The invention aims to provide an automatic labeling machine for plastic barrels, which aims to solve the problems and the defects in the prior art.

the plastic barrel positioning component comprises a first upright post, an upper cylinder, a lower cylinder, a first linear bearing, a first polish rod, a cantilever assembly, a clamping cylinder, a connecting rod, a lower paw connecting seat and a paw, wherein the cantilever assembly comprises a left fixing plate, a middle cantilever and an upper paw connecting seat, one end of the middle cantilever is fixedly connected with the left fixing plate, the other end of the middle cantilever is fixedly connected with the upper paw connecting seat, the upper cylinder and the lower cylinder are fixedly arranged on one side surface of the first upright post, the two first polish rods are arranged on one side surface of the first upright post in parallel through a T-shaped polish rod mounting seat, the left fixing plate of the cantilever assembly is slidably arranged on the two first polish rods through the first linear bearing, the tail ends of piston rods of the upper cylinder and the lower cylinder are fixedly connected with the left fixing plate of the cantilever assembly, and the clamping cylinder is fixedly arranged on the middle paw of the cantilever assembly, the piston rod of the clamping cylinder penetrates through the middle cantilever and the upper connecting seat of the paw, the lower connecting seat of the paw is mounted on the piston rod of the clamping cylinder, the paw comprises a connecting end and a clamping end, the connecting end is provided with an upper connecting hole and a lower connecting hole, the upper connecting seat of the paw is provided with at least three first lugs along the circumferential direction, the lower connecting seat of the paw is provided with second lugs corresponding to the first lugs along the circumferential direction, the upper connecting hole of the paw is hinged with the second lugs of the lower connecting seat of the paw, one end of the connecting rod is hinged with the first lugs of the upper connecting seat of the paw, the other end of the connecting rod is hinged with the lower connecting hole of the paw, and the lower connecting seat of the paw, the paw and the connecting rod form a crank-slider mechanism;
the label pasting and smearing component comprises a gantry type frame, a left-right moving component, a rotating component, a smearing cylinder, a smearing head, a labeling cylinder and a vacuum chuck, the gantry type frame comprises a left upright post, a right upright post and a large flat plate, the large flat plate is fixedly connected between the left upright post and the right upright post to form a gantry structure, the left-right moving component comprises a second polish rod, a driving plate, a first mounting plate, a left-right cylinder and a connecting plate, the second polish rod is parallelly mounted on the large flat plate of the gantry type frame through a T-shaped polish rod mounting seat, the left-right cylinder is mounted on one side of the large flat plate of the gantry type frame and is positioned between the second polish rods, the driving plate is slidably mounted on the second polish rods through linear bearings, the connecting plate is connected onto the driving plate, and the tail ends of piston rods of the left-right cylinder are connected with the connecting plate, the side face of the driving plate is connected with the first mounting plate, the rotary assembly comprises a swing cylinder, a driving shaft and a second mounting plate, the swing cylinder is mounted on the first mounting plate, the driving shaft is mounted on an output shaft of the swing cylinder, the second mounting plate is fixedly mounted at one end of the driving shaft, the trowelling cylinder and the labeling cylinder are respectively mounted on two side edges of the second mounting plate, the trowelling head is mounted at the tail end of a piston rod of the trowelling cylinder, and the vacuum chuck is mounted at the tail end of a piston rod of the labeling cylinder;
the label supply component comprises a mounting bracket, a label belt, a label winding barrel, a first shaft, a belt pulley, a belt, a second shaft and a label supply motor, the first shaft and the second shaft are both arranged on the mounting bracket through bearings with seats, the label supply motor is arranged on the mounting bracket, the belt pulleys are arranged on the output shaft of the label supply motor, the first shaft and the second shaft, the other ends of the first shaft and the second shaft are respectively provided with the label winding barrel, the belt pulley on the output shaft of the label supplying motor and the belt pulley on the second shaft, and the belt pulley on the second shaft and the belt pulley between the first shaft are respectively connected through the belt transmission, one end of the label tape is wound on the label winding barrel on the first shaft, and the other end of the label tape is wound on the label winding barrel on the second shaft;
the plastic barrel positioning component and the label supply component are respectively arranged on two sides of the production line, and the label pasting component is arranged above the production line through a gantry type frame of the label pasting component.
Further, the number of the claws of the plastic bucket positioning component is three.
Furthermore, a rubber pad is arranged at the clamping end of the paw of the plastic barrel positioning component.
Furthermore, the smearing flat head of the label pasting and smearing component is concave, the curvature radius of the smearing flat head is consistent with that of the plastic barrel, and a rubber pad is arranged on the end face of the smearing flat head.
