Claims (9)

1. A fermentation tank for sauce processing comprises a rack and a fermentation tank main body (4) installed on the rack, and is characterized in that a left end cover (2) and a right end cover (6) are installed at two ends of the fermentation tank main body (4) respectively through bolts and sealing gaskets, a stirring assembly is installed inside the fermentation tank main body (4) in a rotating mode and comprises a stirring rotating shaft (12), a stirring sheet (26) and a stirring motor (7), two ends of the stirring rotating shaft (12) are installed on the left end cover (2) and the right end cover (6) respectively through bearings in a rotating mode, and one end, close to the right end cover (6), of the stirring rotating shaft extends to the outside of the fermentation tank main body (4) and is in linkage with the stirring motor (7) fixedly installed on the; the bottom of the frame is arranged on the mounting base (14) through four groups of shaking assemblies, and the shaking assemblies are matched with two groups of fan-shaped blocks (27) arranged on the stirring rotating shaft (12).
2. The fermentation tank for sauce processing according to claim 1, wherein the fermentation tank main body (4) is provided with an inlet and outlet hopper (5), and the inlet and outlet hopper (5) is further provided with an inlet and outlet door.
3. A fermenter for the processing of sauces according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of sets of stirring teeth are provided on the stirring blade (26).

The fermenter for processing sauce according to claim 1, wherein the shaking assembly comprises a telescopic rod (25) and a telescopic sleeve (10), the top of the telescopic rod (25) is fixedly connected with the frame and the bottom of the telescopic rod is slidably mounted in the telescopic sleeve (10) fixedly arranged with the mounting base (14), a compression spring (24) is further sleeved outside the telescopic rod (25) and the compression spring (24) abuts against the frame and the telescopic sleeve (10).

The fermentation tank for sauce processing according to claim 4, wherein the frame comprises a bottom plate (11), two groups of fermentation support frames (3) and a stirring motor mounting seat (9), the fermentation support frames (3) are respectively and fixedly arranged at two sides of the bottom plate (11), and the stirring motor mounting seat (9) is fixedly provided with a stirring motor (7) and is close to one group of the fermentation support frames (3).

Sauce processing fermenter according to claim 5, wherein the fermenter body (4) is rotatably mounted on the fermenter support frame (3) and has one end remote from the stirring motor (7) fixedly mounted with a belt drive (23), and the other end of the belt drive (23) is fixedly coupled with a mixing motor (13) fixedly mounted on the base plate (11).

The fermentation tank for sauce processing according to claim 6, wherein a cavity (16) is further opened in the side wall of the fermentation tank main body (4) and the cavity (16) is communicated with a channel (17) opened in the left end cover (2), a conversion container (20) is rotatably arranged outside the left end cover (2) and a fan (15) fixedly connected with the bottom plate (11) is arranged at the bottom of the conversion container (20) in a communicated manner, and a heating device (18) is further arranged on an air outlet pipe (19) of the fan (15).
8. Sauce processing fermenter according to claim 7, wherein the fermenter body (4) is further provided with a detection device (21) which is in communication with the inside of the fermenter body (4), and wherein the detection device (21) is further provided with an exhaust pipe (22).
9. Sauce processing fermenter according to claim 1, wherein two sets of support bars (1) are provided on top of the mounting base (14) and four sets of rollers (8) are provided on the bottom, the rollers (8) further being provided with locking means.
