The invention relates to a forming device, in particular to a beef ball making device.
Background
With the continuous improvement of living standard of people, people are keen in eating and drinking, no matter in summer of hot summer or in winter of ice and snow and cold, hot pots are deeply loved by people, meat balls are boiled together, and beef balls belong to popular cooked food.
The workers of beef ball makers often make beef balls by hand, which has the following disadvantages: firstly, the beef balls are kneaded manually, so that the health problem is caused, and the physical and psychological health of people is not facilitated; secondly, the manufacturing process is complex, and feeding, extruding and discharging are needed manually; and thirdly, the time and labor cost are consumed for making, so that certain pressure is brought to beef ball manufacturers.
In the prior art, although beef balls are made by pure hands and have good taste, no beef ball making equipment capable of simultaneously realizing the functions of feeding, extruding and discharging exists, so that the beef ball making equipment capable of simultaneously completing feeding, extruding and discharging by using machine equipment needs to be designed.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects of sanitation, time consumption for making and labor cost caused by manually kneading beef balls, the invention aims to provide beef ball making equipment which can realize the simultaneous completion of feeding, extruding and discharging by using mechanical equipment.
The technical scheme is as follows: an apparatus for making beef balls, comprising:
the pressing mechanism is arranged on the right side of the base;
the rear part of one side of the base, which is far away from the pressing mechanism, is provided with the feeding mechanism;
the feeding mechanism is provided with a fixed rod;
the front part of the fixed rod is provided with a charging sleeve;
the side part of the charging sleeve is provided with a first elastic part;
the first elastic piece is connected with the hemisphere trough block, and hemisphere trough block is located the sleeve bottom of feeding.
Optionally, the pressing mechanism comprises:
the front part of one side of the base, which is far away from the feeding mechanism, is provided with a cylindrical seat;
the left side and the right side of the upper part and the left side and the right side of the lower part of the cylindrical seat are rotatably connected with connecting rods;
the sliding rod is rotatably connected between the rear sides of the connecting rods;
the guide sleeve is arranged on one side of the base close to the cylindrical seat, and the bottom of the sliding rod is contacted with the guide sleeve;
the pedal is connected between the front parts of the connecting rods at the lower side;
the two sides of the upper part of the sliding rod are rotatably connected with the long connecting rods;
the weight is rotatably connected between the front sides of the long connecting rods;
the bottom of the weight block is connected with a hemispherical pressure groove block;
the base is provided with a mounting seat on one side close to the guide sleeve;
the swinging rod is rotatably connected to the mounting seat and is positioned on the rear side of the sliding rod, and two sides of the upper part of the swinging rod are rotatably connected with the long connecting rod respectively.
Optionally, the feeding mechanism comprises:
the mounting frame is arranged on one side of the base, which is far away from the mounting seat;
the mounting rack comprises a mounting rack, a first sliding rod, a second sliding rod, a first sliding rod and a second sliding rod, wherein both sides of the left part of the mounting rack are provided with straight sliding grooves, both sides of the right part of the mounting rack are provided with arc sliding grooves, the arc sliding grooves are communicated with the straight sliding grooves, and both sides between the straight sliding grooves are connected with the first sliding rod in a sliding manner;
the top of the first sliding rod at the front side is connected with a second mounting rod, and the top of the second mounting rod is connected with a fixed rod;
the sliding blocks are rotatably connected between the first sliding rods;
the sliding block is rotatably connected with the rotating pull rod;
the base is rotatably connected with the first rotating shaft on one side close to the mounting rack;
the front side of the middle part of the base is rotatably connected with a second rotating shaft;
the gear combination is connected between the second rotating shaft and the first rotating shaft;
the top of the second rotating shaft is connected with a rotating handle;
the top of the first rotating shaft is connected with a crank which is rotatably connected with a rotating pull rod.

the front part of the left side of the base is provided with a fixed block;
the top of the fixed block is connected with the connecting frame;
the top of the connecting frame is provided with a U-shaped frame, the rear side of the U-shaped frame is connected with a discharging hopper, the lower side of the discharging hopper is provided with two through grooves, and the rear side of the discharging hopper is connected with the U-shaped frame;
the guide rails are connected to both sides of the upper part of the discharging hopper;
the guide rails are connected with the N-shaped frames in a sliding manner;
the striker plates are connected between the front sides of the N-shaped frames and between the rear sides of the N-shaped frames;
the stop blocks are arranged on the rear sides of the tops of the N-shaped frames;
the second elastic pieces are connected between the stop blocks and the rear parts of the guide rails;
the top of the fixed rod is provided with an L-shaped connecting rod which is contacted with the N-shaped frame.
Optionally, the method further includes:
a fixed square block and a square baffle are arranged on one side, away from the connecting frame, of the fixed block, and the square baffle is positioned on the left front side of the fixed square block;
the middle part of the rear side of the top of the fixed block is rotatably connected with a rotating baffle which is in contact with the square baffle;
and a third elastic piece is connected between the rear side of the rotating baffle and the fixed square.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages: 1. through the cooperation between hold-down mechanism and the feeding mechanism, people manually rotate and change the handle, step on the footboard simultaneously, and then drive pouring weight and hemisphere indent piece and upwards lift, when the beef material in the charging sleeve was carried between cylinder seat and the hemisphere indent piece, people loosened the footboard afterwards, pouring weight and hemisphere indent remove downwards, the hemisphere indent is with beef material extrusion for the beef ball, just so can realize the effect of pay-off and crowded material.

Through the cooperation between rotating baffle, fixed square, third elastic component and the square baffle, when hemisphere feed trough piece and rotating baffle contact, under the effect of square baffle for rotating baffle blocks and extrudes hemisphere feed trough piece, under the effect of first elastic component, makes hemisphere feed trough piece opened, and people can take out the beef ball like this, and the operation just need not manually to open hemisphere feed trough piece like this.
