Abstract
The invention discloses a steel wire rope groove-jumping-preventing alarm device and a crane trolley comprising the same, and belongs to the technical field of cranes. The invention aims to provide a technical scheme for solving the problem of how to realize alarming when a groove jumping phenomenon occurs, and the technical scheme is applied to a crane trolley so as to reduce the occurrence of safety accidents. The purpose of the invention is realized as follows: a steel wire rope groove-jumping-preventing alarm device comprises a horizontal rod, wherein the horizontal rod is arranged on the upper side of a fixed pulley and used for preventing a steel wire rope from jumping; the micro switch and the horizontal rod can move relatively; the micro switch is used for being connected into a safety loop of the crane, and the alarm aiming at the groove jumping phenomenon is realized by triggering the micro switch after the horizontal rod moves. According to the invention, the horizontal rod is arranged at the upper end of the movable pulley, and the purpose of preventing groove jumping is realized by utilizing the horizontal rod. The right end of the horizontal rod is provided with a microswitch which can sense the up-and-down fluctuation of the horizontal rod, so that the alarm can be given in time.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of cranes, and particularly relates to a steel wire rope groove-jumping-preventing alarm device and a crane trolley comprising the same.
Background
At present, hoisting machinery is widely used in various industrial places as one of important components of special equipment. In the hoisting process of the crane, the equipment accident of steel wire rope groove jumping is caused by misoperation or inclined pulling. The steel wire rope jumping refers to that the steel wire rope rebounds and breaks away from the fixed pulley due to certain factors and is clamped in a pulley gap or on a pulley shaft, so that normal hoisting operation cannot be performed if the steel wire rope is light, operation progress is influenced, and the steel wire rope directly rubs against the side face of the pulley or the pulley shaft if the steel wire rope is heavy, so that the steel wire rope is broken, the pulley is damaged, the pulley shaft is broken, and heavy equipment or personal accidents that heavy objects fall are caused. In the prior art, the protective cover is arranged above the fixed pulley to prevent the steel wire rope from jumping the groove, the method proves that the steel wire rope cannot be completely prevented from jumping the groove in practice, and a driver cannot know the working state of the steel wire rope in time to continue operating the crane under the condition of the steel wire rope jumping, so that equipment accidents are caused. To solve the above technical problems, there are chinese patents, patent numbers: 2019203071736 which discloses a height adjustable bracket for crane, and a structure for preventing jumping. Although the above patent changes the traditional way of preventing the steel wire rope from jumping the groove by adopting the protective cover, the above patent does not provide a technical scheme how to realize the alarm if the groove jumping phenomenon occurs.

The invention aims to provide a technical scheme for solving the problem of how to realize alarming when a groove jumping phenomenon occurs, and the technical scheme is applied to a crane trolley so as to reduce the occurrence of safety accidents.

The first embodiment is as follows: as shown in figure 1, the crane trolley with the steel wire rope groove-jumping-preventing alarm device comprises a trolley frame 1, a left support 4, a right support 5, a horizontal rod 6, a driving plate 7, a horizontal support 8, a switch support 9, a microswitch 10 and a spring 11.
The left support 4 and the right support 5 are respectively fixed on the trolley frame 1 at two axial sides of the fixed pulley 2, screw holes are formed in two sides of the left support 4, a screw hole is formed in the left end portion of the horizontal rod 6, the diameter of the screw hole is slightly larger than that of a pin shaft, the left support 4 is connected with the horizontal rod 6 through the pin shaft, and the horizontal rod 6 can rotate around the left support 4 by taking the pin shaft as the center; a horizontal bracket 8 is arranged below the right bracket 5, a pin shaft is arranged on one side of the horizontal bracket, and the right end of the horizontal rod 6 is lapped on the horizontal bracket 8. The height of the screw hole of the left bracket 4 and the height of the horizontal bracket 8 below the right bracket 5 just enable the horizontal rod 6 to be kept horizontal, and the gap between the horizontal rod and the fixed pulley 2 is smaller than the diameter of the steel wire rope 3.

when the steel wire rope 3 jumps, because the clearance between the horizon bar 6 and the fixed pulley 2 is less than the diameter of the steel wire rope 3, and the left end of the horizon bar 6 can rotate around the pin shaft, at this moment, the steel wire rope 3 can jack up the horizon bar 6 to tilt up the right end thereof, thereby one side of the drive plate 7 tilts up, because the drive plate 7 can rotate around the pin shaft, the other side of the drive plate 7 presses down at this moment, the micro switch 10 is triggered, because the micro switch 10 line is connected into the safety loop of the crane, the crane stops running at this moment, and the warning information is sent out for the driver. The micro switch 10 adopts a non-automatic reset type, and needs to be reset manually after action.
