the disinfection and sterilization device 12 is an ultraviolet lamp tube, two opposite ultraviolet lamp tubes 11 are obliquely arranged along opposite directions, the grid strips 141 are consistent with the oblique directions of the adjacent ultraviolet lamp tubes, the preferred grid strips 141 are perpendicular to the ultraviolet lamp tubes, and the obliquely arranged ultraviolet lamp tubes can ensure that the ultraviolet lamp tubes irradiate two main end faces of the chopping block and all positions of the containing cavity, so that the ultraviolet irradiation blind spots are reduced.
The containing frame 6 comprises an outer frame body 61, a plurality of first frame strips 62 are transversely arranged in the outer frame body 61, a first containing groove 63 is formed between every two adjacent first frame strips 62, one or two second frame strips 64 parallel to the first frame strips 62 are arranged between every two adjacent first frame strips 62, the second frame strips 64 are in a wave shape, a second containing groove 65 is formed between each second frame strip 64 and the first frame strip 62, a third containing groove 66 is formed between every two adjacent second frame strips 64, and a containing cylinder 67 is further arranged in the containing frame 6;
in an embodiment shown in fig. 9, the storage rack 6 includes three first storage slots 63, wherein the width of the first storage slot 63 closest to the front end of the storage cavity 2 can accommodate a relatively thick chopping board, a second frame strip 64 is disposed in the middle first storage slot 63, so that the first storage slot 63 is divided into two second storage slots 65, the second storage slots 65 can move elastically due to the wave structure of the second frame strip 64, so that when the chopping boards with different lengths and thicknesses can be accommodated, the second frame strip 64 can also be attached tightly, two second frame strips 64 are disposed in the first storage slot 63 close to the inner side, a third storage slot 66 is formed between the two second frame strips 64, and the third storage slot 66 is composed of two elastically movable second frame strips 64, so that cutters with different thicknesses can be accommodated, and the wave structure can limit the left and right sliding of the cutters, finally the storage cylinder 67 is disposed in the first storage slot 63 close to the inner side, the storage cylinder 67 can accommodate scissors or a knife with a short blade (e.g., a fruit knife).

as shown in fig. 10 and 11, the storage rack 6 has a structure substantially the same as that of the first embodiment, except that the first storage groove 63 closest to the front end surface of the storage cavity 2 is in the shape of an open notch, so that a user can directly and transversely put a thick chopping block into the first storage groove 63 or transversely take the chopping block out of the first storage groove 63 after opening the door body 3, the storage rack does not need to be disassembled and assembled, and the thicker chopping block can be put on the inner end surface of the door body 3 while opening the door body 3, so that the user can take or place the chopping block at an inclined angle, which is more convenient to operate.
As shown in fig. 12, the storage rack 6 includes a plurality of outer frames 61 sequentially sliding into the storage chamber 2, a first storage groove 63 for storing a thick chopping block is provided in the outer frame 61 closest to the front end surface of the storage chamber 2, one or two second frame strips 64 are provided in the outer frame 61 sequentially close to the inner side, so that the first storage groove 63 in the outer frame 61 is internally divided into two second storage grooves 65, or a third storage groove 66 and a storage cylinder 67 are provided in the first storage groove 63, and the structure enables the corresponding chopping block or knife to be independently detached, thereby reducing the weight.
The sterilizer body 1 can be vertically placed on a horizontal plane or hung on a vertical end surface;
when the sterilizer body 1 is vertically placed on a horizontal plane, a base 15 is detachably installed at the bottom of the sterilizer body 1;
when the sterilizer body 1 is hung on a vertical end surface, the rear end surface of the sterilizer body 1 is provided with a plurality of hanging holes 16.
The control panel 17 is mounted on the door body 3, and the control panel 17 is connected with the circuit board 11; the control panel 17 is arranged on the door body 3, can operate the sterilizer to work by touching the door body 3 after the door body 3 is closed, and is simple and attractive in arrangement.
The door body 3 is provided with a plurality of exhaust holes 31 communicated with the accommodating cavity 2; the hot air in the accommodating chamber 2 can be discharged through the exhaust hole 31.

1. Chopping block sterilizer that can open door inclines, including sterilizer body (1), be provided with ascending holding chamber of opening (2), its characterized in that in sterilizer body (1): the front end face of the accommodating cavity (2) is open and is provided with a door body (3), the bottom of the door body (3) is hinged with the bottom of the sterilizer body (1) through a hinge assembly (4), the door body (3) is turned over along the hinge assembly (4) in a limiting way to selectively open and close the accommodating cavity (2), and the front end face of the door body (1) is provided with a cross rod hanging frame (5) which can be used for opening and closing the door body (3) and hanging a towel;
still including accomodating frame (6) that are used for placing chopping block, cutter, the both ends of accomodating frame (6) are extended there is horizontal slider (601), offer on the both sides wall that holding chamber (2) correspond with horizontal spout (21) of horizontal slider (601) sliding fit, accomodate frame (6) and slide around along holding chamber (2), realize removable the installation in holding chamber (2).
2. A side-openable anvil sterilizer of claim 1, wherein: a first magnet (7) is installed at the upper end of the door body (3), and a second magnet (8) is installed at the position, corresponding to the first magnet (7), of the front end face of the sterilizer body (1).

A side-openable anvil sterilizer of claim 1, wherein: the bottom of sterilizer body (1) is provided with installation cavity (9), installs drying device (10) and circuit board (11) in installation cavity (9), sets up on the diapire of holding chamber (2) and puts up gas vent (22) of switch-on drying device (10) end of airing exhaust, installs disinfection and sterilization device (12) on the both sides wall of holding chamber (2), and disinfection and sterilization device (12) and drying device (10) are connected with circuit board (11) electricity.

A side-openable anvil sterilizer of claim 3, wherein: the sterilizer is characterized in that a door control switch (13) is installed on the lower portion of the front end face of the sterilizer body (1), the door control switch (13) is in movable trigger fit with the door body (3), and the door control switch (13) is connected with the circuit board (11).

A side-openable anvil sterilizer of claim 1, wherein: the hinge assembly (4) comprises a movable hinge (41), a fixed hinge (42) and a hinge shaft (43), the fixed hinge (42) is fixedly connected to the sterilizer body (1), one end of the fixed hinge (42) extends downwards to form two hinge seats (421) which are symmetrically arranged, the movable hinge (41) is connected with the door body (3), the movable hinge (41) is arranged between the two hinge seats (421), and the two hinge seats (421) are provided with shaft holes (44) corresponding to the movable hinge (41), a hinge shaft (43) is inserted in the shaft holes (44), the movable hinge (41) and the fixed hinge (42) are rotatably connected through the hinge shaft (43), one end of the movable hinge (41) extends to form a limit bump (411), the bottom surface of the fixed hinge (42) is provided with a limit end surface (422), the limit bump (411) is pressed against the limit end surface (422), so that the door body (3) keeps a set opening angle.

The drying and sterilizing structure of the chopping board sterilizer of claim 3, wherein: two side walls of the accommodating cavity (2) are respectively provided with a grid outer frame (14), a plurality of grid strips (141) are obliquely arranged in the grid outer frame (14), a light-transmitting gap is reserved between every two adjacent grid strips (141), and the outer side surface of the grid outer frame (14) is provided with a disinfection and sterilization device (12);
the disinfection and sterilization device (12) is an ultraviolet lamp tube, two opposite ultraviolet lamp tubes (11) are obliquely arranged along opposite directions, and the grid bars (141) are consistent with the oblique directions of the adjacent ultraviolet lamp tubes.
