Abstract
A method for reducing consumption of a rapier loom. The negative pressure generating equipment of the consumption method is connected to the air suction pipe at the left rapier head weft insertion position through a pipeline, and through the combined action of the negative pressure and the air suction pipe, the weft yarns cut off by the scissors each time are captured, and meanwhile, the weft yarns are well kept to prepare for next beating-up; a pair of scissors with special design is arranged to be close to the cloth edge, so that one pair of scissors can achieve the effect of two pairs of scissors in the original equipment. The invention is used for the rapier loom.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a method for reducing consumption of a rapier loom.
Background
The main consumption of the rapier looms currently on the market is due to the yarn of the weft yarn which is cut off outside the two selvedges. Especially in the wool spinning industry, the price fluctuation of wool is large, and the raw material consumption directly influences the profits of production enterprises. The traditional rapier loom utilizes a plurality of warp-wise yarns at the left side and the right side to fix weft yarns through interweaving, so that the aim of fixing the weft yarns is achieved, and the cloth cover quality and the circulating beating-up of the weft yarns are guaranteed. The main consumption of the weaving process is necessarily required to be caused by the cut weft yarns at both selvedges.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a method for reducing consumption of a rapier loom, which realizes a production mode that no edge yarn exists on the left side.
The above purpose is realized by the following technical scheme:
a method for reducing consumption of a rapier loom is characterized in that a negative pressure generating device is connected to an air suction pipe at the weft insertion position of a left rapier head through a pipeline, and the weft cut by scissors each time is captured under the combined action of negative pressure and the air suction pipe, and meanwhile, the weft is well kept and is ready for next beating-up; a pair of scissors with special design is arranged to be close to the cloth edge, so that one pair of scissors can achieve the effect of two pairs of scissors in the original equipment.
According to the method for reducing consumption of the rapier loom, weft yarns are captured by the air suction ports connected with the negative pressure device, when the rapier head reaches a weft insertion position, the weft selection finger falls down to enable the left rapier head to clamp the weft yarns, and weft insertion is achieved through the connection effect of the rapier head; and the weft yarns are close to the fell by the beating-up action of the reed, when the upper and lower layers of warp yarns reach the heald position, the weft yarns on the left side enter the scissors and are cut off by the scissors, the cut weft yarns are captured by the negative pressure suction port and are kept at the proper position, and the beating-up is finished.
The rapier loom comprises an air suction motor and a side support base, wherein the air suction motor is connected with an air suction barrel, the air suction barrel is connected with a right air suction pipe, the right air suction pipe is connected with a right air suction nozzle, the right air suction pipe is connected with a left air suction pipe, the left air suction pipe is connected with a left weft air suction nozzle, the side support base is connected with a scissors rocker, the scissors rocker is connected with M5 60 hexagon socket head cap screws, M5 60 hexagon socket head cap screws are connected with scissors, the side support base is connected with an adjusting support, the adjusting support is connected with a scissors fixing block, the scissors fixing block is connected with M6 20 hexagon socket head cap screws, and the adjusting support is connected with M6 20 hexagon socket head cap screws.
Advantageous effects
1. The invention designs a special negative pressure suction port to meet the weft yarn retaining function at the left side so as to meet the aim of circular beating-up, changes the mode of interweaving and fixing weft yarns by a plurality of waste edge lines in the prior art, and eliminates waste edge weft locking; meanwhile, the weft yarn scissors and the selvedge scissors are combined into one scissors, and the weft yarn scissors are specially designed to be close to the selvedge position as much as possible so as to cut the weft yarn. The state that every weft needs to have 6cm weft yarn consumption in the past is eliminated, and the weft yarns are saved.
2. The invention replaces the original yarn interweaving, fixing and weft yarn retaining by the special negative pressure air suction device, and prepares for weft yarn retaining for circular beating-up; through the combination of the weft yarn scissors and the selvedge scissors, the weft yarns on the left side are cut at one time, so that the weft yarns on the left side cannot be consumed.
3. The invention completely cancels the consumption of the weft yarn on the left side of the loom, if the average yarn count of the weft yarn is 50 according to the length of the weft yarn on the left side, the average weft density of the variety per year is calculated according to 330 pieces/10 CM, the production per year is calculated according to 1500 kilometers, and the consumption of the weft yarn on the left side of the loom is avoided, thus 59400 kilograms of yarn can be saved for enterprises.

Example 2
In the method for reducing consumption of the rapier loom in embodiment 1, weft yarns are received by the special air suction ports connected with the negative pressure device, and when the rapier head reaches the weft insertion position, the weft selection finger falls down to enable the left rapier head to clamp the weft yarns, and the weft insertion action is realized through the connection effect of the rapier head; and the weft yarns are close to the cloth fell by the beating-up action of the reed, when the upper and lower layers of warp yarns reach the heald position, the weft yarns on the left side enter the scissors which are specially designed, the scissors cut the weft yarns, the cut weft yarns are captured by the negative pressure suction port and are kept at the proper position, and the beating-up is completed. And then the next beating-up is carried out, and the process is repeated. Because the original weft yarn scissors and the selvedge scissors on the left side are combined, only one cutting action is performed, and no consumed weft yarn is generated on all the left sides.