Further, a label tape guide plate is arranged between the label winding barrel on the first shaft and the label winding barrel on the second shaft.
The invention also provides a labeling method of the automatic labeling machine for the plastic barrel, which comprises the following steps:
1) when the plastic barrel moves to the plastic barrel positioning component along the assembly line, piston rods of the upper cylinder and the lower cylinder retract to drive the claws to move downwards, and piston rods of the clamping cylinders retract to realize that the claws shrink towards the center so as to position and clamp the plastic barrel;
2) when the piston rods of the left and right air cylinders extend out, the vacuum chuck is driven to move to the label supply part, the piston rod of the labeling air cylinder extends out, a piece of label is adsorbed from the label tape through the vacuum chuck, the piston rod of the labeling air cylinder retracts to finish the absorption of a label at one time, the label supply motor is started to drive the label tape to rotate a certain angle, the next label is rotated to the label tape guide plate, and the label is waited to be taken out again by the label adhering and smearing part;
3) when the piston rods of the left and right air cylinders retract, the vacuum chuck is driven to move to the plastic barrel, the piston rod of the labeling air cylinder extends out, the adsorbed label is adhered to the plastic barrel through the vacuum chuck, and the piston rod of the labeling air cylinder retracts to finish one-time labeling;
4) the swing cylinder rotates 180 degrees, the troweling head faces the label on the plastic barrel, a piston rod of the troweling cylinder extends out, the troweling head trowels the label on the plastic barrel, the piston rod of the troweling cylinder retracts, the swing cylinder rotates 180 degrees in the opposite direction, and one-time label smoothing is completed;
5) the piston rod of the clamping cylinder extends out, the paw is opened towards the periphery, the clamping of the plastic barrel is loosened, the piston rods of the upper cylinder and the lower cylinder extend out to drive the paw to move upwards, and the plastic barrel moves to the next station along the assembly line.
The invention has the advantages of
1. The automatic labeling machine for the plastic barrel is full-automatic in label supply, labeling and leveling, high in production efficiency and low in labor intensity of workers.
2. The positioning component of the automatic labeling machine for plastic barrels uses three claws, can be suitable for labeling plastic barrels with different sizes and specifications, and effectively avoids clamping the plastic barrels because the clamping ends are provided with rubber pads.
3. The floating head of the label pasting component of the automatic labeling machine for plastic barrels is provided with the rubber pad, and labels pasted by plastic barrels with different sizes and specifications can be floated through elastic deformation of the rubber pad, so that the application range of the machine is expanded.
4. The label supplying component of the automatic labeling machine for the plastic barrel is characterized in that a label tape guide plate is arranged between one end of a label tape wound on a label winding barrel arranged on a first shaft and the other end of the label tape wound on a label winding barrel arranged on a second shaft, so that the phenomenon that labels cannot be absorbed in the label absorbing process is avoided.

As shown in fig. 1, the automatic labeling machine for plastic barrels of the present invention comprises a plastic barrel positioning component 1, a label pasting component 2, a label supplying component 3 and a production line 4;
as shown in fig. 2, 3, 4 and 5, the plastic bucket positioning component 1 includes a first vertical column 11, an upper and lower cylinder 12, a first linear bearing 13, a first optical lever 14, a cantilever assembly 15, a clamping cylinder 16, a connecting rod 17, a lower gripper connecting seat 18 and a gripper 19, the cantilever assembly 15 includes a left fixing plate 151, a middle cantilever 152 and an upper gripper connecting seat 153, one end of the middle cantilever 152 is fixedly connected to the left fixing plate 151, the other end is fixedly connected to the upper gripper connecting seat 153, the upper and lower cylinders 12 are fixedly mounted on one side surface of the first vertical column 11, the two first optical levers 14 are mounted in parallel on one side surface of the first vertical column 11 through T-shaped optical lever mounting seats, the left fixing plate 151 of the cantilever assembly 15 is slidably mounted on the two first optical levers 14 through the first linear bearing 13, the ends of piston rods of the upper and lower cylinders 12 are fixedly connected to the left fixing plate 151 of the cantilever assembly 15, the clamping cylinder 16 is fixedly installed on the middle cantilever 152 of the cantilever assembly 15, the piston rod of the clamping cylinder 16 passes through the middle cantilever 152 and the through hole of the upper gripper connecting seat 153, the lower gripper connecting seat 18 is connected with the end of the piston rod of the clamping