Abstract

Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of glue mixing devices, and particularly relates to an RTM automatic glue mixing machine.
Background
The existing automatic glue pouring device adopts an automatic operation mode, and manual glue pouring links are reduced. The automatic moving platform has the advantages that the glue mixing, dispensing and discharging efficiency of glue is high, and compared with the traditional glue pouring process, the automatic moving platform is high in accuracy and automation degree; however, the filling efficiency of the existing automatic glue filling device still needs to be further improved; in view of the above disadvantages, there is a need for an RTM automatic glue mixer, which has high filling efficiency, is convenient to clean, and is easy to operate and control.

The invention provides the following technical scheme:
an RTM automatic glue mixer comprises a tank A, a tank B, a premixing tank, an agent A raw material tank and an agent B raw material tank;
the agent A raw material tank is connected with the premixing tank through a pneumatic material pumping pump on the agent A raw material tank, and the premixing tank is communicated with the agent A tank through a feeding valve; the agent B raw material tank is communicated with the agent B tank through a pneumatic material pumping pump on the agent B raw material tank;
the lower ends of the tank A and the tank B are respectively provided with a discharge valve, the discharge valve of the tank A and the discharge valve of the tank B are connected in parallel to a mixing pipe through a pipeline, and the end part of the mixing pipe is a mixed glue discharge port; and the tank A, the tank B and the premixing tank are respectively provided with a heating device, a filling opening and a stirring device.
Preferably, the premixing tank is also provided with a pneumatic diaphragm pump and a premixing reflux automatic switch valve, and a discharge valve at the bottom of the premixing tank is communicated with the pneumatic diaphragm pump, the premixing reflux automatic switch valve and the upper end of the premixing tank in sequence through pipelines; and the discharge valve pipeline at the bottom of the premixing tank is a pipeline heating type pipeline.
