rod.
