Compared with the prior art, in this portable ultrasonic scanner with electricity generation function, accomodating of detection head 9 has been realized through receiving mechanism, the degree of convenience that the scanner carried has been improved, compare with current receiving mechanism, this receiving mechanism can also clean cable 7 through rubber sleeve 8 when accomodating cable 7, the practicality of this mechanism has been improved, moreover, the electric energy through the complementary unit production charges for the scanner, the time of endurance of scanner has been prolonged, the practicality of scanner is improved, compare with current complementary unit, this complementary unit has realized the linkage with receiving mechanism, the quantity that the scanner set up the drive source has been reduced, the practicality of scanner has been improved.

Claims (10)
1. A portable ultrasonic scanner with a power generation function comprises a main body (2), a detection head (9) and a cable (7), wherein a cavity is arranged inside the main body (2), and the portable ultrasonic scanner is characterized by further comprising a storage mechanism and an auxiliary mechanism, wherein the storage mechanism and the auxiliary mechanism are both arranged inside the main body (2), and the detection head (9) is connected with the storage mechanism through the cable (7);
the accommodating mechanism comprises an accommodating cylinder (10), a rubber sleeve (8), a driving shaft (4), a first gear (3) and two first bearings (5), wherein the accommodating cylinder (10) is arranged inside the main body (2), one end of the accommodating cylinder (10) is communicated with the outside of the main body (2), the accommodating cylinder (10) and the rubber sleeve (8) are coaxially arranged, the rubber sleeve (8) is fixedly connected with the other end of the accommodating cylinder (10), the detection head (9) is arranged inside the accommodating cylinder (10), the length of the detection head (9) is greater than that of the accommodating cylinder (10), the cable (7) penetrates through the rubber sleeve (8), the cable (7) is in sliding and sealing connection with the rubber sleeve (8), one end of the cable (7) is fixedly connected with the detection head (9), the driving shaft (4) is perpendicular to the axis of the accommodating cylinder (10), both ends of the driving shaft (4) are connected with the inner wall of the main body (2) through first bearings (5), the other end of the cable (7) is wound on the periphery of the driving shaft (4), and the first gear (3) is fixedly connected with one end of the driving shaft (4);
the auxiliary mechanism comprises a generator (12), a fourth gear (21) and a power assembly, the power assembly is arranged on the inner wall of the main body (2), the generator (12) is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the main body (2), the generator (12) is in transmission connection with the fourth gear (21), and the power assembly is connected with the first gear (3) and the fourth gear (21).

The portable ultrasonic scanner with power generation function according to claim 1, wherein the main body (2) is provided with a display screen and at least two control keys, the main body (2) is provided with a PLC inside, and the display screen and each control key are electrically connected with the PLC.

The portable ultrasonic scanner with the power generation function according to claim 1, wherein the power assembly comprises a rotary table (1), a first connecting plate (17), a supporting sleeve (13), a moving shaft (11), a third gear (20), a second gear (14), two second bearings (15), two rotating sleeves (19) and two second connecting plates (18), the diameter of the first connecting plate (17) is equal to that of the second connecting plates (18), the moving shaft (11) and the rotating sleeve (19) are both coaxially arranged with the supporting sleeve (13), the supporting sleeve (13) is arranged on the inner wall of one side of the main body (2), the moving shaft (11) passes through the supporting sleeve (13), the moving shaft (11) is slidably and hermetically connected with the supporting sleeve (13), and the two rotating sleeves (19) are both sleeved on the moving shaft (11), the rotating sleeve (19) is connected with the moving shaft (11) in a sliding manner, the connecting sleeve is fixedly connected with the inner ring of the second bearing (15), the outer ring of the second bearing (15) is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the main body (2), the first connecting disc (17) and the second connecting disc (18) are perpendicular to the moving shaft (11), the two second connecting discs (18) are fixedly connected with one ends, close to each other, of the two rotating sleeve (19) respectively, the first connecting disc (17) is arranged between the two second connecting discs (18), the first connecting disc (17) is fixedly connected with the moving shaft (11), the first connecting disc (17) is provided with two connecting holes (23), the two connecting holes (23) are symmetrically arranged relative to the moving shaft (11), one sides, close to each other, of the two second connecting discs (18) are provided with two connecting blocks (22), and the two connecting blocks (22) are symmetrically arranged relative to the moving shaft (11), the distance between the axis of connecting block (22) and removal axle (11) equals with the distance between the axis of connecting hole (23) and removal axle (11), two rotate sleeve pipe (19) respectively with second gear (14) and third gear (20) fixed connection, third gear (20) and fourth gear (21) meshing, second gear (14) and first gear (3) meshing, the one end and carousel (1) fixed connection of removal axle (11).

The portable ultrasonic scanner with the power generation function according to claim 3, wherein a second permanent magnet (24) is disposed on the second connecting plate (18), the second permanent magnet (24) is in the shape of a circular ring, the second permanent magnet (24) is disposed on the outer periphery of the second connecting plate (18), at least two first permanent magnets (16) are uniformly distributed on the outer peripheries of the two second connecting plates (18), and each first permanent magnet (16) and the second permanent magnet (24) attract each other.
5. The portable ultrasonic scanner with power generation function according to claim 3, wherein a handle is provided on the outer periphery of one side of the turntable (1).
6. The portable ultrasonic scanner with power generation function according to claim 3, wherein the moving shaft (11) is coated with grease.
7. The portable ultrasonic scanner with the power generation function according to claim 1, wherein the detection head (9) is coated with an anticorrosive coating.

The portable ultrasonic scanner with power generation function according to claim 1, wherein a sealing ring is provided on an end of the receiving cylinder (10) far from the rubber sleeve (8), and the receiving cylinder (10) is connected with the detection head (9) in a sealing manner through the sealing ring.
9. The portable ultrasonic scanner with power generation function according to claim 1, wherein the detection head (9) is provided with anti-skid stripes.
10. The portable ultrasonic scanner with the power generation function according to claim 1, wherein a stopper disc (6) is fixedly connected to both ends of the drive shaft (4), and the cable (7) is wound between the two stopper discs (6).
