Abstract
The invention provides a toothbrush, which comprises a shell, a battery, a motor, a first gear, a second gear, a first eccentric wheel, a connecting shaft, a second eccentric wheel and a toothbrush head, wherein the battery is arranged in the shell, the motor is connected with the battery, the first gear is sleeved on a rotating shaft of the motor, gear teeth and a tooth root circle of the first gear are positioned on the same plane, the first gear is meshed with the second gear, the gear teeth of the second gear are perpendicular to the tooth root circle, the connecting shaft is flat, long round holes are formed in two ends of the connecting shaft, the long round hole in one end of the connecting shaft is sleeved on a first rotating shaft of the first eccentric wheel, the long round hole in the other end of the connecting shaft is sleeved on a second rotating shaft of the second eccentric wheel, a second rotating wheel main body of the second eccentric wheel is connected with a connecting disc. The connecting shaft extending into the oral cavity is flat, so that the size of the shell covering the connecting shaft is small as much as possible, and the cleaning effect is good.

Detailed Description
Fig. 1 to 3 schematically show a toothbrush according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the toothbrush includes a housing 1, a battery 2 disposed in the housing 1, a motor 3, a first gear 4, a second gear 5, a first eccentric 6, a connecting shaft 7, a second eccentric 8, and a toothbrush head 9.
The case 1 includes a first case 11, a second case 12, and a bottom cover 3. The first shell 11 and the second shell 12 are arranged oppositely to form a main body of the shell 1, and the bottom cover 3 is arranged at the bottom of the main body of the shell 1 in a penetrating way to form the shell 1. The motor 3 is mounted inside the housing 1 through a motor mount 31. The shell 1 is provided with a switch button through hole. The switch is mounted in a through hole of the housing 1. The end face of the root circle of the second gear 5 is provided with a first eccentric wheel 6. The first eccentric 6 comprises a first pulley body and a first rotating shaft arranged perpendicularly to the first pulley body. The first shaft is offset from a center of the first pulley body. The first rotating shaft is perpendicular to the first rotating wheel body. The brush head 9 includes a disk 91, bristles 92 provided on one end surface of the disk 91, and a disk coupling tube 94 and a disk coupling shaft 93 provided on the other end surface of the disk 91. The disk connecting shaft 93 is inserted into the disk connecting pipe 94 and does not contact with the disk connecting pipe 94, the disk connecting shaft 93 is arranged in parallel with the disk connecting pipe 94, and the disk connecting shaft 93 is flush with the end of the disk connecting pipe 94. The disk connecting pipe 94 is a hollow pipe body. The disc coupling shaft 93 has a hexagonal prism shape. One side of the connecting disc 91 is provided with a connecting column. The outer side surface of the connecting column is cylindrical. The connecting column is axially provided with a hexagonal prism through hole matched with the disc connecting shaft 93 in a penetrating way. The rotation of the rotation axis of the motor 3 drives the rotation of the first gear 4, the rotation of the first gear 4 drives the rotation of the second gear 5, the second gear 5 rotates to drive the rotation of the first eccentric wheel 6, the rotation of the first eccentric wheel 6 drives the reciprocating movement of the connecting shaft 7 through the first rotation axis, the reciprocating movement of the connecting shaft 7 drives the rotation of the second eccentric wheel 8, the rotation of the second eccentric wheel 8 drives the rotation of the toothbrush head 9, thereby achieving the effect of cleaning the oral cavity.
