The sterilizer main body 1 is provided with four chopping blocks 4, and the chopping blocks 4 can be combined for use, so that the overall use effect is improved.

Claims (9)
1. Chopping block sterilizer, its characterized in that, this sterilizer includes:
a rear case (102);
a front case (101) integrated to a front side of the rear case (102); and
an upper cover (103) assembled on the upper ends of the rear shell (102) and the front shell (101);
an upper portion of a space between the rear case (102) and the front case (101) is configured as a storage chamber, and a lower portion of the space between the rear case (102) and the front case (101) is configured as a control chamber;
the rear shell (102) and the front shell (101) are combined to form the sterilizer main body (1);
the upper cover (103) is formed into four mutually isolated insertion channels through a grid-shaped structure, and the chopping board (4) extends into the storage cavity through any one insertion channel;
a control board (201), a centrifugal blower (202), a dual-ion generator (205), a PTC heater, a UVC and other components, and an NTC thermistor are integrated in the control cavity, and the centrifugal blower (202), the dual-ion generator, the PTC heater, the UVC and other components are electrically connected with the control board (201) and controlled by the control board (201);
a chopping board (4) arranged in the storage cavity carries out sterilization and drying operations through a centrifugal blower (202), a dual-ion generator (205), a PTC heater, a UVC lamp assembly (207) and an NTC thermistor which are electrically connected with the control board (201);
the sterilizer further comprises:
a desktop bracket integrated at the lower end of the sterilizer main body (1); and
a wall hanging bracket (106) integrated with the rear shell (102) of the sterilizer main body (1).
2. An anvil sterilizer according to claim 1, wherein the lower part of the rear shell (102) has a rear shell lower plate (10201);
the space at the lower part of the rear shell lower plate body (10201) is the control cavity;
the space above the lower plate body (10201) of the rear shell is the storage cavity;
an air inlet (10204) is formed in one side, close to the centrifugal blower (202), of the rear shell lower plate body (10201);
an air duct shell is arranged at an air outlet (10204) of the centrifugal blower (202);
the air duct shell is formed into an air duct through the assembly of an air duct upper shell (203) and an air duct lower shell (204), and an air outlet (10204) of the air duct is communicated with a prefabricated air inlet of a rear shell lower plate body (10201) to receive air outlet of the centrifugal blower (202);
the dual-ion generator (205), the PTC heater and the NTC thermistor are integrated in the air channel;
the double ions emitted by the double-ion generator (205) enter the storage cavity from the air inlet along with the outlet air of the centrifugal blower (202);
the PTC heater heats the outlet air of the centrifugal blower (202) to increase the temperature of the outlet air to form hot air, and the hot air enters the storage cavity from the air inlet.
3. An anvil sterilizer according to claim 2, characterized in that both sides of the back shell (102) have symmetrically arranged back shell side plates (10202);
the UVC lamp assembly (207) is embedded in the middle position of the rear shell side plate (10202);
the UVC lamp assembly (207) irradiates towards the storage chamber.
4. A cutting board sterilizer as claimed in any of claims 1 to 3, wherein the sterilizer body (1) has a key assembly adjacent to the upper cover (103);
the key assembly includes:
a keypad PCBV assembly (302);
a key (301) connected to the keypad PCBV assembly (302); and
a key outer ring (303) assembled on the circumference of the key (301);
the key assembly is electrically connected with the control board (201);
the PTC heater is provided with a temperature control switch (206), and the control board (201) adjusts the heating temperature of the PTC heater through the temperature control switch (206);
the sterilizer also has a power cord to power the internal functional components.
5. The chopping board sterilizer as claimed in claim 2, wherein a water receiving tank (107) is embedded at one end of the control chamber away from the centrifugal blower (202);
the upper end of the water receiving tank (107) is of an open structure to form a water receiving opening;
a drain hole (10203) is formed in the position, matched with the water receiving port, of the rear shell lower plate body (10201);
the water seeped from the chopping board (4) in the storage cavity is guided by the lower plate body (10201) of the rear shell and enters the water receiving tank (107) from the drainage hole (10203).
6. An anvil sterilizer according to claim 1, wherein the tabletop support comprises a tabletop support body (104), one end of the tabletop support body (104) extending into the control cavity and being connected with the back shell (102) by a damping shaft;
a certain space is reserved between the desktop support body (104) and the rear shell (102), and the reserved certain space is configured as a hanging space;
the bottom of the sterilizer main body (1) is provided with a foot pad, a fixing foot (105) is formed on the side surface of the desktop support body (104), and the desktop support body (104) limits the overturning degree through the damping shaft;
when the sterilizer main body (1) is supported on a table top through the table top bracket, the foot pad and the fixing foot (105) are simultaneously contacted and supported on the table top to fix the sterilizer main body (1);
when the sterilizer main body (1) is hung on a wall body through the wall hanging support (106), the desktop support body (104) is used for hanging cleaning cloth.
7. A cutting board sterilizer as claimed in claim 2, wherein one cutting board (4) is inserted into each of the four insertion channels of the upper cover (103);
the four cutting boards (4) are respectively a first cutting board (401), a second cutting board (402), a third cutting board (403) and a fourth cutting board (404);
the first cutting board (401) is a stainless steel cutting board which is embedded by injection molding;
the second anvil plate (402) is a TPU anvil plate;
the third chopping board (403) is a PP chopping board;
the fourth chopping block (404) is a PP chopping block.
8. An anvil steriliser according to claim 7, characterized in that said anvils (4) are connected to each other by means of a connecting structure.
9. An anvil steriliser according to claim 8, wherein said connection structure comprises a plug hole (406) formed at the end of said anvil (4), and a plug protrusion (405) formed at the other end of said anvil (4) and matching the position of said plug hole (406);
the adjacent chopping blocks (4) are fixedly connected into a whole through the insertion connection of the insertion connection bulges (405) and the insertion connection holes (406).
