(2) Centrifuging the extractive solution, ultrafiltering, and nanofiltering at 60 deg.C and 2.2 MPa;
(3) and concentrating the extraction solution under a vacuum condition, wherein the concentration pressure is controlled to be 0.03MPa, the concentration temperature is controlled to be 70 ℃, and a concentrated solution with the specific gravity of 1.1-1.2 is obtained.
(4) And (3) granulating: and adding maltodextrin in a corresponding proportion into the mixed concentrated solution for mixing, putting the mixed raw materials into a drying box at 85 ℃ for drying, crushing and sieving by a 60-mesh sieve to obtain the health-care tea solid powder, wherein the water content of the dried raw materials is less than 5%.
(5) Preparation of water-soluble cannabidiol: dissolving the high-purity CBD crystal by using 5 times of ethanol to form a solution; and heating and dissolving maltodextrin in 7 times of pure water, adding the CBD solution after complete dissolution, stirring uniformly, homogenizing, concentrating under reduced pressure after homogenization, recovering ethanol, and drying under vacuum to obtain the water-soluble cannabidiol.
(6) Blending: mixing water soluble cannabidiol and solid powder of health tea in proportion.
(7) Filling: putting the mixed raw materials into a full-automatic filling machine for filling and sealing;
(8) packaging and coding the sealed tea to obtain the health tea containing water soluble cannabidiol.

(4) And (3) granulating: and adding maltodextrin in a corresponding proportion into the mixed concentrated solution for mixing, drying the mixed raw materials in a drying box at 70 ℃, crushing and sieving by a 40-mesh sieve to obtain the health-care tea solid powder, wherein the water content of the dried raw materials is less than 5%.
(5) Preparation of water-soluble cannabidiol: dissolving the high-purity CBD crystals by using 7 times of ethanol to form a solution; and heating and dissolving maltodextrin with 5 times of pure water, adding the CBD solution after complete dissolution, stirring uniformly, homogenizing, concentrating under reduced pressure after homogenization, recovering ethanol, and vacuum drying to obtain the water-soluble cannabidiol.

(4) And (3) granulating: and adding maltodextrin in a corresponding proportion into the mixed concentrated solution for mixing, putting the mixed raw materials into a drying box at 80 ℃ for drying, crushing and sieving by a 60-mesh sieve to obtain the health-care tea solid powder, wherein the water content of the dried raw materials is less than 5%.
(5) Preparation of water-soluble cannabidiol: dissolving the high-purity CBD crystals by using 7 times of ethanol to form a solution; and heating and dissolving maltodextrin in 7 times of pure water, adding the CBD solution after complete dissolution, stirring uniformly, homogenizing, concentrating under reduced pressure after homogenization, recovering ethanol, and drying under vacuum to obtain the water-soluble cannabidiol.
(6) Blending: mixing water soluble cannabidiol and solid powder of health tea in proportion.
(7) Filling: putting the mixed raw materials into a full-automatic filling machine for filling and sealing;
(8) packaging and coding the sealed tea to obtain the health tea containing water soluble cannabidiol.
Claims (7)
1. The preparation method of the water-soluble cannabidiol-containing health tea is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight:
the method comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing raw materials: cleaning the raw materials with clear water, pulverizing, placing into an extraction tank, performing ultrasonic countercurrent extraction at a material-liquid ratio of 1: 12, feeding in forward direction, feeding water in reverse direction, and making the material and water flow in reverse direction continuously and dynamically. The power is 200-600W, the extraction time is 60-120 min, the extraction temperature is 60-70 ℃, extraction is carried out for three times, filtering is carried out, and filtrates are combined to obtain an extracting solution.
(2) Centrifuging and filtering the extracting solution, and then performing ultrafiltration and nanofiltration, wherein the temperature is controlled to be 40-60 ℃, and the pressure is controlled to be 0.6-2.2 MPa;
(3) and concentrating the extracted solution under a vacuum condition, wherein the concentration pressure is controlled to be 0.01-0.03 MPa, the temperature is controlled to be 60-70 ℃, and a concentrated solution with the specific gravity of 1.1-1.2 is obtained.
(4) And (3) granulating: adding maltodextrin in a corresponding proportion into the mixed concentrated solution, mixing, drying the mixed raw materials in a drying box at 70-85 ℃, crushing and sieving with a 40-60 mesh sieve to obtain the health tea solid powder, wherein the water content of the dried raw materials is less than 5%.
(5) Preparation of water-soluble cannabidiol: dissolving the high-purity CBD crystals by using 5-7 times of ethanol to form a solution; and heating and dissolving maltodextrin with 5-7 times of pure water, adding the CBD solution after complete dissolution, stirring uniformly, homogenizing, concentrating under reduced pressure after homogenization is finished, recovering ethanol, and vacuum drying to obtain the water-soluble cannabidiol.
(6) Blending: mixing water soluble cannabidiol and solid powder of health tea in proportion.
(7) Filling: putting the mixed raw materials into a full-automatic filling machine for filling and sealing;
(8) packaging and coding the sealed tea to obtain the health tea containing water soluble cannabidiol.
2. The method for preparing a health tea containing cannabidiol in water solubility as claimed in claim 1, wherein in the step (1), the raw material extraction is ultrasonic countercurrent extraction, and the ratio of material to liquid is 1: 12.
3. The method for preparing a water-soluble cannabidiol-containing health tea as claimed in claim 2, wherein the method comprises the steps of: in the step (1), the ultrasonic treatment power is 200-600W, and the time is 60-120 min.

The method for preparing a water-soluble cannabidiol-containing health tea as claimed in claim 3, wherein the method comprises the steps of: in the step (2), the extract is subjected to centrifugal filtration, ultrafiltration and nanofiltration, the temperature is controlled to be 40-60 ℃, and the pressure is controlled to be 0.6-2.2 Mpa.
5. The method for preparing a health tea containing cannabidiol in water-soluble form as claimed in claim 4, wherein the method comprises the steps of: in the step (3), the concentration specific gravity is 1.1-1.2.
6. The method for preparing a health tea containing cannabidiol in water-soluble form as claimed in claim 5, wherein the method comprises the steps of: in step (4), the granulation is carried out with maltodextrin, and the moisture content of the solid after the granulation is less than 5%.

The method for preparing a water-soluble cannabidiol-containing health tea as claimed in claim 6, wherein the method comprises the steps of: in the step (5), the preparation of the water-soluble cannabidiol comprises the following steps: dissolving the high-purity CBD crystals by using 5-7 times of ethanol to form a solution; and heating and dissolving maltodextrin with 5-7 times of pure water, adding the CBD solution after complete dissolution, stirring uniformly, homogenizing, concentrating under reduced pressure, and vacuum drying to obtain the water-soluble cannabidiol.