cylinder 16 through the mounting threaded hole 182, the gripper 19 comprises a connecting end and a clamping end, the connecting end is provided with an upper connecting hole 191 and a lower connecting hole 192, the upper gripper connecting seat 153 is provided with at least three first lugs 1531 along the circumferential direction, the lower gripper connecting seat 18 is provided with a second lugs 181 corresponding to the first lugs 1531 along the circumferential direction, the upper connecting hole 191 of the gripper 19 is hinged with the second lugs 181 of the lower gripper connecting seat 18, and one end of the connecting rod 17 is hinged with the first lugs 1531 of the upper gripper connecting seat 153, the other end of the connecting rod 17 is hinged with the lower connecting hole 192 of the paw 19, and the paw lower connecting seat 18, the paw 19 and the connecting rod 17 form a crank-slider mechanism;

as shown in fig. 8 and 9, the label supplying member 3 includes a mounting bracket 301, a label tape 302, a label drum 303, a first shaft 304, a pulley 305, a belt 306, a second shaft 307 and a label supplying motor 308, the mounting bracket 301 is frame-type and includes a lower layer 3011, a middle layer 3014 and an upper layer 3013, the first shaft 304 is mounted on the upper layer 3013 of the mounting bracket 301 through a bearing with a seat, the second shaft 307 is mounted on the middle layer 3014 of the mounting bracket 301 through a bearing with a seat, the label supplying motor 308 is mounted on the lower layer 3011 of the mounting bracket 301, the pulley 305 is mounted on each of an output shaft of the label supplying motor 308, the other ends of the first shaft 304 and the second shaft 307 are mounted with the label drum 303, and a gap between the pulley 305 on the output shaft of the label supplying motor 308 and the pulley 305 on the second shaft 307, The belt pulley 305 on the second shaft 307 and the belt pulley 305 between the first shafts 304 are in transmission connection through a belt 306 respectively, one end of the label tape 302 is wound on the label drum 303 on the first shaft 304, and the other end is wound on the label drum 303 on the second shaft 307;
the plastic barrel positioning component 1 and the label supply component 3 are respectively arranged at two sides of the assembly line 4, and the label pasting component 2 is arranged above the assembly line 4 through a gantry type frame.
The number of the claws 19 of the plastic bucket positioning component 1 is three.
A rubber pad 193 is mounted on the clamping end of the paw 19 of the plastic bucket positioning component 1.
The smearing flat head 208 of the label pasting part 2 is concave, the curvature radius of the smearing flat head is consistent with the radius of the plastic barrel 5, and the end surface of the smearing flat head is provided with a rubber pad.
A label tape guide plate 3012 is installed between the label roll barrel 303 on the first shaft 304 and the label roll barrel 303 on the second shaft 307.
The labeling method of the automatic labeling machine for the plastic barrel comprises the following specific steps:
1. when the plastic barrel 5 moves to the plastic barrel positioning component 1 along the assembly line 4, the piston rods of the upper and lower air cylinders 12 retract to drive the claws 19 to move downwards, and the piston rods of the clamping air cylinders 16 retract to realize that the claws 19 retract towards the center, so that the plastic barrel 5 is positioned and clamped;
2. when the piston rod of the left and right air cylinders 205 extends out, the vacuum chuck 210 is driven to move to the label supply component 3, the piston rod of the labeling air cylinder 215 extends out, a piece of label is adsorbed from the label tape 302 through the vacuum chuck 210, the piston rod of the labeling air cylinder 215 retracts to complete the absorption of a label at one time, the label supply motor 308 is started to drive the label tape 302 to rotate by a certain angle, the next label is rotated to the label tape guide plate 3012, and the label pasting component 2 is waited to take the label again;
3. when the piston rod of the left and right air cylinders 205 retracts, the vacuum chuck 210 is driven to move to the plastic barrel 5, the piston rod of the labeling air cylinder 215 extends out, the adsorbed label is adhered to the plastic barrel 5 through the vacuum chuck 210, and the piston rod of the labeling air cylinder 215 retracts to finish one-time labeling;
4. the swing cylinder 212 rotates 180 degrees, the troweling head 208 faces the label on the plastic barrel 5, the piston rod of the troweling cylinder 207 extends out, the label on the plastic barrel 5 is trowelled through the troweling head 208, the piston rod of the troweling cylinder 207 retracts, the swing cylinder 212 rotates 180 degrees in the opposite direction, and one-time label troweling is completed;
5. the piston rod of the clamping cylinder 16 extends out, the paw 19 opens towards the periphery, the clamping of the plastic barrel 5 is released, the piston rods of the upper cylinder 12 and the lower cylinder 12 extend out to drive the paw 19 to move upwards, and the plastic barrel 5 moves to the next station along the assembly line 4.
