本发明公开了一种防辐射抗菌纺织面料,包括面料本体、抑菌层、纤维素纤维层、竹纤维层、金属丝线、涤纶纤维层和醋酸纤维层。本发明结构简单,通过设置网状结构的金属丝线能够起到防辐射效果,在辐射较大时能够有效防止对皮肤造成的损伤,提高了面料的抗辐射性能,设置有醋酸纤维层能够提高面料表面的清洁度,遇到脏污时方便清洗,涤纶纤维层能够保证面料清洗时具有足够的定形性能,提高面料的使用效果;本发明通过抑菌层有利于提高面料的抗菌抑菌效果,解决细菌滋生问题提高穿着时的舒适性,并通过竹纤维层即能提高面料的透气性能,也能进一步提高抑菌效果。

本发明涉及一种纺织面料,具体是一种防辐射抗菌纺织面料,属于纺织面料应用技术领域。
背景技术
纺织面料即针织面料,按织造方法分,有纬编针织面料和经编针织面料两类,纬编针织面料常以低弹涤纶丝或异型涤纶丝、锦纶丝、棉纱、毛纱等为原料,采用平针组织,变化平针组织,罗纹平针组织,双罗纹平针组织、提花组织,毛圈组织等,在各种纬编机上编织而成,纺织面料中经纱密度是指面料长度方向,该向纱线称做经纱,其1英寸内纱线的排列根数为经纱密度;纬纱密度是指面料宽度方向,该向纱线称做纬纱,其1英寸内纱线的排列根数为纬纱密度;密度是指用于表示梭织物单位长度内纱线的根数,一般为1英寸或10厘米内纱线的根数;幅宽是指面料的有效宽度,一般习惯用英寸或厘米表示;克重是指面料的克重一般为平方米面料重量的克数,克重是针织面料的一个重要的技术指标,粗纺毛呢通常也把克重作为重要的技术指标;色织是指先将纱线或长丝经过染色,然后使用色纱进行织布的工艺方法,如牛仔布,及大部分的衬衫面料都是色织布。
纺织面料生产分为纺纱、编织、验布、裁剪、缝制、整烫和检验等几个步骤,纺织面料在辐射较大情况下使用时,因紫外线辐射较大,容易影响皮肤健康,给皮肤造成损伤,且在纺织面料使用时,容易因面料表面滋生细菌而影响使用效果,给使用者带来健康隐患,降低了穿着时的舒适性。因此,针对上述问题提出一种防辐射抗菌纺织面料。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供一种防辐射抗菌纺织面料。
本发明通过以下技术方案来实现上述目的,一种防辐射抗菌纺织面料,包括面料本体,所述面料本体内侧贴合连接有抑菌层,且抑菌层内侧贴合连接有纤维素纤维层,所述面料本体外侧贴合连接有竹纤维层,所述竹纤维层和涤纶纤维层之间设有金属丝线,且涤纶纤维层外侧贴合连接有醋酸纤维层。
优选的,所述面料本体的厚度大于抑菌层的厚度,且面料本体由亚麻纤维丝和锦纶纤维丝混纺而成。
优选的,所述抑菌层由聚丙烯腈纶纤维丝和木纤维丝混纺而成,所述抑菌层的厚度与纤维素纤维层的厚度相同。
优选的,所述竹纤维层的厚度小于面料本体的厚度,且竹纤维层的厚度与涤纶纤维层的厚度相同。
优选的,所述竹纤维层和涤纶纤维层之间缝合连接有金属丝线,且金属丝线呈网状分布。
优选的,所述醋酸纤维层的厚度与涤纶纤维层的厚度相同,且涤纶纤维层的厚度和竹纤维层的厚度相同。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明结构简单,通过设置网状结构的金属丝线能够起到防辐射效果,在辐射较大时能够有效防止对皮肤造成的损伤,提高了面料的抗辐射性能,设置有醋酸纤维层能够提高面料表面的清洁度,遇到脏污时方便清洗,涤纶纤维层能够保证面料清洗时具有足够的定形性能,提高面料的使用效果;
2、本发明通过抑菌层有利于提高面料的抗菌抑菌效果,解决细菌滋生问题提高穿着时的舒适性,并通过竹纤维层即能提高面料的透气性能,也能进一步提高抑菌效果。

本发明在使用时,通过由亚麻纤维丝和锦纶纤维丝混纺而成的面料本体1能够提高面料本体1的强度,实现经久耐用,通过由聚丙烯腈纶纤维丝和木纤维丝混纺而成的抑菌层2能够提高面料的抑菌效果,通过纤维素纤维素层有利于面料与皮肤的良好接触,提高穿着时的舒适性以及吸湿性,通过设置竹纤维层4能够提高面料的透气性能的同时,也兼具抑菌效果,避免出现细菌滋生而影响使用的问题,通过设置醋酸纤维层7能够提高面料表面的清洁度,遇到脏污时方便进行清洗,同时兼具抗静电性能,避免因静电的存在造成身体的损伤,通过设置涤纶纤维层6能够保证面料清洗时具有足够的定形性能,提高面料的清洗次数,提高面料的使用效果。

1.一种防辐射抗菌纺织面料,其特征在于:包括面料本体(1),所述面料本体(1)内侧贴合连接有抑菌层(2),且抑菌层(2)内侧贴合连接有纤维素纤维层(3),所述面料本体(1)外侧贴合连接有竹纤维层(4),所述竹纤维层(4)和涤纶纤维层(6)之间设有金属丝线(5),且涤纶纤维层(6)外侧贴合连接有醋酸纤维层(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防辐射抗菌纺织面料,其特征在于:所述面料本体(1)的厚度大于抑菌层(2)的厚度,且面料本体(1)由亚麻纤维丝和锦纶纤维丝混纺而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防辐射抗菌纺织面料,其特征在于:所述抑菌层(2)由聚丙烯腈纶纤维丝和木纤维丝混纺而成,所述抑菌层(2)的厚度与纤维素纤维层(3)的厚度相同。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防辐射抗菌纺织面料,其特征在于:所述竹纤维层(4)的厚度小于面料本体(1)的厚度,且竹纤维层(4)的厚度与涤纶纤维层(6)的厚度相同。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种防辐射抗菌纺织面料,其特征在于:所述竹纤维层(4)和涤纶纤维层(6)之间缝合连接有金属丝线(5),且金属丝线(5)呈网状分布。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种防辐射抗菌纺织面料,其特征在于:所述醋酸纤维层(7)的厚度与涤纶纤维层(6)的厚度相同,且涤纶纤维层(6)的厚度和竹纤维层(4)的厚度相同。
